BiggerPockets, and particularly the On the Market podcast, has been my go-to listening for the past six years. We stumbled upon it after beginning our investing journey, and my only regret is that we didn’t find it sooner! The information in this podcast is data-driven, non-biased, and apolitical. Dave does a fantastic job defining terms and keeping things simple, as if you are listening for the first time. A must listen for anyone who is serious about their real estate investing journey.

I am an aspiring real estate investor with a couple of weeks of binge listening and I am hooked! The wealth of information on ALL aspects of investing is impressive. Keep it up!!

I have been blown away by every episode I’ve listened to. As beginner real estate investor, every conversation is like a free Masterclass. There is no where else you can get this quality of education for free! And there are a lot of real estate investors on social media trying to sell you on a $10k course. Instead, make this poscast your daily ritual. Thank you Dave for creating this.

I’ve listened to hundreds of BiggerPockets episodes. BiggerPockets was my first trusted resource to learn about real estate investing, and truthfully, I can credit the knowledge that I’ve gained here for changing the wealth of my family. Unfortunately, since they changed hosts recently on episode 1000, I can’t get myself to get more than 15 minutes into an episode. I understand that with a change of ownership, they decided to change the host of the show. I’m sure the new host is a fine person, but as a fan of the podcast, it’s a significant decrease in quality. If you’re looking to give the show a shot, there’s still a lot of great information to be found in the older episodes. Unfortunately, these days, I just feel there are better resources out there. It pains me to say that, as I’ve been a diehard fan for a while. Give it a shot, you may feel different. Either way, I am grateful for what BiggerPockets has given me up until this point.

It used to have better info, just seems like you’re selling too much at once. It feels all over the place.

I love listening to bigger pockets on my commutes between teaching jobs. I also use my microphone to record all the juicy bits of information and priceless advice in the notes app. In addition, I listen as I clean between guests at my own STR which is also my primary home. It helps me to remember my why and inspires me to keep working towards my next investment.

Thank you Bigger Pockets for providing realistic and practical examples of how to move from working a 9 to 5 with a small or no portfolio to the path of financial freedom. Each episode leaves me with gems that I can put into action to move towards my goal.

Boring. Episodes have gone from bad to worse. Fake sounding hosts who act like they’re telling kindergarteners how to invest and scared to say anything wrong. Miss the old actual BP. No wonder all the good hosts leave.

Look I get it, ads are how you guys get paid to do this show. But no one wants to listen to 8+ minutes of ads on a 40min video. The amount of ads you guys push is absolutely absurd, please just dial it back.

Wow! Just finished listening to Lawrence Briggs on the BP podcasts and his story is incredible. His grit and determination to work a w2, relocate, take a lower paying job, add on food delivery, while searching for homes in areas he wanted to invest in is such an inspiring story. I’m an average girl with an average credit score and an average W2. After listening to him, I’m encouraged to start investing in real estate!

I’m 22 years old been watching Biggerpockets since the start of the year have gone through almost all their episodes for the last 2 years I watch them daily for at least 2 hours a day and I have to say that this show has changed my mindset in a fantastic way. I now have my main goal of buying my first property next year as I am working on getting my income in my W2 job up which I should accomplish soon. I got very hooked into this show and continue watching everyday to learn and see the different investors strategies that they share on the show. Thanks to Biggerpockets for the content!!!

I’m so grateful that I came across this podcast few years ago and i now wait for new episodes every day. It definitely gave the encouragement I needed to buy my first investment property, and I plan to invest more. While RE investment books are great to learn the fundamentals, it’s hard to understand what the trends are, how the markets are shifting, and to learn different approaches taken by a variety of people. BP gives me that kind of knowledge I learn so much everyday. I would highly recommend for anyone starting to invest in RE

Most books about success recommend that you surround yourself with people that you want to be like. Bigger Pockets is one more way to surround myself with successful real estate investors and continue to learn and grow. The best part, I’m able to do it while I’m driving or operating equipment!

I started off with the the Rookie podcast at the same time as Bigger Pockets and was able to learn more than enough to jumpstart my family real estate business.
