    Great podcast
Terrific podcast for all around health and--you guessed it--wellness. I look forward to catching up on the catalog and staying subscribed once I do.

Take with a grain of salt. Not sugar.
There are a lot of great things about this podcast. The production values are excellent and the range of guests is great. I enjoy the way the three 'doctors' interact with each other. One constant point of irritation for me is that the Wellness Guys still aren't great interviewers. They almost never get the guest to 'lay the groundwork' of who they are and how they got there so interviews can wander, and they sometimes ignore the leads their guests give them about the obvious follow up question. Less common now as they've got more experience. The subject matter is interesting and there is a core of common sense in the advice they give (eat well, move more, etc). There is an element of quackery that meanders into completely dangerous. I recall one episode a while back when they extolled the dangers of sunblock and the health benefits of the sun. Yes, THAT sun, the big ball if UV ray-emitting radiation in the sky that is a known carcinogen, as demonstrated in countless peer-reviewed scientific studies. By real scientists, not 'food activists' and 'naturopaths'. So, I enjoy it, I skim the topics and listen to a podcast every couple of weeks and often find it very interesting. It is INTENSELY annoying to me that they close every podcast by directing me to go iTunes and give them 'ONLY a five star rating.' Yeah. No.

    So much good information!
I've been listening to many different podcasts on health and nutrition, and yours is my favorite. You guys are fun to listen to, and every episode is full of information. Great job! P.S. thanks for the info on fish oil supplements. I finally get the whole EPA, DHA part.

    Love your show!
I, too, am working my way through your episodes, enjoying them all. Great listening to other people who believes in eating real food, teaching us to avoid low fat fake foods that we are constantly told to eat, the kind of foods that will destroy our health. Keep up the good work!!

    Great stuff guys!
Greetings from the USA. Found you guys while looking for pod casts with Mark Sisson, saw the ones with Robb Wolf , Loren Cordain, Chris McDougall and Paul Chek and had to listen to them also. Liked them and I am now about half way through all of them so far. The three of you really make the pod casts go well. The lengths are good.

    Helpful and entertaining
I am working my way through the podcasts -- I'm up to January 2012 -- and really enjoying learning all the information. The quality of the sound is great, the doctors are knowledgeable, entertaining, and have a great rhythm in speaking with each other. The podcasts that have interviews and those without are equally good. There is always something new to learn in the paleo world and listening to The Wellness Guys is a great way to do it!
