Italian MeatballPlease Keep Doing This!!!Ladies, I love this and I just started binge listening. I don’t see anything beyond season one. Are you doing this in 2022 again????
-
Kirkuk-CBBoringWhat else can I say? This is boring and I don’t understand why someone not associated with show is a co-host. If there was just a few missteps or off timing I would have given it another listen. Disappointed.
-
HavokjaySeason 2 PLZ!!!Love this ladies! So nostalgic and informative with absolute fantastic banter. NEED MORE! :) be well!
-
DJ MacriLove itI absolutely love this podcast and am loving the new one, Gangster Goddess. Feels like I’m hanging with my family and discussing my favorite aspects of The Sopranos.

soulangianaMy family is from AvellinoIm really enjoying this. I like all points of views and it’s nice to hear ours (women) shared. I could do without the political references in episode 2; and I think a great point is made about cultural appropriation. In south philly we’re keeping our heritage alive despite repeated attacks by the very people that came in and gobble up our cheeses, meats, pastries and all that “quaint” stuff but mock us for saying gravy. Along with my mental health practice (heyyyyy Dr. Melfi lol), I’ve been a yoga teacher and in the ashtanga yoga community since 2007. They’re big on the concern of not appropriating Indian culture. It’s really painful to see it be ok for the Italian culture and all the slurs and mocking being allowed and encouraged here in Philly. Feels like a bit of time travel backwards. Gonna keep listening. Looking forward to it.

Gene Everett 187Bummed this ended after one season but it was good!Good listen but bummed it’s over after only doing one season

FionaKaytrMore, more, more!I’ve been desperate for women’s POV on “The Sopranos.” Critics focus so much on the mob, the hits, and Tony’s inner workings and that’s great. The female characters, Janice, Adrianna, Carmela, Livia, Gloria Trillo, Rosalie—they get the short shrift. I always wanted more of them, more analysis, more love! Keep going, I love this, I love you guys ♥️

VanOld1Friends!I’m really enjoying this podcast. I started re-watch of The Sopranos and love all the back stories I get from this podcast. When is your recipe book coming out? I’ll definitely buy one! 😘

Brendito69FriendsI could be best friends with these foul mouthed women!! Music to my ears. They just regular gals leading regular lives. Love the banter between besties. Great guests. Awesome insight into the episodes. I listen to many Sopranos related podcasts and this is my favorite by far.
-
MizVee430Aunt Rose would be proudYouse gals are my cousins! Lol I love your show! I feel like I’m home in Kearny, NJ, reliving my favorite show! Aunt Rose lived up the street from the auto body shop. She loved it. She taught me all the Italian I will ever need-the curse words—and I handed that down to my own kids.

HaufneichNo second season?I enjoyed this podcast. I also listen to Talking Sopranos, which is more know-it-all and name-droppy (apparently Michael Imperoli knows pretty much everyone ever going decades back, and Steve Schirrippa knows the rest from his years in Vegas), and I prefer Made Women - although the perfect Sopranos podcast is probably right in the middle between those two. I really like Drea. She is great. Chris is just OK. Drea loves Chris so that makes me like her a little more. I'm only partway through the I Dream of Jeanie Cusomano, but unless they say otherwise later on, it sounds like they won't go forward with a second season. It sounds like Drea is into it but Chris isn't. Drea, move forward with that guy Chicken as co-host. He's way more qualified and seems more like-minded to you. Chris and her dumb opposition to spoilers is so annoying. You guys could have come to an agreement before starting the show. I would love to learn more about Drea's wild family. Drea, ditch Chris and come back for season 2!
-
Iindseyylife = madeI watched the sopranos for the first time ever during quarantine and it has easily became my favorite show. This podcast could not have come at a more perfect time! Chris and Drea are hilarious and I love their friendship. All of the extra info we get from the sopranos is so nice and the fans truly appreciate it💗 waiting to see you both on the turnpike!
-
alpha/wolfSopranosI hope you guys don’t stop after season 1. This podcast is very, very good! Better than the other one. Lol!
-
gksmith12LOVING THIS PODCAST!!!!Drea De Matteo and Chris Kushner are the reasons why I look forward to Mondays! Us Sopranos nerds are like a (not very) secret society and Made Women serve as the secret handshake that makes us bona fide members of “this thing of ours!” Made Women is a MUST-LISTEN!
-
HahahahahdnndwkkwBest Sopranos podcast out there!Thank you ladies for making such a great podcast that gives you a behind-the-scenes look of the show.
-
Aiello413Chris and Steve should start a podcastFirst and foremost.... I’m a die hard sopranos fan. I welcome anything Sopranos with open arms. I love Drea but chris has clearly only watched the show maybe once. She mispronounces main character names and makes up quotes that don’t exist. I appreciate the effort but I’m just not sure she is fit to be a host on a rewatch. Giving 4 stars still because I respect the work and love Drea

jbbolton23Not my favI usually love all things Sopranos and any kind of talk about the show I can get. But this ain’t it. First of all the stereotypical California lady partner clearly never even watched the show, which is revealed in her constant speaking in generalities about the show, no specifics that any fan would know. Even refers to Carmela as, “Carmel”. Nobody could ever make that mistake if they’ve ever watched the show. Drea, whom I don’t mind, is yet another Sopranos cast member that loves to remind you they’ve never watched the show, or only watched when it first aired. Every ep she makes this claim. She’s also constantly talking about her crippling anxiety and shyness. Ok fine, but that’s not why I listened to this Sopranos podcast. Listen to, “Oh!!! Sopranos podcast” or Michael Imerioli’s podcast if you’re a Sopranos fan, that’s my recommendation.
-
Ransom ZebraCould have been so goodI’m very interested in the subject, and I enjoy the insights of both hosts. But I’m unsubbing. I guess I’ve become my mother, because the constant f this and f that and mother f-ing this and that, it eventually gets hard to listen to. I wish you could find more words to express yourself that just that one over and over. But hey, you do you, and I’ll move on.

McMoBroI’m Jonesing Over Here!!!I need my “Made Women” podcast like a Mobster needs to break kneecaps! I’ve listened to all of them I’m going into withdrawals. Thank you for the great podcast!!!
-
Lujan330Finally a podcast worth listeningLove love love “The Sopranos”. So much so I named my dog Tony Soprano and even did a thesis on It for a media criticism class. The cast, the story, everything is on point and remains one of the most greatest iconic shows ever. That being said it’s awesome that a podcast like this is out there. Especially with Drea as a host to give us some insider talk. Keep up the great work!
-
caroldi24👍👍👍Love the energy these ladies bring. I’m a huge fan of the sopranos, and have watched three times. This episode with Michael Imperioli was great!!!! Really enjoyed it. I recently watched Drea’s Emmy speech on YouTube! So it was cool to hear you talk about it. You ladies rock.
-
no-nickname-since-it-is-takenNot badNot bad. Unsubscribed because I’m nervous Chris has some relation to the Kushner family. Horrible people.

SamantaVieiraPHENOMENALI couldn’t have asked for a better podcast. These women are spectacular and hilarious and I’m so happy they decided to make this. This is my favorite to listen to while working from home and I came from a similar background as these ladies so I find it so easy to relate to them. I love how honest and raw this is! Keep more episodes coming please!!!!!!!
-
lou'skitchenThank you!Really enjoying Nia and Bill. This is a wonderful podcast. Salute!
-
rrachelrhLove this Podcast!! But...Love this podcast!! Although please don’t ask the guests back from the 5/11 episode, that man was too vulgar and politically charged right at the beginning of the episode, I almost stopped listening. The whole reason I listen to this is to relax and escape from quarantine life and stresses, not to have some angry voice yelling in my earbuds!
-
NikkiD203Love!Love listening to these ladies every week. Nice to hear a rewatch from the POV of bad ass women. Drea, love hearing your stories from when you were on the Sopranos and your life before then!

LiaValentinaWatch out for spoilersI think this podcast is geared more towards long time fans of the show or people who have at least seen it all the way through. I just started watching the sopranos for the first time and am only on season 2. I thought it would be ok to follow along as this podcast goes episode by episode, but I’ve already heard the hosts give away a couple spoilers of things that happen later on down the line. I guess it’s my fault for being 20 years late to the party. Maybe I should wait until I finish the series to listen
-

firdncerNostalgiaIn a new era of rewatching, Sopranos is a must, but do yourself a favor and follow along with this podcast while you do. Drea’s and Kushnet do a perfect job blending the examination of characters, pointing out misses details, and sharing personal stories. A must listen.
