I’ve been listening for 3 minutes now and all she’s talked about is “what’s to come” and “stay tuned for” As listeners that kind of thing is so jaded. I switched to Apple Music because i literally needed a break from this babbling.

Extremely timely and needed podcast

So grateful this podcast has been released. The experts Dr. Chopra interviews have so much important information to share as does Dr. Chopra. It’s simultaneously amazing to hear others experiences and helpful to help reframe our outlook (mindfully) during this trying time.
