I am super excited to hear the full series this year. Great commute time content if you are interested in leadership, innovation, communication, and collaboration.

“Differences really help us grow”. This is a quote from the first episode that really resonated with me. It’s fascinating get to learn about peer learning from real people who’ve experienced it in their life and/or career. This will be an interesting topic to follow as education transforms over the next 10-20 years. The peer learning model makes a lot more sense than a top-down model.

I found The Year of the Peer interesting and informative and hearing the experiences from influential industry leaders like Charlene Li and Rich Karlgaard gave a interesting perspective that was not only personal, but also backed up with factual data.

Leo Bottary is an expert teacher and listener, having published an incredibly readable and useful book called The Power of Peers. This podcast, which I believe is based on that book, has Leo hosting conversations with executives about how they relate to their peers, drawing on how they give and share guidance to help each other evolve. I was inspired by this podcast because it lets you hear stories of other people and the tools they use to constantly self-improve and continue learning. Thumbs up!
