I found this show and followed it for a while when I was looking for a new Disney World podcast. I gave it a chance, even though the hosts are really, not all that knowledgeable about Walt Disney World compared to those who have been going to the parks for a long time, or are experienced travel agents. In their most recent episode, however they felt the need to highlight the fact that anything goes on this show except politics. Not sure why that was relevant or needed to be mentioned. Silence can be deafening though especially when you make a point about remaining silent. so thanks for being honest about who you really are.

Started listening to this show back in 2022 to prep for a Disney trip and learn how to use genie+… and have been listening just for fun ever since! I’ve learned so much about Disney from this show and it’s just so fun to listen to each week. The thing I appreciate the most is… nothing political is ever brought up or even hinted at! Just the fun & magic of Disney, the way Walt intended the parks to be🙌🏻 Thank you!!

Listened to this podcast for a few years and have enjoyed listening to it on road trips with my family. It’s nice to have a source where I can do stuff and be told about Disney. (Also my mother Becky is one of your travel agents)

This is the best podcast hands down. You can get a lot of tips and tricks for going to the parks, but also learn about Disney. I love how Connie gets nostalgic and personal and always adds so much depth to whatever she is talking about. Bruce gives you the low down on doing Disney as an introvert, which I very much relate to. I thought I would stop listening after my Disney trip, but this couple has me hooked!

Just finished a 7 day trip to Disney that took months of planning where I listened to this podcast along with others. Their food reviews really came into play, and appreciate the light heartedness of the shows. It was really overwhelming at times and they helped remind me that “this was suppose to be fun”.

I love this podcast! They are so funny and make my space between Disney trips seem bearable. I too love taking my drinks on the people mover (shhh…don’t tell anyone) and love the tips and tricks they offer. I listen every week and love it. Thank you for everything you do.

As a fellow New Englander, it is so wonderful to listen to the show and catch some of the idiosyncrasies that are mentioned. I am very similar to Connie- I love to talk, enjoy history deep dives, and am as excited about planning every WDW trip. My husband relates 500% to Bruce. My husband is a true introvert, loves Tonga toast, and appreciates the sarcasm and distaste for crowds as much. He often sides with Bruce on the Ins and Outs. I don’t go as often as I would love, but as often as my pocket will allow… UTM fills in the gaps perfectly!

Started listening to this podcast and it’s become one of my favorites. It is informative, entertaining and grounded, real reporting on the Disney Bubble. You guys have great banter! Since I’ve become such a fan girl, I decided to give the travel agency a try. I normally book on my own but had one night of my upcoming vacation without a selected resort. Dan was great to work with. I mean there was no cost for this and now I have someone who will look out for my dining, my special event tickets and making sure everything is linked to my Disney app. This is like being pixie dusted to Concierge level!

After a stressful week working to pay for my next trip, I put on Connie and Bruce to have a few laughs and share in the creativity and escapism that is Disney (& a bit of Universal). The combination of Connie’s wonder and Bruce’s dry humor helps me escape if for a short moment the outside world.

I try to walk every day (I call it my “Disney” walk) and I always throw on Connie and Bruce! UTM fills up my Disney tank when I’m not there! These two have such great chemistry in their conversations and make it easy to listen to all day! Often I have to pause the show to throw in my own opinions or choose my “in or out”. This is a great podcasts for those who don’t know a lot about Disney or those who are a Disney fanatic!

If you’re looking for an informative podcast that is immersed in personal stories and the emotions tied to the Disney parks, this podcast is for you. Bruce and Connie share the best aspect of Disney: the personal stories that bring lifelong memories! I love seeing where their ranks match with my ranks, and I love when they mention attractions I haven’t given much time to. This is a great family friendly Disney podcast. I love their take on all things Disney. They are definitely not boring. I love it so much that I was listening to the very old episode 15, and that is where the low expectations motto started. The audio quality is amazing.

I really enjoy this podcast. I think more than anything, I can hear how much Bruce and Konnie enjoy the parks and more importantly, each other. They do a fine job of towing the WDW line, while at the same time, giving us real world opinions. When I’m having a long day or feeling anxious perhaps, I can put on an episode and escape to the parks with them and in short time, start feeling better. Keep up the good work!

Unlocking the Magic is one of my favorite Disney podcasts! Bruce and Connie are so knowledgeable of the parks and Disney history. They are playful, fun and both have great voices for podcasting. Somehow I feel like I’m having fun listening yet feel relaxed at the same time! They share honest reviews and opinions from different perspectives and I love how they include ideas and recommendations for all budgets to make sure everyone takes something away no matter how big or small the trip. I love this podcast for all things Disney (and Universal)! I’ve been checking out different Disney podcasts, and I keep coming back to this one. Connie and Bruce are fun and funny. They give a lot of great insight into the parks and cruises, if you’re a Disney novice, but they also provide a lot of new and interesting information even for long time Disney fans. They’ve encouraged me to get out my comfort zone and try some new things at the parks—and their advice was spot on. I don’t have another vacation planned (yet), but I keep listening because this is a great escape into the magic of Disney from every day life.

I can’t believe it’s taking me this long to find this podcast. This is one of the best Disney podcasts I have come across. I’m not sure why, but there are some thing about their voices that is relaxing and easy to listen to! Mature and easy listening. Love it.

I have listened to many Disney podcasts and always come back to Connie with a C and Bruce here because they are the best! Interesting topics, entertaining commentary, and just so so real. I cannot tell you how many times I have been amazed at the similarities between them and my family and I so enjoy hearing their take on all things Disney World (I skip the Universal and cruise topics). Thanks for being my happy distraction from reality and for giving me hope that maybe some day my husband will also click and become a Disney lover.

About six months ago I discovered UTM and really enjoy their podcasts. As a fellow New Englander and WDW and Universal Studios enthusiast, they provide a lot of fun and useful information. Connie and Bruce are both great. They always give a pizza themselves to every episode. Would highly recommend.

I love this podcast. You two are my favorite Disney podcasters. As someone also from MA who struggles to clean up my harsh accent sometimes, i would LOVE to hear a full MA accent episode lol. My favorite thing when listening is when I hear it slip a little and you go back to correct it. So relatable lol. Also, same as Konstantina, I’m Kasey (Kay-see) with a K and I always have to correct it. Love you guys!

I recently discovered this podcast while planning an upcoming couples trip to WDW. It is full of helpful information and tips- perfect for adults who haven’t been to the parks in a while. Connie and Bruce give honest feedback in a positive way.

They are funny and lend some good insights. I think they have kids.. but most of their tips seem to be more for adults. But overall it’s better than most podcasts I’ve heard so far.

I stumbled upon this pod cast during such a hard time in my life being diagnosed with thyroid cancer and my heath anxiety going from 0-100 being in nursing school …I’ve made this pod cast a nightly routine session. I can’t wait to jump in bed turn off all the lights and listen to your stories it helped me threw the hardest times in my life and I’m so grateful for this fun corky entertaining podcast.

I used to love this podcast but it feels like recently they’ve been doing a lot more episodes about the history of Disneyland which isn’t bad but a lot of it is either retelling of old videos or playing old Walt Disney audio

I love this podcast for so many reasons, but the main one is that they basically have the same conversations my wife and I have when discussing Disney World. Ranking foods and rides, parks, etc. They are so fun to listen to and are a good listen especially when I am missing the park. Also, they have amazing pizza opinions!
