A podcast about healing and preventing cancer with nutrition & natural therapies, and living life with joy and purpose! I was diagnosed with stage IIIC colon cancer in 2003, at 26 years old. I had surgery but refused chemotherapy. I chose faith over fear, changed my entire life, and used hardcore nutrition and natural therapies to heal. My doctor told me I was "Insane", but he was wrong. :) Today I am a best-selling author, blogger, global health & cancer coach, and speaker. My site (chrisbeatcancer.com) features articles about nutritional science, the cancer industry, and interviews with doctors, experts and survivors who have healed all types of cancer with nutrition and natural therapies.Show notes and links for all episodes at www.chrisbeatcancer.com/podcast.Tons of interviews with people who've healed cancer on my youtube channel (www.youtube.com/chrisbeatcancer).Always posting on facebook (www.facebook.com/chrisbeatcancer).Tweet at me! @chrisbeatcancer.And yes I'm on Instagram @chrisbeatcancer.

    Great content!
I really appreciate Chris and everything he’s doing. He has a great interview style and I’m learning so much from him and his interviewees. I was actually listening to another podcast originally, who also had great information about healing with nutrition but the interviewer on that one comes off very judgy and closed minded and somewhat rude. Chris comes across the opposite of that - just kind and full of hope and faith, and open to different things people have tried. If someone did eat meat during their journey, they still get interviewed! And I appreciate being able to hear it all, even if it’s not all in a perfect box of one way to go.

    Old episodes disappearing
Chris- Apple appears to be removing older episodes. I refer people to your podcast all the time and there is so much information they would be missing out on without access to those older episodes. Can you update your settings with Apple so they are visible again? Thank you!

    Just OK
Chris is a nice guy and there is good content here. But he is a HORRIBLE interviewer. Every single episode I would swear he talks more than his guests. He feels like he needs to share HIS story again if they don’t know it. This would would be fine for a conversation. But for podcast listener, it means you have to sit through him saying the same things over again and again and again. If you have read his books, expect to hear all that that content again revisited in each podcasts. Again, this is fine if you are new to his work, but makes it painful for people who know his story well. What Chris needs to do is let his guest talk 85% of the time. He needs to ask questions, and then think of relevant questions to ask next instead of related stories to share. Each podcast would have much more unique content. At the VERY end he might share some thoughts about how his experience overlaps with the guests for something. But he needs to realize his audience knows his story. He does not need to keep repeating it. If he did that this podcast would be five stars. The only other thing I would share is that Chris does not seem to realize some of the unique circumstances facing stage four disease with certain aggressive mutations. At least it does not come out in his material. This is really a completely different animal than stage 3. And some stage fours are far worse than others. I think it would be good for him to interview integrative doctors dealing with stage 4 disease, as well as have a lot more guests that are stage 4 disease free for five years or more. But the main thing that would help if he stopped interrupting the guests with his own stories and viewpoints.

    Fantastic podcast, speakers and topics
This podcast channel is one of my favorites. It dives into topics that will really make a difference in your life. I am not sick, but love the information. I have learned so much and grateful for it. Most of all, in this world full of broken health systems, it gives me hope and positivity. Thank you Chris!

Great to listen whether you have cancer or not
My brother has cancer which led me to discover Chris but I soon realized listening to his podcasts were helpful to me as well with my health issues. Often it’s eye opening to hear how things work in our bodies AND in the American healthcare system.

    THANK YOU
Recently diagnosed with RMSF and the norm…two weeks doxy see you later…you must be insane it’s in your head etc. luckily I stumbled across a group of people online to support and bring awareness to regarding tick disease. I am so glad or else I would be another person on a million pills and no relief or cure for the main issue. Thank you so much for taking time to record this. And the statement that it was the right thing to do. We need more of that attitude and less of the greed. Thank you thank you thank you!

Chris provides great information each podcast. I have changed my eating habits on what I have learned from his guests and his personal experiences. This is my favorite source of nutritional information.

    Healing diets
I would love to see you explore healthy animal-based eating. I think what those who focus on healing diets have in common is greater than what separates them: whole foods raised without pesticides, hormones, antibiotics, non-GMO, regenerative agriculture, no processed foods, no junk food or fast food, no white sugar/flour, no processed seed oils, good sleep, sunshine, exercise, forgiveness, loving non-toxic relationships. Plants were pulled away from me one by one primarily due to leaky gut post c-diff, FMT, celiac, SIBO. This included gluten, lectins, grains, nightshades, seeds. When COVID took sweet potatoes and blackberries (bloating), I found Paul Saladino, Brian Sanders and others who were promoting the healthy aspect of an animal-based diet. Terry Wahls, MD, a 20 year vegetarian, had to add meat back as part of reversing her MS. Healing should be the goal. A lot of us who have autoimmunity and a compromised gut cannot eat the way you do. Another person Natasha Campbell McBride, MD and author of the GAPS protocol, has brought about a lot of healing with the use of meats, broth, and fermented foods. Mary Ruddick also has an amazing story of healing. Jordan Rubin of The Maker’s Diet as well. I’m very happy your protocol has been so successful for you, Chris, but there are other paths to healing with food. Be blessed. You are a blessing to so many. I have your book and have used your juice with beet, celery and carrot, but I tried to eat oatmeal until Einstein’s definition of insanity - it left me feeling tired. 3 pastured eggs and sautéed greens don’t.

    Diagnosed and searching!
Chris, I love your objectively open, and passionately focused perspectives. Your guests are so very informative and your careful “translation” for us noobs is really helpful. It’s overwhelming and confusing in the search for alternatives and hope. This has become my go to podcast. Great work. Amazing mission. Keep it up, buddy! And thank you!!!

    Great information, horrible sound quality
I love the information presented in this show. It’s been very helpful as I journey through my battle against cancer. However, the sound quality of this podcast is horrible and it’s difficult to listen to. At least have your guests silence their cell phones so we don’t listen to constant text messages and email notifications.

    Awesome Podcast
Chirs thank you so much for sharing this priceless information with the world. I have been following you for a while now. I’ve always been passionate about researching and finding alternative/integrative treatments for all kinds of chronic conditions-history of heart disease in my family. In the last decade and a half, I have been touched by cancer in the loss of close friends, family, and now my sister was diagnosed with Breast Ca stage 3, a remission that months later turned into stage 4. This has affected us so much and ignited a bigger passion in me for finding a more holistic path during her journey. I have shared a lot of this info with her and with other loved ones.. these are all amazing tools for prevention of cancer and an array of other chronic conditions... we are so grateful for people like you who educate and have the compassion we need to go against the medical grain.. Thank you!🙏🏼❤️

So glad that I came across this podcast and impressed with Chris is doing
My dad was diagnosed with prostrate cancer a few months ago which has metastasized. He had his surgery and started chemo and will know in a few months if radiation will be required. I have been doing a lot of research on nutrition and alternate of therapy to treat cancer symptoms and listening to the episodes here I feel very optimistic for my dad to not only recover but get better than ever before. Thanks, Chris!

I love this guy, really! He is such a cool dude but most of all he is living out his calling with so much passion and love. I purchased the SquareOone plan so I could honestly recommend it to those that cantact me to find out how I have been healing stage 3 breast cancer since 2012. I followed a protcal that was very similar to the SquareOne plan and whole heartedly give it a rating of "Fabulous"!! Thank you for putting this into a very user friendly format for those that are looking for a Holistic approach to healing their bodies.

Chris, you’re God commissioned to do this work - KEEP GOING
Found a lump where it can only mean one thing. Couldn’t sleep - stumbled onto your website after searching for carrots and cancer (I don’t know why I searched for that). I knew God had provided an answer to my fervent prayers the second I saw your first Square 1 Module - bought access to the whole thing - and I need to say THANK YOU. My head was spinning, there’s too much information out there and lots of scammers - but you are the real deal. You did the homework for me, you oriented me and gave me a wake up call and doable game plan, you understand the Jesus lynchpin to whole body healing, so THANK YOU. You really ministered to me when I really really needed it. God bless you sir. KEEP GOING

    Thank you.
Thank you for being so transparent and sharing yourself and information so that others can heal.

    Very Interesting!!
Chris' recent interview with Dr. John Kelly was both fascinating and educating. I still don't get it, though, how most of us have such a hard time taking responsibility for our own health but trust the doctors instead. This kind of information should help us get a little closer to a more balanced approach.
  • Heavensight
    Great Information!!
I have been following your website and all the good resources you have. Talk about it all the time with my family members. Dr. Kelley was a good interview. I gained more insight on the whole food, vegan diet. Also, the connection to Dr. Cambell and his book The China Study are most invaluable. Most exciting for me is the Cookbook for quick receipes to make for my family. Receipe cookbook and China Study books are on their way!! Thank you Chris for all you do, feel that in soon, this will indeed be a change in our culture to eat the WHOLE FOODS and VEGAN WAY!!!!

    Fantastic interview with Dr Kelly
Chris, This was a wonderful interview with a medical doctor who had time and time again seen patients keep their cancer away but just not eating animal products, except for fish. It shows you have us on the right track, and I will be staying with your plan.

I am stunned to hear this but so grateful. I may have to change some eating habits that I thought was healthy….it’s so hard to know what is right and what is wrong! Dr. John McDougall’s way of thinking has me pondering. Really great interview and conversation.
