BeckyC95Encouraging & InspiringKaren and Erin are two gals you could sit across the table and enjoy coffee together. I love their hearts for helping others find their Kingdom voice and sharing that voice through writing.

Becca WierwilleRevitalizing and Encouraging! This is a great writing podcast for anyone who feels overwhelmed with the creative process, needs encouragement, or simply needs to return to the heart of why we write.

BeachChildThank you!Your March 9 podcast with Tamera Alexander had me in tears (as I raked the yard!). Having just lost my husband (9 years of cancer) and my mother (5 years of dementia) I so identified with all you were saying. Thank you for your encouragement and wisdom. Many blessings from a fellow writer. Linda J. White

Msnow2Refreshing and Inspiring!Love this podcast! Karen and Erin are inspiring and encouraging. It feels like each episode is a cup of the coldest, deepest water for the sweaty, determined, and sometimes weary writer. (The interviews are great, too!)

Me IntentionallyWhere have you been all my life! The Hallelujah chorus just resounded. Wow! Your podcast is quenching a dry and thirsty place in my spirit. Sounding dramatic? I am "totes" serious. I found you ladies from Cultivating the Lovely Podcast #20. My heart is to be a writer. And I fight God on that daily because of my fear of giving in to that calling because I do let the discouraging voices rise above and I know I shouldn’t. And I feel paralyzed and I feel that there are so many other "way better authors" out there doing a far better job (que violins). BUT I am listening to your "Embrace the Deep" episode and feeling alive and refreshed. So thank you! Keep it up! I look forward to listening to many more :)

thebaysingerboyOffers both encouragement and directionAhh! I am SO glad I found this podcast! And it seemed to have come at just the right time in my writing journey. I love that Karen and Erin offer both encouragement and instruction for us writers who are trudging along, wondering what the heck we’re doing. I’ve listened to the Finding your Catalyst and Writing With God episodes several times already. I seriously get so inspired by listening to these ladies! My only suggestion? That they start doing the podcast every week instead of every other week! But I suppose I can be patient. ;)

LgmccarySuch an encouragementI'm so glad I heard about this podcast at ACFW. It's been a blessing, ladies. Definitely a shot in the arm when I feel like I'm not very productive.

JohnVonhofTimely and refreshingI like this podcast - pure and simple. Erin and Karen offer a refreshing take on many aspects of writing, Listen and learn if you are writing from the deep or just touching the surface. Are you being truthful? Are you letting His message come through your writing? You’ll get tips and advice on writing from Erin and Karen as the conversation goes back and forth and they bring out the best in each other - and in turn help bring out the best in us as writers.

The Contreras CrewA wellspring for writersThis podcast is such a ministry to writers. Not only is there practical advice about the craft, but the deeper call to honor and connect with God in the process.

LMc in TexasPerfect TimingI binge-listened to the first 3 episodes this morning (would’ve kept listening, but so far there are only 3 episodes here). The entire time I felt like Karen and Erin had been reading my mind, as they kept addressing every question I’ve been asking and every struggle I’ve been facing as a writer. Short, listenable episodes full of truth, humor, and encouragement from two industry veterans who clearly understand both the writer’s aching heart and God’s heart toward the writer. I look forward to the episodes to come.

Barb RavA much needed podcast!I’ve been hoping someone would start a podcast like this! I think it will be so helpful for Christian writers, including me! Looking forward to future episodes!

RonEstradaFinally…a podcast for Christian authorsI’m a podcast junkie. Anything writing related, I’m there. But I get so tired of all the language and off-color jokes. I needed Write From The Deep to get the faith-infused encouragement that is so lacking for many of us Christian writers. Thank you, ladies. Wonderful job! It’s like having the ACFW conference on my iPhone whenever I need it.
-
Kathy RupffGood Info & Insight for all creativesSo thankful I found this podcast via the Novel Rocket blog! Love the hosts' heart and style. Thank you so much for sharing your expertise, wisdom, and encouragement, which applies to creatives of all kinds. Look forward to more!

Nickoman1514Wow. Just what I’ve been looking forWriting, editing, and marketing—that’s what writers are talking about most of the time. But as a Christian author, I need to learn to do all those things not just better, but more closely with God. Because if I’m not doing it with God, then what’s the point? This podcast is just what I’ve been looking for.
