    Good content, not enough meditation
I find that there is way too much talking *about* meditation and not enough *doing* it in this podcast. I find that after the barrage of words, I still need to go meditate! The content is great, after the 3-4 minute intro that is repeated each episode, but it’s not spacious enough for me.

    A bit inconsistent
I want to love this podcast. I love the concept. However, 12 minute meditations are usually more like 7 or 8 minute meditations after the intro. While the intro can be helpful, the actual meditation should be a full 12 minutes. And, of course, some guests are much better than others. Sometimes the audio seems a bit off…

this is how I built a meditation practice — I know I have 12 minutes on saturday mornings, and this is what I listen to. I have found many different

    Amazing
I’m so grateful to have found these podcasts! I started listening in bed before sleep and now I’m adding to my morning routine. Whatever my heart and mind need, there is a 12 minute meditation.

Some good, some not so much
Really just depends on the week. Some of the experts are better than others, some are just better in an audio-only medium.

    Gratitude Works 💗
I really enjoy these meditations. Yes, the intros are long, but I’m grateful for the FREE guided, short, meditations. These are perfect for beginners and/or anyone who wants to create a habit of dedicating a short time to their well-being. Some voices are more soothing than others, as is the case with all people you encounter. Practice mindfulness to get through it — hear the message, not the messenger. Regardless of minor annoyances in the recordings, I always feel grateful when I’m done, and look forward to the next.

    Love these short meditations
I love how short but satisfying these meditations are. Yes the intro is a bit long but I use that time to practice my 4-7-8 breathing while I get into the right headspace before the meditation begins. These are free! If you don’t want the sell you will need to buy

Most are truly helpful…and I’m very appreciative
However, I listened to a 12 min. Meditation this morning by Rose Felix Cratsley that was very annoying. I’m giving the benefit of the doubt to the presenter, in hopes that it was a purely technical issue. Each time a phrase was stated, I could hear the voice ‘record’ button switch ‘off’. Then ‘on’ again, when the words started up. I would’ve much preferred the continual hum of the sound of the microphone to the switching ‘on’ & ‘off’ of the sound button. Perhaps it was merely a voice activated switch, but nonetheless, it was quite jarring & annoying, to the point that I began to listen for the off/on button to be triggered instead of focusing on my breathing and the words being spoken! I found it very disruptive to an otherwise quite acceptable presentation. But, I wanted to give my feedback, in case it was a technical issue that could be easily rectified. Thank you for these wonderful moments each day. They’ve helped me greatly, and as a retired psychotherapist, I’m considering studying Mindfulness further, as I believe the development of such is absolutely crucial to our well-being, self growth, and true connection with self & others.

12 minute meditation - is just right
The perfect amount of time for a meditation and a quick, powerful reset. I am grateful and keep them coming. Mimi

    Never gets to the meditation
Advertising and getting into position to start a meditation seems to take forever. By the time I’m instructed to take a few breaths the chime rings. Rename to a 20 meditation ior get rid of 90% of the intro. Sorry.

    Consistently great meditations
I do these regularly and the dialogue and practitioners are consistently great. It’s easy to fit into my morning routine and I always walk away with a new or revisited idea that grounds my day.

    Long intro, sound quality issue
I really want to give these meditations a chance as I enjoy Mindful’s content but I had to stop listening 1/3 of the way in. The long intro takes the listener away from the experience Theyre looking for by front-loading with sponsorship mention and introduction. I think for a meditation, that needed to be brought to the end. Maybe give incentive for listeners to stick around afterward or something? There’s also background feedback that’s distracting. Better quality recording OR don’t leave the pause between. If Rogers is a Mindfulness expert, he may have moved the meditation along with intentional continuance for the listener…the pauses and starts kept pulling me away. I couldn’t relax.

    Too much intro
The meditations are mostly wonderful. However, the intro by the editor is too long. I want the meditation, not the sell. Maybe she could move the overview to the end.

    Very pleasant
It’s refreshing to have a brief meditation podcast that is really about meditating and not about all the things that make you anxious so that you need to meditate. This podcast is excellent. Highly recommend.

    My peace
I love these short meditations and do them daily. I especially love Barry Boyce’s voice, so raspy and relaxing. Like a comforting grandfather.

    Harsh voice
I can’t get past the harsh nasal voice to listen to what he’s saying.

    Episode 16
I know it’s a pandemic but pay attention to sound quality. Sounded like the speaker was moving in and out of his car? Too distracting to listen to

Missing the right energy and voice
I’ve tried a few different episodes. There is nothing calming about the people . Most are the complete opposite.

    Too much spit!
Tried to listen to the episode on dealing with difficult emotions. Was too distracted by hearing all the saliva in the presenter's mouth while she was talking. Even worse: the audible swallows she would take. Edit, people. Could not make it through even this 10 minute episode.
