InterestedinEnergyHow partisanship is holding back climate actionI love the variety of subjects you cover, and the variety of regions. Over time I become a bit more knowledgeable. The book written by this professor sounds interesting—tackling policy, how to listen to others, and how to work with others. His discussion of it was.

Hapy fun majik tiemsPro-Israeli podcastThe framing on the last podcast was totally one sided. Israel bombed AN EMBASSY. Barely got a mention. I tune in to hear about energy policy. Not listen to what this was.
-
DontheEngineerE-fuelsGenerally CEE podcasts are very informative on a range of subjects 4/16 was difficult to listen to because the speaker sabotaged her own story. Her presentation was peppered with “like” and “ you know” throughout. Preparation is the key

SkanDad1Simply the Smartest Podcast on the Energy TransitionI learn something, maybe many things, each time I listen to the show. Expert guests and hosts that don’t feel a need to clutter up the discussion with too much preface or other commentary. Thank you Columbia University for making this available. You are making us all smarter and more informed.

Jxk269Columbia Energy ExchangeThis is a top quality podcast. The host, Jason Bordoff, is adept at asking pertinent questions regarding the topic and keeping the conversation going smoothly. The guests are chosen for their expertise in a specific area of energy/decarbonization. The sound quality of this podcast is very good, and there is no loud music to endure in the segment. There is much to learn and be inspired by in this podcast.

bartybarty18Platform for bad actors in energy sectorTimid and cowardly interviewing is a consistent theme. This is basically a platform for bad actors in the energy sector to spread their nonsense. Interviewees are allowed to steer the conversation and hard hitting questions are avoided in favor of being friendly. This results in humanization of earth destroyers and not much else. If you want insights into the current energy sector without counterpoints, this could be for you. If you realize the energy sector needs massive reform worldwide and want any insight into how that is happening, this podcast falls far short.

arf206Excellent guests & topicsI am a regular listener now thanks to great guests & in depth discussion on the issues in energy
-
The Oracle of OKCReally, really, really far leftSometimes they have on a decent guest and talk about an issue facing the energy market. This week they lost all sense of scholarship when they had on a guest and took the “green new deal” seriously (which is the most laughable proposal ever) and they spent half the time talking about “intersectional” themes related to the green new deal.
-
rounding3rdGood guests and interviewsIs that a pencil on paper always scratching in the background?
-
SIPA StudentPractical and Relatable to the General PublicIf you “plug” into current affairs or elect to better understand the complex and interwoven issues of energy and environmental policy, then this podcast is for you. The hosts master the challenge of extending complicated and seemingly elitist subject matter to listeners in a non-partisan, no nonsense, informative manner. I credit this podcast as one of the best courses I’ve ever taken...
