@ph11Great showExcellent professional information and insight for the responsible citizen! Keep up the good work gentlemen

GuessimmeUsed to be real goodLong time listener. It seems that the commercials keep becoming more frequent. Now commercials cut sentences off. Really like the content but listening to commercials every 10 minutes is too much.
-
PF940svMore ads than pod talkI love listening to the pod, but I hate how in my 15 minute drive to work I sat through three separate ad breaks. My favorite is the shill episode with the constant chumba casino shill ads
-
CkClrkEpisode 397 third party advertisement damaged my hearing. Some of the ads you guys are putting on your show are way, way, way louder than the rest of the audio on each episode. The Loverboy concert ad at the beginning of this one blew both my ears out the second I put you on my radio while driving home from my night shift.
-
decatur2019Excellent content, but…..I really wish they would change the ads to not pop up in the middle of a word. I understand the need for ad revenue, but it hampers the listening experience for an “Owner of a Lonely Heart” style stab of sound in the middle of a thought.

Crissyb429Great Find.Thank you Guy Relford for recommending this show. This will be a must-listen-to going forward. I thoroughly enjoyed every minute.

Ctownz83Great showGreat show. I look forward to every new episode. Legacy Media is Dead! Podcasts are the only way to get news and info nowadays.

Ares BlackMost intelligent conversations around a self-defense lifestyle anywhereThis podcast is for the intellectual who’s not searching for confirmation bias but a place to challenge their sacred beliefs. Matt doesn’t over power the conversation of true subject matter experts in their field but asks questions to learn and explore. These are usually long but it’s because these topics shouldn’t be glossed over for confirmation bias but dug into deeper to ensure that you are not missing important context. This information isn’t easily found anywhere and you’re getting for free here.

TheLegendOfZelda MannSimply the most refined information available on the topics. The Modcasts that P&S puts on are simply a gateway drug for continuous learning when it comes to firearms, tactics, gear, and the “why” behind everything we have done or will do with them. Matt Landfair strives for constant quality and continuous education on a variety of subjects, and selects both experts and enthusiasts to discuss the topic at hand, including the reasons why. P&S is perhaps the best resource I have encountered in 15 years of online firearms discussion, period. I cannot recommend this podcast enough. Give them a listen or a watch, and enjoy the content- it’s excellent.

545+39The worst podcast I’ve ever heardThey don’t support the 2A at all they have great sound quality but it’s mostly dead air
-
TobiasedDecent Information. Too much fluffFirst off, the us verse them mentality is definitely palpable with the law enforcement guys. The idea that certain training or gear should only available to LE/MIL is gatekeeping hands down. Are you 2A or no? I can still get value and appreciate the info, especially when Evan Hill joins. But some of these shows could seriously be 5 minutes if the dead air and fluff was removed. I’m thinking mainly of the holster episode. 3 hours rehashing the same points over and over and continually bashing Trex Arms (which arguably has done more for 2a than any modern company), and really over complicating a pretty simple task. Carrying a gun was like wearing a hat back in the day, but these guys are acting like you’re bearing the One Ring on the path to Mordor. Not that big a deal. After the past few years I’ve lost any respect for officers that bent the knee or enforced tyranny. WE HAVEN’T FORGOT. “Just following orders” “but it’s my job” “I need a paycheck” No compassion for cowards…

1911JusticeNew listenerGood content. Liked the revolver episode. But whoever is clicking their revolver in the background is annoying as s!

umm...yesCould be so much better!Content and topics are great. The things they discuss are relevant and interesting from multiple angles. The only thing holding this podcast back is the lack of editing and audio quality. I get that a lot of the interviews are via zoom or over the internet. However, the audio issues that are created (audio cutting out, distortion, volume control issues, and lost connections) make listening to this podcast frustrating. Spend some advertising money on some simple editing and cut out the times when the internet doesn’t cooperate or there are audio issues and the parts where you all talk about the problem for fifteen minutes afterwards. Enforce some audio etiquette by talking to guests about staying close to their microphones so their voice doesn’t fluctuate in and out and make sure guests aren’t racking slides and doing dry reps with their microphones on while others are talking. You guys have great content and guests, but please for the love of god, clean up the audio so it’s not so frustrating to listen too!!!!

JsixgunsGreat podcastThere’s so much great information on this that it’s hard to digest it all. I’ve been listening since 2016 and now going back listening to older one to pick up on information I’ve missed the first time around. It’s sad that this podcast doesn’t get as much traction as it should compared to low information shows. However it probably turns the people off who are emotionally invested in their equipment and they get their feelings hurt when experienced people say their equipment isn’t up to par.

killaginga17Yikes.Thank God the most recent panel had Mark Smith. Yikes.
-
BradF92Great show!Great podcast for when you want a deep dive into firearms related topics.
-
cheesydonut89Good informationSome good information and topics that you won’t hear anywhere else. Unfortunately almost every conversation devolves into complaining about people on social media.
-
richardm1070AAA/O Bar NoneSometimes you have guest who take over the show and the other guest are drowned out. Not to say the one guy doesnt tell the truth but i'd like to hear from all guest. Just a suggestion.

Usually_Lurks12Great show.Love the show. The information is awesome and the episodes during quarantine are helping keep me alive.
-
Riley9x19Won’t get you kilt in da skreetsSince listening to P&S I have been 100% less likely to be kilt in da skreets, whether I’m rocking a Roland or a mouse gun.

Drifting FateDisconnectedIf you want to listen to something where you spend your time in return for being talked down to by an us vs them clique, this podcast is for you. Frankly, this may be the biggest tragedy in podcasting yet - they have so very much to offer, but instead record this tripe which is boring and exclusionary. Your ears may bleed. I honestly don’t know which is worse, my yawning or their feelings of superiority. They need to take a season off, spend it with someone who will teach them to pull their heads out of their collective a** , become Teachers of Men, and come back to do some real good with their high level of knowledge. As it stands, one useful podcast out of maybe thirty isn't worth the hours needed to find that rare gem. Instead, listen to Gabe Suarez. Oh, I joke. Don't do that. Seriously, don't. That would be a negative five stars, these guys at least know something even if they can’t get it across for love or money.
-
Warchild0311Primary & SecondaryVery informative and well thought out panel of speakers appear on each podcast. Every episode is entertaining, logical and has no nonsense discussions!
-
hillaryisamanGreat ContentPlease work with Jordan on not saying “ya know” before and after literally every word I, ya know, have, ya know, An AR, ya know, and, ya know, it shoots, ya know, bullets
-
Billy Salmon SavageInformative and fun, no derpGreat group of dudes with REAL expertise.
-
J DanglezBad audioHey guys I really love your podcast but every time I listen to one of your podcast one of your guests doesn’t know how to talk to the phone. Makes me not want to listen anymore, be awesome if you guys could fix this or let you guest know before you get recording, to actually talk into the mouthpiece thanks.
-
fiesta playerGreat podcast!Love this podcast! Irreverent, funny, informative and entertaining. Doesn't matter if you’re a gun person or not. Just have a sense of humor and an open mind. Depth of knowledge and experience is phenomenal but also easily accessible and entertaining. Thanks for the podcast!
-
NC_ClassicsA Toolbox of KnowledgeIve gotten alot out of this podcast, knowledge, tips, entertainment, and heard alot of different opinions. And always Red Dots on pistols, but i aint about that life. Anyway check it out and support on Patreon if you enjoy.
-
RepsofchristIn-depth info on the presented topicsSome of these can be long but I've found nuggets of wisdom that just come out during the conversation that might have been missed during a shorter pod/modcast.
-
[REDACTED] USEROutstanding Podcast!Primary & Secondary is an outstanding podcast! The content from P&S comes from decades of experience from mentors in the LEO, MIL, Civilians who conceal carry firearms, and just regular people who just enjoy shooting firearms. I cannot recommend this “modcast” enough. Stay Alert, Stay Alive!
-
BeauC_310Great InfoGreat info for Mil/LE, gun nerds and self defense-minded people. I appreciate the “why” behind all of the experience based knowledge dropped on this show.
-
sundevilrobGreat Podcast with great panelsThis is a great podcast. Matt brings together true experts in the subjects covered. As one reviewer said - constant “knowledge bombs” dropped by people who know.
-
Andrew_P84More fear mongeringIf you're looking for rational discussion about guns and rights, keep looking. These guys just spout the same tired "they're comin' fer mah guns" alarmism you might expect to hear from Wayne LaPierre or a gun industry spokesperson... oh wait, that's redundant.
-
Andrew BarczakAn absolute goldmine of info and experienceI’m an Airborne 11B team leader currently deployed. I recently discovered this podcast and have been listening in my off time. No joke, I’ve learned more from listening to these guys than I have in all my time in the Army. I’m a better soldier and leader because of it. Keep them coming. .
-
The Grape DonkeyGreat showOutstanding content. Absolutely awful audio quality. The quality of the recording makes it difficult to listen to.
-
FaustrocketStellar content with unbearable audioI’m LE and a competitive shooter and believe this is some of the better content I have found on podcast. I listen while I work, especially on night shift. Problem is that the audio is so bad it’s not worth it. Between the squad radio and road noise, this audio is not worth the effort. Very bummed out. Tactical Gamers was full of valuable info. I’ll keep it on the subscribe list for now. Hopefully the audio gets fixed.
-
Warren G23This podcast is a must to listen to!Great information, coming at you raw from some dudes with a ton of experience in the industry, super freakin relevant, I recommend this podcast to everyone
-
Reno SepulvedaShoddy Production ValuesThis podcast is nothing more than a handful of guys talking to each other for several hours over crappy internet and cellphone connections. I am not casting aspersions on their credentials. I have no doubt some of these people have "been there and done that". I am also sure that somewhere between all the pontificating, ball scratching and good natured towel popping, there is some solid knowledge imparted. I'm just unable to put up with such an unlistenable production long enough to gain any hard earned insights.
-
Gum beauxGreat info, solid presentation.Primary & Secondary is known for no-nonsense straight forward presentation of information that may save lives when the bullets start flying. 10/10 I recommend everyone follow these cats.
-
Cougar_guySolid folks, solid information. If you have any interest in learning more about squaring yourself away in the shooting/training realm, this needs to be on your list. These guys know their stuff, they have great guests/contributors. Listen and learn . . . and be entertained in the process!
-
BAD45ACPBest source for information in the gun communityP&S completely changed my thoughts on shooting and training and buying products. Although I'm impressed with the way that they do it through providing solid information from SMEs on a subjects. Having a real SME vetted by others providing information is the best part. Well maybe that was the best part. Be on the look out for Roland. The guy is hilarious and informative while saying things that are pure awesomeness.
-
C_swartGreat!!!Unbelievable amount of great information on these podcast!!!
-
Asclepius.Learning will occur.Check your ego at the door and listen, tons of great info from true professionals.
-
NicAquaticf bomb practicethe primary is a F bomb and the secondary is followed up with a F bomb. I really don't mind salty language but after a couple of podcasts it gets to be tourette syndrome F bomb torture. these cats can't say a single sentence with out the word no matter how mundane the subject. If you have ADD you'll likely develope a tick every time they use the word and won't hear anything else they are saying. I might catch an episode a year from now to see if these dudes have matured a little or have just wore themselves out on any word that starts with "F" likely requiring speech therapy.
-
BarchackOutstandingAbsolutely the best podcast for real world tactical information. Absolutely priceless.
-
RemittancemanThe worst I've ever heardDon't waste your time with this podcast. It's a couple of dullards who can barely form a coherent thought. These two can't even make a podcast with William Petty interesting. That's saying something, too.
-
Avid drudgerThe BEST in shooting, gear, and trainingAwesome podcast. Group of guys who know what they are talking about, giving you top notch info, and sliding in the occasional war stories. Essentially talking shop about guns, gear, and training ... without any filters. This is similar to what SOFREP originated as, but evolved away from. Been listening non-stop.
-
RowdyYatesMMARandom internet heroLots of information being dropped here. I've listened to all the episodes twice and picked up things the 2nd time around that I missed the first time. Definitely good stuff. That Roland is so dreamy and makes you want to come back for more.
