    Best Sox podcast!
Love all the coverage of the players at spring training. Multiple episodes a week and all the players on the show. Definitely recommended this if you are a fan of the Sox.

    Back for my annual punishment…
I’ve been way way in the dark since early last year. Time to get caught up. Do we have a team with guts yet??

    Tim in 2024
This is by far the most informed and objective news and analysis of the White Sox out there. Your episode on Tim was very insightful. I took away that Tim was a casualty of the toxic clubhouse rather than a contributor. I think he deserves a chance to redeem himself with this team next year. Given his friendly team option, relatively low trade value, and his willingness to play 2nd, what downside would there be to keeping him around?

    Last episode
First, I love the show! Living in Arkansas it’s hard to get whitesox content and you scratch that itch for me. The episode on lance johnson was awesome. As a kid I asked my dad to go to a Sox game for my birthday(July 25). We caught a game (I think it was Seattle) and as we were standing in line for snacks I ran over, just in time, to see lance johnson hit a grand slam. I’ll never forget it.

    Please do more than rant.
The 4/27 podcast - my first and probably my last - was a half hour of ranting devoid of any serious analysis or ideas for “fixing” the team. Apparently a manager who gets ejected two games in a row is untouchable. Apparently there’s no talent in AAA that can avoid a strikeout or a blown relief. For a new Sox fan looking for insight, all I heard was a laundry list of clichés. Waste of time.

    Wonderful Wood
Great interview Chuck! Wilbur Wood was my favorite White Sox Pitcher growing up in the early 70s. Cool to hear his takes. Thanks for talking Wilbur!

    Good Podcast!
I’m a Yankees fan and listening to the white Sox POV after the Field of Dreams game. This podcast was well made and gave me a good idea for sponsorship placement in my own podcast “The Daily Sports Rundown”. (If I could give 4.5 stars, I would.) Thanks for an enjoyable 20mins!!!

This is my favorite podcast! Chuck and the guys do a wonderful job of covering the current team as well as going back in time for the distant replays.

Met Chuck at spring training 2018 with my wife and new born son. My parents were there as well. My dad got his attention by yelling That’s our Chuck! Came over immediately and was super nice. Thank you for putting this together it’s my fav Sox talk podcast. Locked on White Sox in a close second place but you edged them out!

Chuck is great and has a nice supporting cast.

    Love for Chuck
Listening to Chuck end a show alone especially after a difficult episode always makes me feel like everything is going to be ok.

    Water Carrying
Chuck and the team have always had an optimistic view of the white sox, but I’m going to stop listening after the TLR / Bob Nightengale interview. Shameless and embarrassing. The fallback for the white Sox for this decision will be horrendous as ticket sales, jersey sales, and viewership goes down. If they continue on with TLR, I hope they are prepared for a year of protest and poor PR which will ultimately decrease the value of the franchise and JR’s wealth in the short term.

    Love this podcast
Came to listen cause I kept hearing the “corporate podcast” bashed on another podcast, and I don’t get it... this podcast is GREAT!

Gives a Platform to DUI Truthers
This was once a great podcast. Chuck has strayed from his integrity and now gives a platform to people who downplay the risk & seriousness of drinking and driving. You should be embarrassed, Chuck. Seek out a different podcast.

    Best Sox/ baseball podcast
Love the show. Makes my work days a little easier to navigate and deal with. Thanks chuck and crew .
  • No! Not LaRussa!
    Love this podcast, but....
After they hired LaRussa my desire to listen to anything White Sox related has shrunk to about zero. So disappointed in the organization and my enthusiasm to follow them anymore just isn’t there.

Chuck and Ryan are so good on this and the guests are great. I love Vinnie’s analysis on it too. A must-listen for White Sox fans...because it’s the best White Sox podcast out there!

Great podcast for White Sox fans
Chicago White Sox fans will love this podcast, keep you updated with everything White Sox. Breaking news, great interviews of players. Chuck helps keep White Sox fans looking forward to the upcoming season year in and year out.

    Meh
This podcast lacks objectivity and realism, but the interviews with the players are good.

    Kevin Hickey
Chuck—I was born at Ravenswood Hopital in Chicago (1946), into a family that loved the Sox. Was at the 1st game of the ‘59 World Series (saw Big Klu hit 2 dingers) and even though I have lived in Boise, ID for many years, my life still revolves around my beloved SOX. Am a regular listener to your Podcast and wouldn’t miss an episode for the world. Just listened to the episode on Kevin Hickey and had to tell you that you can PUT IT ON THE BOARD!. That was the best 45 minutes I’ve spent this year. Thanks for what you do and keep it coming. Randy Schneider

    Chucks the best!!!
Chuck brings so much humor to this podcast! You can tell he is such a huge fan and is critical of the team when necessary. He’s going to tell it how it is.
  • SRSJones825
Always my go-to podcast on the White Sox
Chuck Garfien is a treasure. There’s always great stuff in the podcast.
  • l.d. crit
    Rick Hahn’s mouthpiece
While I enjoy the interviews with prospects and legends, it is clear NBC Chicago, which is partially-owned by White Sox owner, is much more of a mouthpiece for the team than an objective news source. Garfien and Co. are over-the-top in praising the team, and unwilling to engage in much criticism. And it has gotten worse as Hahn and Co. take more criticism. If you want solid work on minor affiliates along side feel-good fluff about how great the team is, and more content from White Sox staff, this will serve your needs. If you want more balanced takes on the team, this is not for you.

    🔥🔥🔥
I always look forward of hearing Chuck, makes me look at things of a different perspective and more inside news of the Sox.

    Chuck Garfein is terrble
Chuck is terrible. The team.should rightly be criticized for putting out a terrible product for the last decade. Instead of taking note of this, Chuck (the Sean Spicer of sports media) lashes out at the fan base, insults it's collective intelligence and walks off the playground taking his toys in a childlike tantrum.

    The Great Garfien
Chuck, screw being an exceptional reporter/cheerleader. You can be the greatest chauffeur in the Midwest. Think about all the athletes you can drive around. God Bless

  • ern_1965
    Very entertaining
I love everything from the opening music to the exciting discussion. This podcast is great especially to those of us living out of the Chicago area! For the past couple of years I listened about the future of the white Sox, now it’s real!
  • WSox_Mike
    Truth
What impressed me with this podcast is the truth on Adam Eaton/Todd Frazier melodrama. I think of this podcast as being an organ of the WSox and this episode showed the WSox warts and all. New found respect for Garfein and company as this was more journalism than PR flack for the organization. Kudos! Btw you will sell more tickets with the unvarnished truth. Part of the unique attraction of baseball is the wacky truth. Thanks for the insight.

  • Daniellevy51
    Great podcast, one recommendation
I love the podcast, and all of the topics. My only request is just that you bump up the volume on your audio editor. I listen on the bus on the way to school, and sometimes it’s hard to hear with full volume.

    Spin Class
Chuck explains to everyone why it’s not the front office’s fault that we didn’t sign Machado.
