    Great, practical advice
Frank provides the best information about MHP investing that I have found, giving the newbie investor a leg up on how to pencil out a deal and how to manage your manager. I can’t get enough information!

    Top Person in his field
I’ve been following Frank Rolfe for 10 plus years through his website and now his podcast. He has, hands down, more real world and on the ground expertise than anyone out there talking about MHP’s. There are some others giving great advise out there, but they are generally variations on the ideas you can hear first in this podcast.

    THE Best!
After reading a few posts on BiggerPockets written by Frank Rolfe, I decided to check out the website which then led me to the Podcast. Outside of John Maxwell, I’m not sure I know another human who shares his craft with the world like Frank Rolfe. He is an excellent communicator, he shares his depth of knowledge in such a tangible way and, connects with the listener /investor like an Uncle or Brother sharing wisdom. I have become an avid listener on a daily basis. It’s like having a morning cup of coffee with your mentor, you just know you’re gonna get some good insight.

    Great podcast with valuable information!
Thanks for making it easy to learn and interesting. Each episode definitely shows your valuable experience that you can’t read from a book. I’ve been following for a few years and have yet to pull the trigger on a MHP. Hoping I can buy one on Texas this year if there’s a good starter MHP.

What a creative and educational podcast!
Since I was my early 20s I had a fascination with mobile homes. I remember getting some books from the late Lonnie Scruggs but I never acted on it. Back then the internet wasn't as robust and social media didn't exist. To have a podcast from legitimate mobile home park entrepreneurs has restored my excitement to pursue this venture!

They’re definitely the go-to gurus of this type of investment

    2020 prediction podcast
I agree with parks in some form will be around. There will always be a need for affordable housing serving those who cannot afford stick built homes and apartments are either expensive or in shortage. Where I live, we experience both, stick built and apartments are expensive. As told by a member of city council, there is a need for a segment of society that mobile home parks serve. It was informative the point made about Mom and Pop parks method of running them. I would say that low rents help the near destitute and low wage earners keep a roof over their heads in some areas such as mine, almost a last stop before homelessness. It got ugly in my area with developers tearing down parks. Should be interesting how the industry moves a long.

    2020 New Year Predictions
As an experienced apartment investor, I have learned key metrics that help predict future trends. Frank has it all the key ones in this podcast. I am especially encouraged by the predictions for interest rates and the availability of agency debt going into 2020. By having these two key elements of investing, it shows just how great mobile home park investing can be in the new year. Great podcasts.

    Excellent Podcast
I have listened to many of Frank's Podcasts with the latest being "Throwing Down the Gauntlet on Affordable Housing". Living in California, near San Francisco, I wish the Governor would get his act together and start by listening to this episode. Why does affordable housing have to be so difficult to figure out? It doesn't, and Frank provides actionalbe examples of how to potentially resolve it. A common sense approach suits me just fine!
