I am a NICU nurse and I listen to almost all of Ramsey podcasts. When Ken started his Front Row Seat podcast, I thought “that sounds boring, over my head, and not applicable to me.” But I am hooked now! I have listened to every single show so far, and it is very interesting and easy to apply to work life and just every day living. Thank you Ken for putting out material that will help me continue to grow as a person!

I love listening to Mr. Coleman’s questions and the mind-blowing answers the guests come up with!

This show used to be a great coaching show for careers and is now just another longish form interview that you could get from one of MANY other podcasts.

An open, honest, and real conversation with Governor Haley. She shares relatable insights into her remarkable life. Ken is a masterful interviewer and the audience involvement added a nice twist.

I used to tune into every episode and found it incredibly helpful. The shows had a rough go for the last little bit. I get that something needs to change, but I hate that it’s being turned into just another live interview show.

This show offers hope. No matter what I am going through in my career, when I listen I feel hopeful that there is better things to come.

Use to be better. I miss when his episodes were 40-45 long 5 days a week, then he went 30 minutes 3 days a week, and now he’s 30 minutes once a week. Not as good as it use to be. Ken, you might end up at a one star review from me soon

Hands down one of the most relevant podcast out there !!! Each episode is full of real world insight and always backed with data!!!

Add more time in for the coaching sessions!

Reading "The Proximity Principle" book was truly transformative for me. It completely changed my life. Thanks to the insights I gained from the book, I was able to connect with a State University and actively engage in teaching within my profession. It has been an incredibly fulfilling experience.

I love everything about this! The info, the coaching, the quick wit humor of Ken. I always take away some bit of wisdom.

This used to be a five star show. I rarely listen now because most of the show is just opinion talk. He used to spend more of his show guiding people through their career journeys - which was WAY more interesting. Imagine if Dave made it so most of his show was no longer financial advice but rather commentary on the world of finance etc. Dave’s commentary on those subjects works because it’s a minority of the program and not the main meat of the program.

Ken is so good at breaking down big ideas into clear, manageable steps. I am a new listener, but I am enjoying the show so much!

If you’re going to go on a rant about the blue collar revolution, perhaps don’t confuse welding and plumbing. And perhaps don’t suggest everyone is making $300,000 as plumbers and HVAC workers. There are certainly solid, rewarding careers to be had. However, the average salaries are closer to $60-70k a year. It’s a solid career, not a get rich quick scheme like Ken pretends.

I’ve been working through a recent firing and trying to figure out where to go next. The KC Show has been solid for me. I’ve been binging it, Smart Money Happy Hour and The Dave Ramsey Show while driving for DoorDash, and all of them have helped me gain a healthier perspective of my life, my situation, and my relationships. Solid Team, solid advice.

If you are feeling that you are in a rut in your job, listen to Ken. Not only will he tell you how to get out of it, but he will make you feel loved.All places of business need a Ken. He should be part of the “human” department. Please add that department to every job that I’ve ever worked in !

Ken knows his stuff! I agree with 98& of what he says, On the other 2% I disagree with, at least he gets me thinking and challenges my beliefs. Keep up the great work Ken!

I want to be VERY clear: some of the things Ken says are worth knowing for all people. Those things alone are worth 2 of the 5 stars. He has this really weird tendency to politicize some career stuff. Lots of weird drops of the calling card only used by 1 political isle. Particularly, insulting the intelligence of Party members without justification and also calling people that have a righteous reaction to an issue “woke” over and over? This was far from the first time I’ve noticed that. I tried to just justify “well that’s just his spin on it” but thinking about it, if that’s leaking into the content in an obvious manner there, it might be subtly leaking into other portions of content. “Nothing is non-political” and etc. Also lots of “you young people” talk so if you’re older and somewhat vindictive against younger generations you’ll feel at home. For me it just rubs me the wrong way. There are free career tests that do what Ken does just as good if not better. There are podcasts and people worth listening to for this niche specifically that fit a lot better than this dude. Look elsewhere if possible.

Helped me think clearly about my career path. This helped give me peace in my career choices. It will help you if you do the work to follow these step by steps plans.

I work from home and I look forward to Ken’s Podcast each time!

I listen to this show almost every day. It really had changed my career perspective for good. Great tips and motivational for career and personal growth.

Too much about opinion and too little about facts. Also, the host fails to do basic math on the fly. A callers mentioned he may get 66% short-term disability, and then the hosts says let’s figure out how you can get the remaining 44%. He lost me right there.

I enjoy this great discussion by Ken but my gosh the outro voice is just slitheringly unwelcome and disturbing. Please change.

You heard it here folks. Great advice, great personality, great passion. He really takes pride in his work, which is helping others find out what they are best at, and how to get there. Really, more income more impact; more money more meaning! He also is just compassionate, helpful, and entertaining. Really inspires me to perform at my job personally (also I always love the dad jokes and how his kids always call him “cringy” and he just leans into it).

I definitely would recommend listening to Mr. Coleman. His enthusiasm is motivating he gives good advice.

Ken is an individual with no real world experience, telling others what they need to do to succeed.
