    Kelly is nothing short of amazing! After finding her shortly after giving birth to my second baby- her meditations have been the soothing my soul needed. She has such an easy voice to listen to and the nurse in me loves the deep dive episodes where you get to learn more of the "why". I am very selective with where my time gets spent and I never regret spending it with Kelly.

    Grateful for the podcast
    I always like to reciprocate gratitude to all those who practice in their element of gifts and share with others. Lot of wonderful exchanges have helped me from your podcast . There is one specific comment I’d like to share is that I’m not sure if it’s me or others hear it too . Sometimes it sounds like your sipping tea or a lozenge in your throat and because the air pods are so clear it really doesn’t sound calming to me . I hear this constant sipping or swirling of your mouth or saliva . You sound like you’re sick in your sinuses . It’s just not the most appealing sound as I’m trying to focus . I’m quite aware of my senses and I hope that this comes across not as a dishonorable comment but maybe one you could see as just something your listener points out . And I really appreciate your way of looking at things when you mention goat cheese because your absolutely correct in the context! I hope you continue your success. Be well

    My favorite meditation practice
    I’ve listened to plenty of meditation podcasts and even paid apps over the years and this show is my favorite! Kelly’s voice is very calming and the added music helps me stay focused. She chooses a great variety of topics that are much needed. I can replay her meditations multiple times and still get relaxation, peace and a new perspective from them.

    I want to love this podcast. The music, the host’s soothing voice, are great. But the random clunks (banging the mic maybe) jolt me right out of my meditative state and put me on edge. I’m just sitting there waiting for the next intrusive noise. Will have to unfollow for now.

    Been listening since 2018. Great podcast for meditation, rest, sleep, relax the mind, and feel at peace. Love the intro music, calmness in her voice. I am glad I found this podcast and continues to post. I also follow on YouTube. Best for bed meditation with some incense, sage, or palo santo. I am so thankful for Mindfulness in Minutes podcast.

    As someone who struggles with anxiety, I find this podcast so helpful in relaxing my mind. I even find myself feeling so refreshed after a meditation session. Her sessions come across so genuine that I sometimes tear up during some sessions because of the impact of her words.

    I’ve been on my spiritual journey for quite some time, but Kelly has completely transformed how I begin my mornings. After a tough workout, I love to get in the sauna and listen to one of her meditations. Her voice is soothing, providing technique and easy to follow vocal demonstration.     Kelly and her Mindful in minutes podcast guided me through one of the most challenging and difficult times in my life. Taking time to meditate has always been a struggle for me due to my trauma and inability to relax and focus. Add in uncoupling while in the Middle East working 12 hour days and it was just a wee bit harder than normal. I did my best to take a few minutes before work and listen to one of these podcasts to calm my mind and body which was struggling with high blood pressure from time to time for pretty obvious reasons. I credit this podcast and others with allowing me to show up authentically and in the best condition possible given the circumstances. 🙏🏻 I’m back from my deployment and still listening and they remain a key component in both my mental and physical health. Thank you so much!!!! ☺️

    This podcast is just simply the best! It’s like tuning in to hear some comforting words from a close friend. Although I have never met Kelly, I do feel like after listening to this podcast for a few years that she is a personal friend of mine! This podcast has helped me through a lot and I appreciate how it’s helped me change my mindset and habits in a positive way. I also enjoy the background music - in some meditations I get really annoyed by it but Kelly always chooses pleasant tunes! Thanks Kelly, and keep the great mediations coming!

    Unexpectedly good
    After listening to a few intros, I was not impressed. She says “like” every three words and it can get annoying. But once the meditation begins, she becomes much more articulate and steadying. So don’t be put off initially — give it a serious try and you will be satisfied.
