I was afraid to listen to The Daily Show post debate “analysis” because I was so depressed about Joe Biden’s performance. But Jon Stewart handled it as only he can and I was able to laugh. Thank you for this.

The rest of the commentators on TDS are not interesting to me. I only listen for John Stewart. He is the GOAT of this program. PS every time I see the initials TDS I think of Trump derangement syndrome. Ha ha.

Big fan of daily show but cannot not notice that the podcast has the most amount of ad than any other podcast I listen to

I have always been a fan of Stewart. Saw him do a hilarious show in Las Vegas. 1 st time listening. So witty and on spot. Hope he stays in the middle. Because both sides of this election have enough bull… for Stewart to keep us laughing for years.

I like that they do the nightly shows but then the highlights on the weekend… sometimes I just have time to listen to one recap of TDS each week. And the Monday episodes have been cool too

I really enjoy listening to the Daily Show since Stewart returned. I only wish he wouldn’t interrupt his guests so much. It’s hard to hear Christiane Amanpour finish her thoughts when he keeps cutting her off.

Did he always interrupt like he does? I can’t tell if I’ve changed or he did. Listening to his great interview with Ms Amanpour and it started driving me nuts how he talked over her. Other than that, thrilled with his return.

I guess it’s to increase “content,” but they constantly repackage the same show in multiple ways during the week. Usually skip now so I don’t hear repeats.

Loved the show for many years, but seriously seems like it's having difficulty getting back into it's groove. I suspect this may be part of reason why they are posting so many reruns. I wish I could watch the show but I'm at work when it airs. I kinda enjoy the reruns from years ago. But the ones from last week? Too soon maybe. I kinda feel deprived.

Lots of repeats and useless content. Why? So they can fit in as many ads as possible. Hypocrites benefiting from the systems they criticize. If you witnessed someone laughing without sound or context it would be hard to distinguish if they were crying, screaming in fear or aggression or pain. Comedy is just play violence. And just as violence only leads to violence so does this, through ostracizing and creating the “other” and then attacking them mentally and eventually physically. Do something real with your life

Jon should have stayed retired. The Daily Show has always been partisan garbage. On the up side, at least Trevor Noah is gone.

Other than John Stewart, all the hosts are lackluster and NOT funny. Need people who are fast, smart and FUNNY. E.g., Awkwafina, previous SNL staff, a talented comedian or actor over 80 making fun of Biden, josh Johnson, popular young podcast comedians. The Daily Show can do better!

For the love of god, hire a new producer. This is such a waste of a podcast feed. Everything is so haphazard dumped and poorly-labeled.

Did you just cut out the monologue on the ears edition (podcast)? So now we just get the guest interview? Why? Why would you do that? The monologue is the best part. It’s why I listen to the daily show. Please change this back.

This is a visual based show. So to have a lot of visual based gags on a podcast is sorta wack. I do love the daily show though.

I’m always amazed by his ability to describe any situation in most logical way possible: Situations are rarely dichotomous. They are multifaceted. Only intelligent people understand this. Anyone who used the term “bothsideism” is a philistine.

Welcome back. There are two sides to every story (unless you’re a liberal) and I’m glad you’re willing to tell them.

Imagine being so triggered by a point of view, you talk trash about J Stew! Get outta here! It’s satire, thought provoking and uncomfortable. Basically for people who read and comprehend. Amazing talent. A voice much needed on the landscape to kick the tails of BOTH sides. He has never been a yes man. He speaks truth to power even if he likes you. Get used to it.

Don’t need another dude telling us the obvious. Yeah, we know Joe is old & it’s not great but Trump/MAGA are a threat to our country on a different level. We get enough of bothside-ism from the NYT’s, Washington Post, CNN & MSNBC, etc.. I realize this is a “comedy” show but it’s ingenious to pretend the Daily Show doesn’t have strong political influence & what Jon says matters.

but according to this show our biggest problem is finding a candidate who isn’t too old to successfully murder 27k people in a few months.
