herla_zAudio/Editing is so annoying…Love this podcast’s content but the audio drives me insane! I have to blast the speakers to be able to hear, it’s like you shy away from the mic or the audio does out at the end of every sentence…. 😔 You start delivering a powerful message and all I hear towards the end is mumbling… Sorry for the 1 star. Of course this is a true 5 star but just want to bring that to your attention. It may have to do with editing or the way the mic picks up the sound. I’m not sure. But I wish I could listen in without the volume variety…. It’s so hard to concentrate or take away the whole message. 🙏🏼🤍

Abigail Burke, SPTGood content, can improve qualityGreat content for women striving for holiness in any stage of life. I hope the sound quality improves as I continue listening because many comments sound quiet or muffled, making it hard to know what was said.

Cala M.Love you guys!!!I feel like I’m listening to my best friends when I listen to this show. It never seems one-sided and I always walk away with some pearl of wisdom. Thank you for loving Jesus and sharing it with the world like you do. I love you guys!

Nattybuggy0486Love BISThis podcast has really opened up my heart to god. I look forward to my weekly episodes with Jenna and Beth! I feel like their friends I’ve known for years. They open up their hearts, lives and wisdom for us. Every week I feel like they are speaking to me. Give this podcast a try, you will probably fall in love with it like I have! Thank you BIS gals, keep doing amazing work you were called to do!
-
hrksjckskdkaWonderfulI love this podcast! Y’all bring women together and teach beautifully.
-
TKdishSaving graceThank you for the gathering place ladies! I love when you have guests and also share your experiences. I am so curious why you would share all this struggle about getting sick with Covid - but not mention getting vaccinated? The Catholic Church has approved vaccinations! You were around so many other people and gathering folks but assuming the irresponsibility of not being vaccinated is atrocious… lack of leadership and discredits your awesome ministry! Such a simple oversight. So confused.
-
tealeafbayleafFantastic and RealIn the most recent episode, the host shared testimony that is not often discussed by women. I am not only moved to tears, I am so very grateful for her honesty with her struggles and how God truly heals and blesses us. Thank you for being honest. You remind us all that we are not alone in our struggles and our past, and that we can give it all to God. Christ will deliver us! Amen.
-
BricookiemonsterSo human and realI feel so absolutely seen and understood by this podcast. A virtual sisterhood helping you on your path to sanctity. Beautiful vulnerability seen by both ladies makes you feel like you’re are not alone in this walk of faith.
-
mariissarene💕Love this podcast and these ladies!
-
mads_pattySo good!Mike’s story on the gathering place reminds me of St. Augustine’s quote: “The truth is like a lion; you don’t have to defend it. Let it loose; it will defend itself.” So beautiful! Thank you! You are in my prayers
-
Rd 19 FarmwifeWeekly dose of encouragementLove listening to these ladies and especially when they have father Mark Mary on with them. Funny, relatable and full of practical applications for all of us!
-
ttliveeThank the Lord for these ladiesJenna has allowed the Lord to work such wonders through her many “yes”s to Him. Beth is such a gift to this world and to the Church. Has helped me immensely on my walk with the Lord, how to hear His voice and how to have a daily, living relationship with Him. I truly thank God for the gift of you both on a regular basis!!!
-
katie_herzingThe Best Thing for my Spiritual LifeI love how Jenna and Beth allow the Lord to speak through them each week. They are real and raw and beautiful! I love that the audio from teachable Tuesday is in the feed every week too!!
-
birdyxbEdifying and strengthenedThis ministry touches on our own struggles and how to overcome and keep seeking Christ. It’s been a blessing through the hardest times in my life and its made me laugh, cry, and reflect I definitely recommend this to everyone! Especially for our Catholic faith ❤️🙏
-

m_c__4All the best in one spot nowI normally always missed teachable Tuesday’s, so the fact that I can now listen to them every week when I’m on a run or getting groceries is just the best. Thanks for providing meaningful conversations that draw me closer to God and others.

blessedisshefanCompletely blown awayThis podcast is better than grape soda 😍
-
computer science newbThank you!I have been listening to your podcast for a while now. The obvious joy in your voices when you speak of loving the Lord is so inspiring. Today I am listening to the episode about gossip (“Prone to Wander”) and about the power of words. I must say this has been my favorite yet. You both were candid, specific and found ways to encourage a new behavior while trusting that He will help us. Sometimes podcasters are amazing theologians or academics, and I love them. I also wish for less vague language and more human examples. The vague, global language can leave me feeling that I just don’t know enough to understand what they are talking about. You nailed it with this one. I am saving it to listen again and again. Thank you for being vulnerable and open about the challenges that we all face.
-
bserrano27Words that I need to hearI was at a spiritual retreat a few years back and during our lunch break I realized I didn’t have any religious podcasts in my feed. I quickly did a search and subscribed to this podcast. Since then, I haven’t stopped listening and engaging. You ladies have a beautiful gift. Thank you for sharing it.
-
@Anglophile4everI need more conversations like this in my life ❤️I cannot for the life of me remember how I found your podcast, but I am so grateful I did! Thank you for being a healthy conversation of two women contending with everything in your lives. I want to know more women like you, as I strive to be a more integrated Catholic woman! 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
-
mmjmarianaLife changingThis podcast has been so beneficial for my spiritual life, my view of prayer changed dramatically after listening to just one episode. Jenna and Beth get me so pumped every episode, that I’m so sad when it’s over. Once a week isn’t enough of these ladies!
-

-
Jff97Jenna and Beth draw me closer to JesusThese ladies would be my besties if they lived next door! Love them. Love their wisdom. Love how much they love the Lord! This podcast and their ministry has transformed my spiritual life.

-
Pig friendMy new best friends!I live in a small remote community in Alaska in a very small parish. I did not grow up Catholic so my Catholic community is small. I’ve been so enjoying this podcast. It brings that Catholic community to life for me! I am loving how it’s speaking to me and growing me. This is a true encouragement every day. Thank you so much for this beautiful gift!
-
atlmom7Please give this a tryThese two!! These two (they don’t know this) feel like 2 old friends- old friends that challenge me to be better- to love more - to get closer to Jesus. Wow. I’ve told so many about this!!! Please try - I listen when folding laundry (I have 7 kids- lots of laundry) and I actually look forward to it now!!! Thank you BIS!!! Oh- and the planner they sell is amazing!!!
-
KBB1928Can you slow down?I LOVE what you’re saying, but sometimes it’s too fast for me to take in and enjoy.
-
SneakySavannahThis community is a blessing!I have followed along with BIS devotionals for several years now and just finished listening to my first podcast from them. The “Rise, Let is be in our way” John 14:31 reflections brought me to tears in Episode 55. As did the reflections about conversations that “leave us feeling tired and empty”: it struck home! Lately, this occurrence has left me pondering, and Jenna and Beth’s reflection was an answered prayer. Time and time again, this space and community that Blessed is She continues to build is a blessing that brings me closer to our Lord. Thank you so much ladies 🧡
-
RookIVHighlight of my weekI love love love The Gathering Place podcast. It is super uplifting and helps me to reconnect with the Lord. I sometimes cry during the prayers at the end because they touch my heart so much!! So grateful for the Blessed is She ministry.

-
SophieCaldecottRefreshment for my soulWeek after week, this podcast helps me slow down, and reconnect with my heart and soul in the midst of all the work of family life. Thank you, ladies!

Lailing R.Thank you!!I started listening to your podcast about a month ago and it has truly helped me in my relationship with God, I hope I can make it to one of your retreats one day! Thank you for your YES to God!
-
thedelsieroseoftexasThank you LadiesI’ve been a reader/member of Blessed Is She for many years now and I am so excited for this podcast! With Lent just around the corner I decided to give it a try and I could not have picked a better episode than Starting Slow. This episode Blessed me in ways I did not expect. And I can feel the Holy Spirit working through you and reaching into my heart. Thank you, thank you!
-
Mamma BarryYayyy your back and better!I missed these podcasts for a few months there. So glad you are back. I noticed you switched up how you capture the interviews of guests you take by telephone at the end of last season. I am grateful for the change because for a while I dreaded listening to those interviews because even at full volume I could barely hear the guests, and you two were crazy loud. Now I can hear everyone at a normal level. I cherish your thoughts and prayers. Keep doing this and bring events to Montana please!!!!
-
Laine146742Oh my goodness-God is so at work in you ladies! That pornography episode was SO POWERFUL! Thank you so very much for sharing that testimony! Wow, Praise be to Jesus!
-
Jodi DausesWhat a breath of fresh air...This podcast is really ministering to me today. What a breath of fresh air to be encouraged in my Catholic faith and relationship with Jesus Christ. Keep up the incredible work!
-
Kneecoal_15Blessed is my FavoriteWow I literally feel the need to feed my brain all of this wonderful information that just keeps on going and going! So glad I can take notes and show Gods abundance to people just by going through life!!
-
Lost in LaundryPeaceful, Faithful CompanyJenna and Beth’s sweet voices and kind words are such great company after a busy school week. My Friday evenings are always so pleasant with their company and support in my spiritual development. BIS offers many different ways to reach women but their pod is definitely one of their best online ministries.
-
*FutureEducator*My heart is always left stirring...I absolutely LOVE this podcast! I discovered it in early November of this year and started working it into my podcast cycle until I realized it took precidence over every other one. It became what I listened to on my drive to and from work, school, activities, etc. I would sometimes get through two podcasts in one drive I am so inspired by their messages they send to their listeners. Every time I finish listening to an episode, my heart is left stirring with things I want to go out and do, goals I want to write down and accomplish, or life plans I need to do. No podcast goes listened to without leaving some sort of lasting impression. I really need to start blocking off time to sit down and listen to these and take notes on them so that I can remember everything that resonates with me. Thank you for this great blessing on my own life!!
-
MeaghansavesGreat content, just not for me.I am glad that such a program exists, although it isn’t for me. The ladies have a strong faith and hearts to share it with others. As a single 30 something, I feel like most of the content I come across is so geared toward married women’s and moms, who definitely need to support each other, but it is at the detriment of those of us either called to singleness or yet to find that man we could take this journey with. I also cannot handle the phrase “love on,” I’m sorry ladies, it’s just a thing for me. Keep up the great ministry you’re doing.
-
Cami GrossmaMy favorite placeI never liked to listen to podcast. I started out as a way to feel more connected to the women catholic community as I started my personal journey on my faith. Now I listen to different podcast and I love it. But when I am feeling sad and unsettled listening to The Gathering Place, the familiar voices of Beth and Jenna just makes me smile and forget about the bad feeling. So if you are a woman looking for a comfortable place, just grab your coffee and enjoy the gathering! ❤️
