TLMelonBig ideas about tiny livingI’ve been listening to the show since Ethan launched the podcast. Ethan stays on top of the evolving concept of a tiny lifestyle with a dynamic range of topics and guests. So often I find podcast hosts are more in love with their own voices, but Ethan asks great questions and allows his guests to fully answer them. The show is relevant, fun and interesting.

Hdank1986My favorite podcastI found this podcast a couple months ago, and I LOVE it! I look forward to Fridays for your new episodes. As someone looking to get into the tiny life, your podcasts have been so helpful! I’m learning so much, and I appreciate all the different guests and topics.

Tiny Off-Grid House ResearchEpisode 252 “Want A Safe Tiny House Foundation”Ethan, I appreciate that during the discussion you initiated the topic of Tiny House trailer insulation; an important topic that’s often over looked. Thermal bridging, which can cause condensation and progress to the growth of mold, is a concern with some bumper-pull trailer models that have the subfloor between the wheel wells creating an uninsulated corner where the subfloor and walls meet. Thank you

Bonehead 1962I appreciate your information.I really enjoy your information and how to go about beginning and all the way to the end. I’m disabled but am going to start my own small house in my back yard.so I’ll be able to move it to my daughters house so she can look over me because of my health but I need my own space for me and my medical dogs!!!!!! I’m trying to save up for your book but on a fixed income it’s hard to get extra money for such things. I was a General contractor so I have lots of building supplies left over and I believe with everything I got I may be able to do the house completely if not I can probably purchase the rest!!!!!!!! I live at 10672 E. Oasis Dr. Mesa, Arizona 85208 so it doesn’t get very cold here but I did Air Conditioning & Heating and electrical for 30 years then I became a general contractor. I appreciate all your help in this building of my small house!!!!!!!!

katrinastar05Tiny Houses and DeclutteringEthan is clearly passionate about tiny houses, but is also willing to look at both the minuses and pluses of the lifestyle, to give a balanced picture. He is a generous podcast host, too, being willing to talk to me about the subject of my decluttering book, both as it relates to tiny house living, but also outside that realm. I appreciated his thoughtful questions and listening skills! Thanks Ethan!

BMP Downers GroveInformative and awesome!I purchased a tiny house trailer in 2021 and will be building my movable tiny house later this year in 2022. I found the Tiny House Lifestyle podcast in early 2022 and recently finished listening to all 200+ episodes, and now I’m starting back at episode 1 and listening to them all a second time! Ethan is an incredible podcast host, he selects great guests with lots of variety, and he asks all the questions I would think of asking. Even in the episodes that I think might not be relevant to me, I still end up learning something. This is such an informative and entertaining podcast and I am so grateful for Ethan’s dedication to have made this many episodes and still be making more, I highly recommend checking this out!

Fy NythThoughtful and interestingI always love the wide variety of folks that Ethan is able to interview covering all aspects of tiny house life! As someone who's been living tiny and off grid myself full time for almost 7 years, it's facinating to be able to connect with so many others who share similar interests and goals.

Sherra454Always informativeThe podcast with Zack Griffin was exceptional and so informative on so many levels. Thank you Ethan for another great show! I’ve been listening to Ethan’s podcast for over a year... l even listen to some episodes more than once. I’m always learning something new about tiny homes and the lifestyle.

Linda83051Usually Good, But Duscussion of Religion Has No Place In this PodcastIn the most recent episode, not only did the interviewee not live in a Tiny House, he had never lived in a tiny house, and he conveyed almost no info about tiny houses. And to top that off he went on and on about his relationship with God. I don’t want to hear that and I expect a lot of others don’t either.
-
jennfierBig picture of tiny lifeThis podcast is a complete info package of tiny living, building, and an introspective into the lives of those that choose this life. It keeps my fire for tiny homes burning!

Sophia JungbauerGreat listen for anyone interested in alternative living!Ethan's Tiny House Lifestyle Podcast is a great resource for anyone interested in alternative living dwellings. He interviews a wide variety of people including spearheaders of the modern tiny house movement, tiny house dwellers, skoolies, vanlifers and even a couple who live on a sailboat. His podcast helped solidify design choices in our own THOW build, and also allowed me to connect with other people in the movement via social media. I'm always excited to see who will be the next guest on the show, and hear a new perspective. Ethan also sheds light on what can be considered the no-so-glamorous parts of tiny living-- very valuable insight for those considering to go tiny or in the process. So glad I found this podcast!

tinystepsgiantchnagesThe biggest thing in the world of tinyIf you like podcasts or tiny living then you will LOVE this podcast! Ethan is quickly establishing himself as a tiny house icon. This podcast is a treasure trove of knowledge, resources, and inspiration. I found this podcast shortly after deciding that I was going to go tiny and it has served somewhere between my own personal sansei and librarian for becoming a tiny houser. Thank you so much for your efforts to help others make these life-changing changes.

lll777lll777lllExcellen Resource!I love the Tiny Lifestyle podcast. I learn something new from every episode and Ethan always asks great questions. It’s like he knows exactly what we all want to ask! My kids also love listening and always ask to listen to the “tiny house podcast” in our car trips. Thanks Ethan for putting on a fantastic podcast. This is a great resource for anyone considering going tiny or just wants to learn more.

kaiamaeveThoughtful, entertaining, and informative.Ethan Waksman is a wonderful advocate and educator for the tiny home paradigm. Well done podcast with lots of useful and interesting info. Recommended.

maddie_bearOverall, great podcastThere are a lot of shows and people out there who paint tiny living as nothing short of a fairytale and paint unrealistic pictures of tiny house design, building, budget, etc. Ethan and his guests are a fresh look into the reality of tiny home design, building, and living. I'm thinking so differently about my future tiny now than I was before I came across his podcast. At the end of his podcast, Ethan asks each guest what resources have helped them in their tiny journey. This podcast is one of those resources for me, and I can never repay Ethan and his guests for the knowledge and inspiration.

Cruikshank2Great information & inspiration for a future Tiny Home OwnerMy wife & I are in our 50’s. We had our own business for 15 years and then I had 3 back operations and a failed neck operation in 2000. This made me unable to work. We have been renters, including apartments, homes, business property, and storage units since 1990. Many thousands of dollars and nothing to show for it. I’ve always watched the tiny home shows and my wife & I vacation in B&B’s as getaways. A month ago we stayed at a Tiny Home Village for 3 nights. I Loved it, my wife was sad to leave but not sure she could live there full time. So my job is to purge my belongings and convince her we can. Since that stay I’ve taken in every Podcast, Blog, & YouTube Channel on Tiny Homes I can find. I find Tiny Home Living with Ethan to be very informative & addicting. My only regret is I’m near the point of having heard them All! I subscribed after the first one. I definitely rate it 5 Stars. I wish we had known about the Tiny House movement Before I broke my back so we could have built our own home. I look forward to New Podcasts and hopefully meeting Ethan and some of his guests at a Tiny Home Expo. Dave & Laurie in Reading, PA

Lety and JoeHelp!Hey Ethan!my husband and I are planning on going Tiny in the spring time after we sell our house! I was hoping you could touch on the subject of certification for your tiny. My husband and I want to build but have heard from other podcasts that if you are not RV certified you come into issues finding parking. Do you have any resources for certification for a DIY? Please help!
