    David Rubensteins network is unmatched and his frank conversations with leaders are invaluable. The programmed ads interrupt the conversations and seem to be from a weird bunch of companies — ignorable.

    More ads than cable
    1 min of adverts per 8 of content seems too much. Just as you think the interview will start getting deep, another message from their valued sponsor comes on. As far as the actual interviews, the questions seem too generic, rather skeptic with a mild dose of mockery.

    A very interesting podcast, but…
    … they are VERY heavy handed with the advertising. It is distracting. I understand the need to monetize your product but this is getting ridiculous. In a 45 min episode I counted no less than 8 adds. (And I wasn’t paying that much attention.) I might be back. We will see.

    David is a great interviewer with good subjects and I enjoy. However, number of minutes of advertising has really gotten too much.

    An interview show about the person being interviewed
    I really enjoy this show. David asks insightful questions and lets the person answer them. The show’s pace is brisk and doesn’t waste time on unnecessary conversation. Too many interviewers talk to much, talk about themselves too much and waste time on useless conversation. Not this show. I learn so much.
