We love this podcast and look forward to every new episode! My dad has been a Beatles fan since the 60’s, and loves all things the Beatles. He says this is his favorite podcast, and he listens to quite a few!!

Great content from two people who actually like the Beatles. Not all other podcasts can say the same!

Allison and Erika bring some of the most thought out and interesting perspectives to a very crowded podcast landscape. The dive deep into often uncharted topics in Beatledom with fantastic guests and great conversations. I adore this pod!

There are a lot of Beatles podcasts. This is a good one. They seem to do shows when they can and want to, rather than occasionally filling time to keep a schedule. It's topical, like a lot of these are, but they're either interesting topics, or these two are interesting about them. I automatically go to them anytime a new Giles Martin mix comes out, because they faithfully cover them (and he's been on with these ladies! So, you know, ... yeah.), they're clear about what they like, and honest about the few things they don't, as well as being honest about any biases, if those play in. It's nicely casual without being careless with your time, as so many "just turn the recorder on and post it raw when we're done" shows can be.

I found the audio quality to be fine. What’s that other person talking about? Also, unlike the other review, I know that the show is called, “BC the Beatles”. Erika and Allison are wonderful at this stuff. You should listen if you’re a Beatles fan.

The female voice has been missing in Beatles podcasts and now it is here! Allison and Erica are fun and have great conversations. Be the Beatles is my new favorite!

It’s a very fun and interesting podcast, it makes me feel like I’m in the conversation. I like how the conversation is a lot more casual than some other podcasts, in which I feel like I’m being lectured. I also enjoy the book refs they give out. It’s nice to have content from people who are just as obsessed with the Beatles as I am.

I love listening to Beatle perspectives from my generation! Great guests, very informative and fun.

This is a fun show with some great episodes, I think any Beatles fanatic will enjoy this show. It’s refreshing to hear the hosts talk about and share their love for the Beatles as a group and individually (solo). Well worth a listen.

Having been a diehard Beatles fan my whole life, it’s hard to find new content that actually teaches me new things. This podcast makes me feel the beatlemania of learning about them for the first time. Bonus that the creators are lovely, charming and funny. I feel like they’re my friends

Enthusiastic hosts and interesting topics. Unfortunately, the audio quality is dismal. Just listened to a live show and found it unlistenable.

As the title says, I LOVE this podcast, and the fresh perspective on a history that is mostly dominated by older men. I can identify with these women, and they are around my age. I love hearing a fresh take and their hilarious dialogue...not putting the history of the Beatles in this sacred place that no one can joke about or touch. They have a sense of humor! I started my love affair with the Beatles in 1996 and it's lovely to hear this generation speak about things that happened in our childhood and how we view the Beatles.

Enthusiastic. That’s my go-to descriptor for Allison & Erika. Their give-and-take in conversation is fabtastic. I also appreciate the second-gen perspective. Their guests are informative and of course the subject matter - toppermost of the poppermost!

The Beatles were all about fun and love and so is this podcast. It’s conversational and funny, and it’s great to hear other women in Beatles fandom talk about the Fabs from our perspective. Love it.

Allison and Erika bring much needed female perspective and second-gen fan perspective to the expanding world of Beatles podcasts. They know their stuff, and the conversation is high energy, informative and authentic. Always entertaining.

Amazing knowledge of the best band in the history of the planet.

Two knowledgeable women (I’d like to say girls but I’m, as we say in Brooklyn, a scared) who love the Beatles. One sounds like a Valley girl (fer sure) and the other a New Yorker. Maybe a native NYer but I’m not sure, fer sure. But what I am sure about is that they know their Beatles stuff and are plugged into what’s going on. Listen, you’ll like it!

I need to stop listening to this at work bc it’s making me super unproductive — I’m just so invested in every story and fact that these women tell! It’s funny, interesting, and they really know their stuff. I want to be friends with them. It’s a perfect podcast for every fan told from a grossly underrepresented perspective in the Beatles fandom: women. Finally!!

Allison & Erika finally break the stereotype of Beatle “know-it-alls” being cranky old dudes. Being a female second generation Beatles fan I feel like I’m listening to a conversation that I would be having with my friends, (if my friends were as nerdy about the Beatles as I am). This is officially my FAVORITE Beatles podcast on the interwebs. ✌️✌️

BC the Beatles is currently my favorite Beatles related podcast. I’m usually not a big fan of Beatles podcasts, because I get tired of the same stories and the same talk over and over. But I feel like this one is a lot different. It’s nice to hear some discussion from women (Beatles girls unite 🙌🏻) who are incredibly knowledgeable about The Beatles but also have a great sense of humor. That’s what makes it such a fun podcast to listen to. Totally recommend you all check them out! 🤗

The stars are for the hosts’ enthusiasm and obvious fandom. But it’s a tough listen, as the two are inarticulate and f-bomb dependent with knowledge of the subject that is wide but superficial. They recently mentioned McCartney having SOLD beatle publishing to Michael Jackson. Imagine that! Catty and chatty, they easily float off into speculative tangents which is disappointing because they select good topics. Oh well

I enjoy this podcast so much, and not just because Allison is a friend. It’s fun and informative.

Well researched show but also presented with a personal feel. This is not just a Beatles reference book podcast as many tend to be; this show has soul! Peter

Allison Boron is a wonderful pop writer for Rebeat Magazine and her new Beatles podcast does not disappoint. She and her co-host Erika White are superfans and their banter is funny, informative and entertaining. A must listen for Beatlemaniacs.
