I just listed to episode 356 with the founder of Physician Accelerator. Loved the tip of having your patients write a thank you card to PCP. As a fellow ENT physician I love seeing colleagues doing great work and providing values to the profession. Keep it up!

I came across the podcast by accident. I will spare you the journey, but what I found was a very informative and interesting podcast. The host is brilliant and charismatic, the guests are leaders in their field and the topics seem to be quite vast. Yes this podcast is not necessarily meant for me (non medical) but I find synergies from topics I want to learn more about, to getting a more inside perspective on what my friends and family deal with as medical professionals.

Dr Block always has engaging and thoughtful questions for his guests. He knows how to keep up with a fast pace for those listening so it stays interesting. He does a great podcast. Highly recommend!

I am a PGY3 and have been on an ongoing search to establish myself (or rather affirm my “brand”) beyond my residency experience. After listening to episode 139, I couldn’t be more inspired!! I was so connected with the message, which was delivered so beautifully. I hope that others who, like me, have been looking for inspiration and meaning and can likewise find it through the experiences of others. Of note, this is my FIRST podcast review. I really felt the need to let you know how meaningful this was for me. Thank you, Dr Block, for that episode and thank you for this podcast.

The other episodes, financial stuff, FIRE and all that is awesome, but the best episode is the one you talk about smoking meat. We need you to talk more about that

The importance of this podcast cannot be overstated especially in these uncertain times. Patients are caught in the middle of all these changes and it is so incumbent upon providers to help them feel at ease. As they say, “Laughter is the best medicine!” Bravo, Dr. Bradley! Bravo 👏👏

Dr. Block stays true to the podcast title. He keeps the content relevant to the ever changing landscape of doctoring (or health care delivery...). Bradley’s guests are often at the edge of the envelope and often opening the listeners’ eyes to the direction where clinical medicine is headed. He asks the questions which evoke practical and applicable responses for the contemporary clinician. Even with topics I am not so interested in, I come away from each episode with at least one, but often more, pearls for my practice, lifestyle or approaches to maintaining sanity, balance and productivity.

Very interesting podcast which covers such a wide array of topics.

I still have to memorize the Krebs cycle, but this gives me a great outlet when I need to get away from biochemistry.

Nice interview style with a wide variety of topics. A wonderful way to gain insight I a variety of medical issues. Recommended.

Really loved this show, had it passed on by a friend. A dynamic speaker, she used down to earth ways of explaining complex info about epidemiology, statistics, disease transmission, and cases of COVID spread. It was frustrating how often she was saying something interesting and the (male) host interrupted and talked over her. (She used classic woman-interrupted techniques: cheerfully agreed, raised her own voice, and kept talking over him in turn to complete her thoughts... but it was hard to follow her point with him still talking.) Maybe interrupt guests less, smart guy, especially women since that's a thing men do to women constantly, or just do a solo podcast and you can do all the talking.

This is an essential listen for those who want to stay up to date on all relevant topics related to COVID19. Thank you so much for engaging Dr Kasten who has been such a gift for clinicians and the public!

I love his style and flow of conversation and I like the topics he chooses to cover. His guests are typically very qualified and easy to follow as well.

Dr Block hosts a wide range of guests covering topics that both physicians and laypersons can find informative and edifying. One of my favorites.

Really a top notch podcast for any health professional, but there is material relevant for everyone. It is a shame this is a podcast because I hear he’s pretty handsome.

What an informative podcast! As a non-physician I learn so much from listening to Dr. Block and his guests. Physician’s Guide to Doctoring covers many diverse topics from which everyone can benefit!

There are a lot of podcasts out there competing for our time. This is one of the few that is worthy of our attention. Dr Block does a superb job at choosing guests that have something worthy to share and then gently guides them through a conversation that is both engaging and enjoyable for the listener. Highly Recommended!!!
