    Put your foot down!
Change is what you need! The knowledge, relatability and experience-focused information shared is incredible! I have followed The Foot Collective for over a year now. Small wins thru out the day have accumulated into life changing habits that have shifted my lifestyle. I am grateful for their curiosity, their passion and willingness to share their journey. Thank you gentleMEN!

    Your content is so needed!
I recently stumbled across you guys a few months ago. I consistently enjoy learning from what you’re sharing. I’m a running coach and personal trainer in the States, primarily working with women 38-54 who are mothers, runners, and successful professionals. Learning more about the hips and feet and it’s connection to issues that have come from pregnancy, high heels, sitting, etc. it’s no wonder aggravation with their running occurs. Please keep sharing your knowledge, especially in an actionable and practical way. Pamela (Albuquerque, New Mexico)

These guys opened my eyes and helped my feet!
I’ve been following TFC for over a year now, after serendipity brought me to a podcast interview of Nick and Mike, the founders. I’ve suffered from plantar fasciitis for over twenty years, and while it was more or less “controlled”, I still had aching feet every morning. Now retired from 37 years of mechanic work, all standing continuously on concrete, I placed the lane on that. Nick and Mike helped me see the value of natural, flexible and flat footwear, as well as using toe spreading devices. One of my persistent discomforts has been bunionettes, or bunions at the pinkie toe rather than the big toe. Now, with the help of CorrectToes, wearing human shoes, and actually spending a lot of time barefoot (that didn’t used to be possible, due to sensitivity). Over the course of time, my feet are toughening up and better yet, knee pain is gone, I’m able to be more active and productive, and NOT resigned to falling apart in my “golden years”. I’m 68 years old, and healthier and more fit and flexible than in the past 25 years!! TFC is receiving credit for a lot of these improvements. Listen with an open mind and be willing to think from a new vantage point. You won’t be sorry.

    Love this podcast
As a physical therapist practicing in PA I absolutely love this podcast. I do wish there was a way to get the citations for the articles referenced. At times I feel the name of the author is not clear and the full name of the article is not given, but rather a summary of the article. I’d like to educate my colleagues on this but they want hard facts.

I have really enjoyed listening to these guys. Lots of great thinking outside the box. I love the A foot conversation is a whole body conversation. I completely stole that line. Use it with almost every patient these days. Keep up the great work guys.

    Finally! These guys get it!
As I’ve always told my clients - the foot bone is connected to the back bone. These guys explain the why, how and what to do about it in a way that makes so much sense. Thank you!

    Amazing PTs
I have learned more from the foot collective than any other source since I graduated PT school last year. These guys do the best job at teaching functional ankle and foot health for everyone. You will soon fall in love with toe spreaders, balance beams and being barefoot. Highly recommend this podcast to anyone wanting to improve their foot health.
