JsksksoksiguvvpapenvuoUsed to love this podcastI used to love this podcast but now I don’t. I don’t identify with any of the guests and some interviews are all around the place. I miss the old podcast

Jvsmine95Lost its substanceI followed this podcast when Jay very first started years ago, and so disappointed to see where it’s gone. Littered with ads and questionable celebrities sharing what they call, “wisdom”. Such a shame, but it was great while it lasted.
-
DanInTennesseeSome Good stuffActually there is some gold in this podcast, if you can get through all the ads. In a recent episode I listened to, there were literally 4 mins of commercials before the episode even started -and then the episode was frequently interrupted to give me more commercials.
-
💫avonlea✨Ads throughout episodes!!I can understand if you want to put an ad or two at the beginning or end, but there are ads in the beginning, the middle, near the end, and at the end! What the heck! It’s hard for me to keep track of what I’m even listening to because there are so many ads!
-
JCBK88Commercialism sold as WellnessHow can they seriously put out this consumerism laden podcast and tie it to wellness and well being?! I really enjoy what he espouses but it has the whiff of snake oil salesmanship with the interminable ads and sponsored collaborations. They need to rethink their model as it completely undermines the messaging and is disarmingly disingenuous.

Rebecca StumpfUsed to love this podcast, but the ads now! 😖I used to love listening to this podcast, and while I understand advertising is an important part of income, I have become incredibly disappointed to hear ads for traditional pharmaceutical and insurance companies. In the past, I used to feel the ads Jay took on were more in-line with what he preaches. But I feel like the recent addition of drug and insurance companies, is just a money grab. Taking this off my go-to podcast list, sadly. Just personal preference; I know not everyone will agree.

nxkapwit2$;&!Too many addsSuper frustrating to interrupt a podcast with multiple commercial ads
-
Cozy26Shifting from scarcity mindset to abundanceValidating and powerful information!
-
BH1581Too many addsI like the content, but I listen with earbuds while doing things and today I was frustrated with the task while on a 2+ minute add break without my phone around to skip at all… and the content is so full of adds that I decided to unfollow. Honestly, think I’m just tired of everything being an avenue to advertise, and needing to on guard to not be taken advantage of. I’m frustrated by a show that promotes ways of getting your money with the hope of a better life if you buy these things.

InsightfulAbdAwareBoyHelpfulThis podcast is great

smonte2kRaising up Jordan PetersonAllowing a person like Jordan Peterson, a person filled with hate and an ugly soul, to speak on “On Purpose” goes against the premise of Jay’s podcast. Do better.
-
Lifting Quotes4 Toxic People….I enjoyed that. I was dozing off but this actually held my interest enough to wake me up, Very insightful and practical ideas. Thanks #JayShetty.

Dr. MSP ListensNever Disappoints!I’m convinced that Jay Shetty is one of the wisest, integrity-filled human I’ve ever had the pleasure to learn from. I first heard him on the Calm app, then his podcast, then his book. Sorry it took so long for me to review!
-
Holly K-FThank you BJ INVESTIGATESSo when did you first get notice of a monk? Lies be catching up. And all these diddy celebrities…🤔
-
Chemex33Jay Shetty is a CharlatanIf your therapist recommends this then should fire them or they should lose their license. This man is a hack profiting off of people’s fears and stupidity. There are plenty of therapy podcasts. Please do not listen to this man who has been dishonest and fraudulent about his past and his schooling/accolades
-
jlee8685Another Joel OsteenI enjoy this type of podcast so I gave it a chance. He comes across as disingenuous and then I learned of his misrepresentations and lies about his past… Why lie about it?? So bizarre.
-

KcalderwoodInspiringThank you for this incredible, honest conversation. There were so many insights. I could listen to it again and again and hear something new and inspiring every time. I became a fan of the person of Jelly Roll in addition to his music. This is a must listen!!

tambob96Jelly Roll!!!So real, raw and inspiring! Such a great conversation. So many need to hear this message of hope!
-
Ali SchubackHey JayThank you for introducing me to the real Jelly Roll (Jason), a name I will never refer to him as but is relevant to me because the man I love is named Jason. So I may have enjoyed “Jelly” a little more. Fabulous interview'”Alison Schuback

CipherkateLove the infoThis is an amazing podcast with great information to help with any mental health challenges you are facing. I just wish there were fewer sponsors, 4+ minutes of commercials before it kicks off is a lot of commercials.
-
LuisAngel23Way too many adsI get it, but I feel like the ads have become excessive. Shouldn’t feel like a show with commercials every 10 minutes.
-
Angie HunterDisapointedI’ve been listening off & on since this podcast came out. It didn’t seem like it was gonna go in this direction. The ads are the worst & for products I’m sure Jay & his wife never use. Why try to get us to give money to these big corp? I skip the celebrities so I almost never listen anymore. Surprised Huberman is on with all the stuff out about him lately. :/
-
atlantis74AdsWay too many ads, it’s ridiculous
-
Jessica Ryan ShortWhat happened?!Jay, I used to love your podcast and used to recommend it to everyone I knew. You were so inspirational and I learned so much from you. But now every podcast is about some famous person I don’t give a hoot about. Go back to interviewing lesser known people… people we could actually learn from…. People who are actually relatable and helpful. Let’s hear more from YOU!! And also way too many ads now and ads for things I don’t think you actually support and would use! Find ads you actually back and approve of. I miss the old Jay!!
-
fjkfhikfyuoghjljhlgjklgjklTrust? This person is a fraud, do some research. I would never trust someone like this for myself or people I care for.
-
Mari from NebraskaGreat Advice! I’m always trying to be the fixer parent and grandparent! This podcast emphasizes just being there and alongside them is the most important thing you can do to build resilient humans! What wonderful insight! I can’t wait to read the book!
-
OhhMissBeliever🤨I thought I would enjoy Jays outlook and thought he was spiritual and about peace and clarity. He lost me when he pushed the toxic Colgate and dove. He’s just about the dollar selling his soul like the rest of them. Isn’t the dahli the one who said that creepy thing to that kid?? but yet Jay praises him
-
That.Nickname.Is.Taken.?Dr. Aliza Pressman EpisodeThis was one of the most brilliant podcasts I have ever listened to. Dr. Aliza makes complicated issues simple and she has a great voice. It really got me thinking about my own childhood. Jay - thank you for another great episode!
-
drsinglemomJay Shetty and Dr. Aliza PressmanThis episode was filled with so much to think about and so much hope. Thank you for having this conversation and thank you for this incredible podcast!
-
Thereal DonDonI love this show but way too many ads now!I have been watching this show for years and it has helped me so much throughout those years and continue to do so. I look forward to watching/listening every week. TOO MANY ADS JAY I wanna see you win big! But I’m just being honest Jay. I gotta press the 30second skip button like 3-4 times each time to get passed the ads McDonald’s ads? You don’t eat McDonalds Jay…. Or do you?🤔😬😂. THIS SHOW IS AMAZING!! And I will continue skipping the ads, I’m just saying!🤷🏽♂️🤷🏽♂️🤷🏽♂️💪🏾💙💙

kathmg923Irresponsible Episode with Elise GoodmanUnfollowed/unsubscribed. At a minimum, this episode should have a trigger warning. I’ve not always agreed with Jay or his guests but the July 22, 2024 episode with Elise Goodman was downright irresponsible. Jay can do better. Encouraging listeners to forgo standard evidence-based cancer treatments and suggesting cancers can be cured by diet, juicing, mindset is a disgrace. Elise actually implies that her husband’s choice of western medicine treatment of his cancer led to his death after 18 months. Wow, just wow.
-
TerrypatriciaGive Credit to Jessica Watson for the Stone Poem#jayshettymotivation I watched you on #thekellyclarksonshow today and was excited to hear you tell the young woman who was a cancer survivor that grief was like a stone in your pocket and cited #katiecouric as the author. The actual author is Jessica Watson who is my cousin. She wrote the poem about the death of her daughter and has a gift of helping others continue to work through grief by sharing her most intimate feelings. She wants others to feel acknowledged by her writing but also wants to get credit as the author. Please give her the credit if you refer to her writing in the future.

Patty1186Great showI just listen to my first show, it was so relatable, easy to listen too and connect with. Continued listeners.

KottonkatMotivationalI have been listening to your podcast for a while. A lot of very inspirational topics that help motivate and improve my overall mental well being. I did not enjoy your last podcast. Not sure if I will continue listening….
-
Nazneen HussainBeing focusedI really enjoyed the podcast and it really helped me stay focused while I did my homework. And I really appreciated that Rob Dial spoke about on how to be focused in a digital era, because it’s really hard to stay focused while keeping yourself distracted by social media. Thank you Jay for helping us grow and learn through your podcast.

DtGrlNo balanceI understand he’s not a journalist but I’ve listened to over 20 episodes and in several of them I’ve heard information that is wrong and he has not pushed back or done any inquiry on the comments.
-
SadieKenCelebrity worshipAt first, I loved him. I loved this podcast and his books…but the more I looked into him the more I discovered who he really was. He is nothing more than a fraud who worships celebrities. It’s all so superficial. He is about nothing but celebrity culture and money. Disgusting.
-
Audio AficionadoFraudHe lied about his credentials and plagiarized quotes. I am glad I looked him up before I continued listening.
-
pickled.mangoesCollective HealingListening to the guests’ sensitive, and deep stories provide healing opportunities for people and the planet. Most importantly, this remind us that we are all connected, and share a path of suffering but when we heal ourselves, we heal everything and everyone around us!

I immediately ordered her book. Thank you for your work and sharing your vast knowledge. You spoke and presented in a way that made so much sense as well as motivated me to once again make an effort to heal my body so I can better connect with my source. Thank you so much.
