Like your view on the electric car. I like Tesla design, but concerned about reliability. It seems that even automakers have forgotten about the hybrid idea and want to go full electric. I agree with the hybrid idea is really the way to go. Also, like your view on real estate and the housing market. Will definitely lock and continue waiting for the podcast on your investment property experience.

I was sold on this podcast when Marques said to “Stop giving people your money!”. I’m so used to podcast shows selling some sort of course or paid community access that I didn’t even realize that most are actually just hustling us. I feel like I can see again lol.

I’m so glad that I came across this podcast! The perspectives and information it’s unfiltered and enlightening. This pod is one you can listen to several times and gain even more knowledge.

Marques and Shyra give great perspective and put out great content. Also, they are very relatable and don’t come off as “gurus” like so many podcast host try to do. I really like the Quick cast episodes discussing the economy. My favorite episodes are their conversations about their real estate journey.

I’ve been listening to this podcast for awhile now and I love the content. But, it was the “we got to get back to basics” and the “stop giving people your money” for me. It was raw, unfiltered, and just plain real. You all aren’t trying to sell anything and you’re out here sharing information that should be top of mind for your listeners. It was a very necessary reality check and is very helpful as I pull back on my purse strings and tighten up my budget again. Thank you! Keep up the great work!

This is easily one of my favorite podcast!! Though this is mainly about finances, marques & shyra cover a vast array of topics. I legit get excited when I see a new episode has been uploaded! Here you’re going to get the latest on the economic climate and hear both sides of the coin, I love that they even challenge each others thoughts so you don’t get just one point of view. And the music is a vibe, I love the vibes. Everything about this podcast is FIRE! I’m a full supporter and definitely will continue recommending people here!

I love this podcast. I listen as I do household chores after work and it keeps me going. This couple talks about many topics but mainly about all things financial or money wise. I love how they complement each other during these discussions. They always try to talk about both sides of a topic. I will keep listening as long as they keep producing them.

I love listening to your podcast. I think when it comes to the short cast without his wife. I feel like he have to be more in-depth with the topics. I feel like you can be more resourceful than to hit the political points when it come to the economy or housing market. I only say that bc you say #1 podcast. I point to Meet Kevin or Greg Dickerson when they talk about those topics. Instead of the shallowness of politics as the main reason the economy is the way it is. I hope I didn’t come too negative bc I believe you have it in you to take on these topics you pick being more in tune. I think you might the two gentlemen I named earlier as well! I absolutely love this podcast. It is a part of my daily routine when their new episodes drop. The most recent episode on whether men should pursue purpose and/or marriage was relevant and informative and helped me think through some of the issues I am facing.
