celloplayer11211Thought Provoking!I started to listening to this not knowing really much about it, but as I become more passionate about running I begin to wonder about the substance. This podcast has led me to question how I think about running and the process behind it. I recommend it to all, it is really good!

RyandogulusTruly the Best Running Podcast Out ThereI‘be been looking forever for a podcast that actually makes me want to get out on a run. All due respect to anyone else who hosts a running podcast, but quite frankly a pod where some guy is talking about an article he read in Runner’s World or one where some lady is talking about what local charity 5ks in Pennsylvania she’s got coming up just aren’t going to do it for me. Consider this the introvert at the party of running podcasts: cuts past the small talk and buzz language and gets right into the true substance of why we run, what we think about on runs, how running makes us feel, and ways in which running can literally change our lives and our ways of thinking. Please keep making more episodes.
