Discovered the podcast after the 2022 UCLA loss and have been hooked ever since. The down sides with this pod are the random volume issues…there are times when I can barely hear the boys and have to crank the volume and other times when the sudden volume changes about blow my speakers/headphones out. Would love to see this fixed going forwards. Keep up the good work. Go Utes! PS - I agree that the in game experience at the Rose Bowl is severely lacking.

So glad the Blockcast is back to producing regular episodes. Utah football is the best. Utah football with Blockcast support is the bestest. Only complaint is the quality of the sounds strength. I can listen to most podcasts while doing yard work with small engines. That is not the case with the Utah Blockcast, cannot hear good enough with small engines running.

However you fan, there’s a BlockCaster you can identify with. There’s Steve, bounding into the studio in his red cape and goggles. And Cam, who probably hasn’t stepped on a single sidewalk crack in all of West Jordan. Then Brown Bear Bryan, the all-knowing wise dad with the most reasonable takes and the best snacks who always gets to sit in the recliner. There’s laughter, which is in such short supply these days, great football analysis and the feeling you’re among friends. Tune in. Five stars.

Great podcast but when is it’s Utah’s world coming back

This podcast has it all. Shoe game in the upper echelon of all northern Utah-based podcasts, Utah football orientated information that’s as juicy as the finest ribeye steak, and a Bartle-chuckle that could melt the hearts of the coldest mother in laws. I have a prescription and it’s calling for some more Blockcast.

Every episode gives you something to think about with the Utes. The blockcast is well done thought out and never repetitive. Bartle is second to none with the inside scoop of recruiting. This is a must listen for Ute fans.

The long dark period has ended. The pandemic is over (so I’ve heard) & Utah Football will soon be back. There was some limited talk about football, Cam tried to get FTB to step outside & throw down, Rock Paper Scissors, repeated 69s mentioned, dance breaks & a lot of opinions. Just perfect.

These guys are bar none the best Ute related coverage and analysis. They do a phenomenal job. If a Ute fan is asking me which podcast they should listen to, if I had to pick only one to recommend, it’s this. Cameron Beck is not terrible.

I am very picky when it comes to my podcasts, and this one is absolutely at the top of my list. No stupid “hot take” click bait material, just three guys who actually know what they are talking about when it comes to football. You will be smarter after listening to these podcasts, and also crave chicken sandwiches.

The Blockcast is like several different chicken sandwiches. Here's how: - Pretty Bird - It's the best. There's no question it will always be quality. You're never let down. - Nomad Eatery - Not too many people know about it, but the people worth knowing do. - Popeyes - It's new. It's fresh. You pay practically nothing for it. You don't get it every day, but you're excited when it comes back. - Chick-fil-A - It's classic. You get what you want consistently. Sometimes it gets religious, but that's OK. - Wendys - You get it and you're pleasantly surprised. - Burger King - Sometimes you need something quick and you settle. Bryan starts hating on Tyler Huntley and you wonder why you even decided you wanted it. After thinking, you realize it's a chicken sandwich and you love it no matter what.

Every Utah fan should be listening to this. They are informative, knowledgeable and entertaining. A must for every Utah fan

Your podcast helps me escape reality for a bit and just enjoy some religiously charged chicken sandwich discussion, along with occasional Ute talk. Very relatable guys giving excellent analysis on Utah Football. Polynesian Sauce is the best chicken condiment, and if they contest this they are wrong. That is all.

You may gain 10-15 lbs when becoming a Blockhead. You may want to blame the BlockCast crew but it is YOUR fault. You don’t need to to listen to them and gain 10-15 pounds but you will justify it because it is worth it for the best updates on Utah football. -Bursh Marchman

Best visual podcast I’ve ever listened to. No one is better than Brown Bear when he uses his hands to show us all lineman technique. Easiest 5 star rating I’ve ever given. Actually, I think it’s the only 5 star rating I’ve ever given.

University of Utah analysts Steve Bartle and Bryan Brown co host this great football podcast along side University of Oregon analyst Cramden Breck. They offer a lot of insight and football knowledge to make this podcast just bearable enough for me to listen to at work rather than my Spotify playlist I’ve heard 1000 times. 10/10 would recommend.

My knowledge of Utah football has improved, but I legitimately buy more chicken sandwiches since listening to this pod. What the hell?

When I am watching a game now, I look for things this podcast has brought to my attention. Oddly enough, I watch the line play more. And for some reason, I now crave chicken sandwiches during games. These guys bring so much insight to the game that I have not thought of. Great listen for Ute fans.

I love this podcast, all great guys except cam. The Justin Herbert lovin loud mouth is a little over the top. Other then that it’s great and if your an avid follower of the Utes this is a great place to get your fix between Saturdays.

The guys do a great job breaking down not only Utah football, but college football in general. It’s fun (and doesn’t always stay on subject) and they don’t take themselves too seriously, while still adding insider perspective and detailed player/play breakdowns. Keep it up blockboys!
