Exactly what I’ve been looking for
How this series is not more popular, I’ll never know. I’ve been searching for a podcast in this format that would keep me engaged. With audiobooks and most podcasts, if I’m listening while I work, I’ll find that 30 minutes have passed and I have no idea what happened because it just wasn’t interesting enough to keep my attention, even if I find the subject interesting. Hats off to IMS. This is timeless piece of art that will always be relevant.

Used to be amazing, now it’s high production value SJW sermon
This show used to be incredible to the point where I would experience intense emotion listening to each story. But lately, my god. It feels like a SJW sermon each time they drop a new part. Yes, the Program is social commentary. I get that. But lately it feels the producers aren’t even trying to make it less on the nose.

Amazing but need more, more often
Great podcast! I love this podcast SO much. But I’m a premium subscriber and I really think there should be more episodes more often.

    Quality Narrative
Holy crap! This is so incredibly well written, so captivating. Listening in late ‘23 and the first episode is very poignant with the current world state.

    Through the mirror, philosophically
5-stars ++ Entertaining, thought provoking, well produced tales of society, technology, and futurism through a lens reminiscent of Jean Baudrillard. The future is refreshing, inspired, while being timely. It provides a narrative of social possibilities that are sorely missed in modern fiction. Storytelling at it’s best; diving into this world leaves one wanting it’s production to continue indefinitely. Even the most seasoned & particular listener should check out this thoughtful gem.

    Terrific
The concept of money laid out in the show has wormed its way deep into my brain. The NIMBY episode just pops up multiple times a week. The whole show is clever, insightful and just a bit spooky sometimes, I love it

    Provocative is U.
Just listened to your stellar podcast about housing and homelessness matters. Thanks a million! Not since hearing Chris Moore clarify such contentious matters has my soul found genuine peacefulness. Best wishes.

    Perfect in every way
The Program has easily become my favorite podcast in a matter of days. The story telling and world building of every episode is top tier. There was no hesitation in supporting this show I have loved every second of it and can’t wait to see where the story takes us!

So good, I felt guilty not paying for it
I’ve never been much into podcasts, as I could never find one that kept my attention. That all changed during a recent road trip, when I stared listening to The Program, and was instantly hooked! During the trip, I had been listening to the Program on Spotify. As soon as I got home I dug through my unused apps folder to find Apple Podcasts. I went immediately to the subscription page and signed up. Not knowing me, it probably doesn’t sound like much, but my wife nearly had a heart attack with the thought of me spending money on something like a podcast. But, THE PROGRAM IS WORTH EVERY CENT!! In all honesty, I love the added episodes and no commercials, but my main reason for subscription was because the podcast was so good, I felt guilty listening for free. You can read other people’s reviews for more information on the actual show, because I could talk for hours about it. All I will say is that this is the first podcast I have ever found where I was compelled to not only write a review but also pay a monthly subscription for it. Listen to a few free episodes, and then don’t be surprised when you feel compelled to subscribe as well!! When the program becomes reality, I want in!!

    listen to it.
Truly one of the best audio-dramas I’ve ever heard. Wise, philosophical, witty, and covering a wide array of genres this piece of speculative fiction gives us a good look at where we’re going but a clear and concise lesson on how we can change that. So glad I gave this one a listen. The Program comes for us all. Might as well get ahead of it.

    Listen to it now
If you listen to this podcast now you’ll get to brag about it one day when it blows up and gets the attention it deserves. You’ll get to say “I knew about it before it went mainstream” I’m only playing. But for real..this show is so freaking good! I respect the creator for refusing to use anything owned by Facebook to advertise this podcast or even post about it. It would be better known if he did but I still love that he hasn’t. No matter, the podcast will become very well known eventually. There’s no way it won’t.

    Phenomenal episode
The latest episode “Memory Leak” was phenomenal. The acting and writing both hit it out of the park. I needed to leave a review about this one. The emotion at the end had my wife and I both in tears for the last 10 minutes. It took us on our own emotional roller coasters for entirely different reasons I think the message at the end has the potential to touch so many people in ways they can’t even think of. Thank you.

Or we can only hope it will. A stunningly insightful and moving experience. It will change the way you operate.

This IS the quality content I was looking for!
Super thoughtful and imaginative writing, great acting and audio production values. If you’re just starting you have a lot of really compelling listening to look forward to.

    So vivid and compelling!
Honestly the best piece of content I have experienced in the last 5 years. Deserves its own HBO series!

    So good!
When I came home and kept listening to this podcast rather than watch tv, I knew I had to write a review. This is one of those sit in the car even after you’ve arrived at your destination so can finish the episode shows. Creative, well-constructed, professionally and seamlessly produced, with stand-alone anthology stories that all build a world in a future that seems sci-fi and foreign but also a very believable possibility. So good!!

    WOW!
The writing is just stunning. I’m not sure that I’ve ever seen writing for an audio drama at this level for a show that is relatively small. The production quality is great and most of the voice acting is perfect. Though, Zack Valenti plays multiple characters, which is a little odd. Not that I mind; he’s in every pod. I love the show and it is extremely thought provoking. I don’t think that the political stuff is too on the nose, contrary to some of the low reviews. I hope there’s more because the show is awesome!

    A must listen!
I came across this podcast accidentally a few days ago and have been rabidly binge listening ever since. It has Black Mirror vibes and I have been captivated by each episode so far. It is the first show I have ever taken the plunge to subscribe to and take the time to write a lengthy review for. I highly recommend checking it out, you won’t be disappointed!
  • VickyAlvarado88
Wow. A must listen. Needs to be a show!
As the title says, this podcast is just wow. Every story had me so engaged. I stumbled upon this podcast and I am so glad I did. I can totally see this becoming a show. Please make lots and lots more episodes!

    I *NEED* more
I randomly started listening to podcasts and when this came up I actually decided to subscribe and PAY for it. I am VERY frugal so that is huge for me. I’ve been telling everyone about this podcast and I neeeeeed more episodes. Such a great show and so thought provoking. Love it.

    0ne for the ages
I am an avid podcast listener. I listen to about six a day as I work, commute, cook, clean, etc. This podcast is Chicken Soup for my podcast-loving soul. I don’t usually share the podcasts I listen to but I have shared this with my friends. I can’t get enough of it! Please keep it up. This one is a classic.

The Program Comes for Us All
This podcast came out of nowhere for me, I can’t believe someone is making something this good. I am an avid fiction podcast listener, and this is a great example of what is so compelling about the medium. For anyone still sad about the end of Limetown, start listening now. The program comes for us all.

    My favorite pod!
    It’s great.

Best dramatic/story podcast I’ve ever met
Honestly I cannot recommend this enough. I’ve been listening to podcasts for over 10 years avidly. I consume media quickly and often forget it and move on just as quick. But this podcast blows every other thing out of the water. The world building is 10/10 Story writing 10/10 The voice acting and narrating 10/10 The characters 10/10 (even though they change!) Audio quality 10/10 The production quality of this podcast astounds me. It’s literally amazing. You can /FEEL/ the hard work and the extreme care that the people behind this put forth. This is not slapped together by a few friends. This is very high quality and it shows in every single aspect. The slow humor sprinkled throughout it makes it even better. The pacing of every episode is flawless. Every time you think you get some answers and have an AHA! moment you can reminded that you know nothing. I always try to find one flaw for my reviews just to show people it’s an honest one and because everything has something. But I honest to god cannot think of one to add here. Which…is new for me. I recommend this to everyone in my life now. This is the only podcast I’ve ever subscribed to in my life. And I don’t regret it. More than worth what they are charging for the sub add ons. I love the insider emails I get now, and IMS was so nice and personable in them too (I fully expected an automated welcome email but no!). If you’re not already listening to it, you’re missing out. The program comes for us all.

    Absolutely Fantastic!
This is one of the best podcasts I’ve heard in some time. It reminds me of Black Mirror, but with a twist. I’d love to see these turned into Netflix or Quibi episodes. 2/4 Update: Ooh, “Jakob’s Notebook” is going to make some people get all flustered lol. I love The Program!

    Fantastic series
An incredibly well done series the voice acting is awesome and the story is fun to put together! Definitely recommend if it if you’re a fan of Syfy dramas
  • Mom of 5 and 7 year-olds
    Original, thought-provoking, riveting
Tells the story of our next few decades through the lens of people in our future being interviewed about the past, like in a history documentary. Fascinating and thoughtfully developed. While it would be easy to think it is a left-leaning podcast, listening to more “interviews” rounds out the story, because nothing is truly black or white, or red or blue.
  • RigobertoE1234
    Political opinion
This podcast is wanting you to think it is just a fun fictional podcast bud really is a blatant and poorly done opinion on American culture. It seems like the creators are very unhappy with everything that surrounds them. I’m sorry you are unhappy.

Listen to this and listen to it again
Wow! I am a podcast junky in this genre and all I can say is WOW! This is by far the best random stumble I have come across. The stories are self contained but also linked to the overarching theme. Deep, emotional, and just the right amount of dystopian. Please listen, tell a friend and give this show the respect it has earned. Creators - KEEP THE EPISODES COMING! Update*** keep them coming I will happily support the cause! Just re listened to all and I need more!!!

    Sheep in the dark
This would only be self fulfilling if idiots were the majority. Fortunately that is not true. This is as pure fiction as you can get. Propaganda-ish and it’s amazing how people will dream of this. Well written but seems to be done to encourage people to think this is what lies ahead. Falls flat.
  • StickerHogg
    Absolutely fabulous
I am not usually into anthologies. But this series is just genius. I love it. There’s nothing more to say. Love it.

Shook to the Core!! The World NEEDS us to listen to this
I figured it would be creepy or sci-fi maybe funny or scary BUT what I didn’t expect was to be struck mute and still. Don’t get me wrong there are plenty of all of the above, but so many times I found myself with a few tears falling silently down my cheeks and dinner burning or washer full with no clothes in it because I had stopped moving and was stuck in The moment of the story. It is soo moving and poignant and my god is it desperately needed. It’s fair and balanced I mean really it is. You don’t find much of that even when a show says it is. You need to listen to this show!!
  • cd1121
    Fantastic
This show is so well done! It had my interest from the first episode. I honestly would give it more then 5 stars if I could
  • AlexPreslex
    Thought-provoking
Highly interesting and intriguing. Comparable to The Truth podcast & Black Mirror tv series. Great dialogue.
  • Yamspices
    Amazing.
The Program is thought-provoking and well produced in all ways possible. Perfect acting, phenomenal writing, and has a spot-on, immersive score. If you’re looking for the next audio drama to get into, this is the one.
  • FoxyMomma
    Very amused!
I didn’t really know what to expect from this podcast and that continued from episode to episode. I usually hate slow reveal but I love the way each episode gives you another little piece of the puzzle here. Very unique storylines and great delivery. The music was not so great but it didn’t ruin it for me. I am looking forward to the next season.

    Little Sister Reporting For Duty
Witty and unsettlingly close to home. The way all of the stories interweave around a similar unknown and plausible future leaves you with an eeriness that’s difficult to shake. By far one of the best written and produced shows I’ve listened to.

    Our future?
This feels like it’s a future historical podcast - I’m pretty sure this will be us, for better or worse.

    Go ahead !!
Being sheltered in place has me bored to tears so I’ve been browsing for a good listen. I was skeptical of The Program but decided to give it a listen. Half way through the first episode I was hooked ! What a pleasant surprise I’ve been recommending this podcast to everyone!
  • grrRight
    Give it a shot

    Exquisite!
This is one of the most well done podcast I’ve listened to and has easily become a favorite of mine. I find the world it lives in an often terrifying one mainly because it could easily become our future. It feels so alive & real & I absolutely recommend it. Fantastic job!
