The cast of characters from all across the globe from Vancouver to Minnesota bring the hockey talk but also devote a lot of time to alcohol which people seem to really like. There are also several segments to vary the flow of the episodes and knowledgable guests about the Wild and other hockey subjects.

Isha & Hoppy have assembled a terrific podcast that offers good insight into the Wild, the local beer scene, and the NHL at large. This is a must listen if you like hops or hockey. Go go power rangers!

Actually discovered these guys the same night I saw Malt Madness, so I got a full-scale indoctrination into the show, albeit with the beer-heavy twist. Started listening at 99, so I’ve only got a bit to go on, but I love the banter and the synergy between everyone. I barely know the names here, but I feel like I’ve been listening to my buddies talk about beer and hockey for years. My Final 4, based on my tastes are: Tin Whiskers, Bent Paddle, UTEPILS WITH THE UPSET and Lift Bridge. Can’t wait to listen to the next 100 shows.

Isha and Hoppy bring great perspective to the hockey podcast sphere. Isha being from Vancouver and Hoppy from out East, allow for unbiased opinions of the Minnesota Wild! I’ve been lucky enough to be a guest a few times and they’re great company. If you wanna feel like you’re at your local bar shooting the breeze your buddies, this is the perfect podcast!

Hockey and beer. Only thing that could be better is if they also made commentary on local pond hockey leagues😉. Lots of good stuff on the Wild.

This is one the most savvy and chill hockey podcasts around. From discussing hockey topics to craft beer this podcast is a true experience. Isha and the State of Hoppy are always on point and the variety of interviews you have on the show is amazing! Fantastic podcast!

I’ve known state of hoppy for a little over 27 years and he’s literally talking about his two favorite things in the world..... Hockey and Beer. Although he’s a penguins fan, he knows his stuff about every team in the league. Although I don’t know Isha very well (sorry if I butchered the spelling) the man has a gift from God.... an amazing podcast voice. Whether your a fan of the wild, a fan of beer, a fan both, or a fan of neither, this is a great podcast to listen to. We’re puttin on the foil!

First off this fella is an absolute man rocket ladies, I mean the epitome of a panty dropper, he is across the border though so plan a head and get your passports ready if your sliding into his DM’s. He speaks the truth on all things Minnesota Wild, his brew reviews are second to none, he’s got a great mind for hockey in general, I would highly recommend SMASHING that subscribe button, you won’t be disappointed listening to this beauty of a pod.
