    Our Stories!
Great podcast highlighting our stories as track and field and cross country coaches! It's awesome to hear other coaches stories and see how similar so many of our experiences are as coaches but also hear those differences in our paths. It's uplifting to know so many of us are on similar journeys together!

    Opens the door!
Mike nails it! This podcast gives an amazing insight to the world of track and field through great and insightful conversations with the great minds of track and field from the local club AAU coach to the the coaches of the biggest D1 programs. As a parent of a young upcoming thrower listening to Mike and his coaches/guests, this podcast makes me a better track parents with a growing passion for the sport each week a new episode is released. I highly recommend this podcast for both the seasoned athlete and up and coming athlete or just a fan of the sport. This podcast has influenced me so much that I have even committed to help coaching my son youth team next year and beyond. 100% a 5 star program

    Side lessons
Mike does a tremendous job with each guest. The stories and lessons learned from each guest go beyond just the clipboard that we know of coaching. Hearing the stories reminds you how hard it is to get into Coaching. Also, how tough it is to stay on the cutting edge of you profession. I had listened to almost all of them and there is not one I have pulled a lesson from. Some more than others, but great tools to use!

    Fantastic
Mike does an amazing job of asking great questions while letting each interviewee tell their full story. Mike is able to create a comfortable stage where the interviewee can be vulnerable and share some very high level info for Coaches of any sport. Hasn’t been an episode where I wasn’t taking a ton of notes. Personal favorites: Brooks Johnson, Jud Logan, and all those with Harry Marra. Amazing podcast that I have recommended to everyone I know.
