Cieralynn0I couldn’t recommend a better podcastThis podcast has brought me light in my darkest times. I found DYFM on a TikTok slide and people raved about her podcast and I had just went through a what felt like traumatic breakup. I listened to one of her episode on heartbreak and how to move on and let me just say I fell asleep to it. She is so mindful and honest. The way she words things is better than most people who promote the same advice. She gives you the blunt, real, and raw truth while also comforting you in so many ways. I swear she helped me heal through the phone and that sounds crazy but genuinely I felt better after ONE episode. Now I fall asleep to her podcast almost every night when a new one is released or go back and listen to one I have alr listened to. When I say she brought light to a dark place I mean brought me out of darkness. She is 1000% worth listening to!

This definitely helped me find myself and my voice without the fear of judgement from others. Not to mention getting through two really hard breakups and navigating my twenty’s. I support this podcast 100% and recommend to anyone who wants to be a healthier version of themselves. THANK x1million! xoxox

SarahípytBEST Life changing Podcast! The only podcast that I think is worthy of sharing!! I love podcasts but I loose interest easily… this one though, has changed my life, I continue to listen to it while I strive to be a better me. In fact, it helps me be a better me. I recommend this podcast to every single person I know.

liv1478THE ABSOLUTE BEST OF THE BEST ON HERE.I started listening in 2022 when my therapist recommended this podcast. This is by far the best podcast I have listened to when it comes to developing a better you. A lot of podcasts in this space come off superficial and overly positive when life is not that way. Alexis tells it how it is and she makes you feel less alone in the disaster that life sometimes is. She shows you how to move past it while also teaching you fascinating things. She showed me the woman I could be and how life doesn’t have to control you. Love you Alexis and love this podcast.

CeegeezyGIRRRRLLLLLLLL 🥹Alexis, girl, you are on fireeeee! You have blessed my life for the past 3 years. What an angel sent from heaven, you are! I’ve been in so many relationships prior to your podcast and OH how I wish I would’ve come across your podcast sooner to avoid all the toxicity I’ve been through. As much as tough love is hard to hear, you deliver it so seamless. I didn’t grow up with a lot of advice that I saw fit for me and you’ve changed that. I tell everyone about your podcast and call you “My Poddy Therapist” and usually get a couple giggles every time. If you haven’t started listening, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND, especially if you are an OVERTHINKER and HOPELESS ROMANTIC like me. There are so many good tools and resources at your fingertips all said by this wonderful human who I love from afar so dearly. Hi from Las Vegas, NV (from the states) !! You rock!! ✨🥂🙏🏼🤍

CeCe878Such an asset!Could not love this podcast more! I took off working in the summer for the first time in my life to reduce the stress in my life and focus on getting back to myself and I could not have asked for a better podcast to compliment and help me achieve those goals. Love Alexis and everything about this podcast! I would highly recommend it!
-
frivolousjoshUse of racial slurs should not be toleratedIn episode 154 she drops the phrase “Chinese whispers” like it’s perfectly okay to say that. It’s NOT and it was totally unnecessary in the context of the show. Use “telephone game” next time. You owe your Asian audience an apology for this and you should re-record that segment. Very disappointing Alexis.
-

coronavirus factsBad languageSound very uneducated. So sad she couldn’t use variety of vocabularies. F was the primary word used to describe almost everything
-

Seré Santa AnaThis is the kinda poddy that changes lives…1. I wanna be Alexis’ friend. She is so encouraging, uplifting and helpful for many different topics (boundaries/relationships/working out/career growth etc) 2. She is blunt, straightforward and backs everything by scientific stats & fact. 3. Alexis makes it easily digestible and still so fun and empowering! My friends and all listen and we adore this podcast.
-
