anpf2320 minutes I’ll never get backI just tried to listen to todays podcast about coming off of a GLP-1. This was never mentioned once. The whole podcast was a weird personal story about parts of her body she likes & dislikes followed by a sales pitch for a GLP-1 program. Total waste of 20 minutes. Do yourself a favor & compare the timestamps to the transcript.

prkaleDr GundryI would suggest focusing on evidence based content. Dr gundry’s claims are not supported by research. He makes pseudoscience claims about lectins. Dr Mike and Dr Danielle bellardo debunked most of Gundry’s nutrition claims on Dr Mike’s podcast. Consider listening to that interview. Thank you.

Coach Chels MDSo many practical steps!Just listened to episode 172- when in doubt create space and enjoyed it SO much. Thank you for sharing your journey and experiences with the audience. The practical steps to create more space in our lives are very handy. The levels of awareness are particularly insightful, as they show the progression of growth that can occur when one takes the time to step back and evaluate their life. The importance of self-compassion is also emphasized, which is refreshing in today's fast-paced world. I think this episode is a must-listen for anyone looking to live a more authentic and fulfilling life!

She is extremely open about her own struggles and how she applies the principles of coaching in her own life. This makes the podcast so engaging and relatable. The guests that appear on her show share a similar approach and although they are often have diverse areas of expertise their frank approach fits really well with the overall tone of the podcast. I have recommended this podcast to so many of my female friends, both physicians and women from other professions. Highly recommend.

DPeclipseAli is the real deal!As a woman physician, I have been a great caretaker of my patients, my family and my friends. But I admit I have not been the best caretaker of myself. Sure I embraced meditation, prayer, mindfulness, good sleep and hobbies to enjoy. And it has helped, a lot. But the steps to conquer my less than great eating habits and lack of regular exercise have been discouraged by my thoughts that I deserve to be able to eat when I’m stressed and my life is great but frequently stressful. And I don’t love exercise and I don’t want to exercise when I get home and I need my sleep… You see where I’m going here? A lot of excuses. Then I met Ali, a motivational woman physician coach through another empowering woman physician, Erica Howe. And she spoke the language I needed to hear. That I don’t have to be perfect to get started. Why do I always forget that?! That I can do hard things, because I already have. That I should be kind to myself and do my best, and keep trying. So I joined her group. And I found more woman physicians who support each other in our struggles, whatever they are. So whenever I need a boost, or need an idea to help me, like 3-2-1 or a healthy meal idea when I don’t love to shop or cook or a push to exercise, this group, this podcast, these wonderful women physicians are here, led and mentored by Ali. Ali is the real deal- just take a listen!
