JC_620In my top 5 podcastLove how open Jeremy is about life, issues in the fire service, and to be honest what goes on in all our minds. Helps bring us back down off our egos and remember we are still human. His training ethics and ideas are spectacular. Makes me want a door prop.

J_FeichtRefreshingI swear sometimes it’s like you sit inside my firehouse. So much of what you talk about and your guests speak about resonate perfectly with me. It’s nice knowing that we’re not the only ones that feel these ways or go through these times. Thank you and keep up the great work

CTMaineahPositive energy and good conversationCan’t say enough positive about this podcasts. This isn’t your typical overproduced fire podcasts where the same old crap is spat out. Jeremy does a fantastic job of digging into peoples lives and getting at the heart and soul of why we do what we do, how we can make ourselves, our crews, and our departments better. And most importantly, make sure we are taking care of those at home.

@jimmoss911SOLID INFO!I enjoyed the laidback feel of the podcast. It’s like listening in to a conversation at the firehouse kitchen table, except getting to learn from some of the most knowledgeable firefighters and officers in the fire service.

Live Serve ThriveCrew 1st is on pointCrew 1st is spot on. This is the fundamental component for effective teams to operate. Make the concept of the crew 1st a culture is beautifully brilliant. The culture is what defines a team or organization. It is the longest lasting and most powerful element towards success. When we can make the philosophy of putting one’s fellow Ff needs ahead of our own, crew 1st, then we have succeeded.

yourcustomerserviceisgarbageAlways learningThis is a great podcast, love how humble he is. The four states are seriously under represented in the fire world.
