Always look forward to listening a new episode. I always learn more about football. I miss Gabe’s “miss me with that”. Teddy always tells it like it is - PG or not. I absolutely love listening to Gabe and Teddy! Boomer!!

Gabe & Teddy are great at giving me some insight from the perspective of former players and helping me to become a more educated fan without ever talking above me or frustrating me. I appreciate their balance of real, objective discussion and fandome. Always the first podcast I listen to on the days they release.

I like to listen to OU pfootball podcasts but you need to tighten this one up. Two hours is too long for a podcast, especially when so much time is spent BSing. Gabe, you say “Now” way too much. Sounds condescending. You come across too high and mighty. Almost unlistenable. Waaayyyy too many advertisements. Secondly, Gabe turns everything back to himself. How many “I’s” are there on this podcast. He makes everything about himself. Teddy is solid. The only reason I listen to this podcast is to get OU related football news. I like hearing about the inner workings of the business of OU football. Size of the staff, how donors can help the program, how and why coaches move around. Would like to know more details. Insight into the program is a big advantage for your podcast. Roy Williams is always a pleasure to listen to. I’ve been an OU football fan since 1957 but never played football. Your description of 11 and 12 personnel is the first time I ever heard it described in that detail. I think most football fans would appreciate and benefit from those kind of in-depth discussions.

Gabe and Teddy are the perfect combination of former players and fans. I love this show. Never miss an episode.

I listen to the dulcet tones of Gabe and Teddy nightly-often the same podcast because I get new insights each time. Suspect I may not be their target audience as a senior female who can get a bit “lost in the weeds” but I am learning so much about football that Dad didn’t teach me and I just love it. They are both the Winners of my week.

…by far… Teddy and Gabe do next level breakdowns of everything to do with Oklahoma football that are downright better and more well thought out than any other OU pod. They also think for themselves and don’t just accept the media narrative (hard to find these days in the media). I listened early and both have just gotten more comfortable on air and with each other. It’s only gotten better and better through the past years. Keep up the great work.

That’s wayyyyy played out and makes me want to bang my head off my steering wheel when you say it. Along with the Java armoire thing. Switch it up cause those 2 many many folks don’t wanna hear lol. I enjoy your podcast. But it drives me nuts to hear that “iron sharpens iron.” Whoever came up with that cliché hasn’t ever sharpened anything. Two objects with the same hardness can’t sharpen each other. To sharpen iron or steel you must use an abrasive that is harder than the iron or steel to cut it and shape a new cutting edge. I typically use diamonds.

Generally enjoy the content. Really solid info. However, there are entirely way too many ad reads. Also, birthday shoutouts are the dumbest podcast idea I’ve ever heard.

I appreciate the in depth discussions around Sooner football, but also pleasantly surprised to hear discussions ranging from Super Bowl after parties, to which cleats to wear based on the turf, to softball, to referees, to inside zone reads & gap integrity, and great interviews from a variety of sources. Keep having fun y’all!

A must for the OU fan and a great source for insight into the game of football at all angles. And, totally entertaining. It’s the fancy corn of football podcasts, so you know it’s good!

Teddy and Gabe tell it like it is. They hold nothing back and never sugar coat the problems with Oklahoma football. This is the best podcast for Sooner sports!

What is there to say other than Tedward and Gabraham know what they’re talking about and kill it each episode! My only complaint is that there not enough belching! MORE BURPS please!

This podcast is done by two former OU players. So they love the school, but they also review the games and break down the tape like former players/coaches. And just because they are former players, they don’t hold back when things aren’t going well either. That’s what I like the most about it. I also enjoy the regular segments such as “Call your shot” and winner/loser of the week. There are a lot of options for OU podcasts but this one should be at the top of your list.

What are your thoughts on removing bowl games entirely from the playoff format? As a non-expansionist, I think that having home field advantage throughout the playoffs till the national championship game will be the only way to make the regular season have less of a safety net for the elite teams. I also believe moving the bowl games to Labor Day weekend would be great for the growth of the sport. Have a merry Christmas & a happy New Years! Boomer Sooner!
