_bbubzc808This is so awesome!This podcast is very down to earth, very realistic when it comes down to the mentality of working out or meal prep or the whole fitness journey itself :D I’ve been struggling to stay consistent with my workouts for about a year and a half, but now I felt like after talking with Sean and listening to his podcasts I have found my momentum back into working out. I used to think motivation was key to the gym, part of it is, but if you look at the bigger picture, it’s more about how disciplined you are into taking better care of yourself. Like what Sean said, “Working out is self-care”. Also, it’s about holding yourself accountable as well! I used to make so many excuses to not go to the gym, an embarrassing amount actually lol, but now I always hold myself accountable, it feels so good after working out! And seeing the results after awhile is amazing! And of course the process itself. I loved the topics that Sean has went over in this podcast because not many people or coaches will ever talk about these kind of things. Keep it up coach!
