I have been successfully teaching myself Hebrew using a textbook and this podcast! It is very helpful to have an audio component that matches up fairly well with the beginner lessons in the textbook, and this has been perfect for learning not just key phrases for communicating but also the real context and situations. It’s really hard to find good materials for Hebrew. This is the best podcast I’ve found. Love all the episodes with help on grammar as well as the songs which is a great way to get better at pronunciation.

My fiancée is Jewish, I not but wantedto learn Hebrew after attending his sons Bar Mitzvah. I’ve downloaded a lot of Hebrew podcasts since then and this is one of the best out there! Makes Hebrew accessible !
