I have no idea how I came across this podcast, but as a young 40 year old widow the Lord has used this to bless me in ways I did not expect! Thank you for having the courage and diligence to bring this together. ❤️

I have struggled with singleness for 6 years now. I would get so down and out and find myself lowering my standards just to not be alone. God has convicted me of this and I’ve been truly walking in my season of singleness for almost 2 years. Witnessing my friends getting engaged and married it has not been easy to remain content in singleness but God has led me to this podcast and I don’t feel alienated in my struggles of contentment. This podcast is a true God send and I really enjoy listening to the wisdom provided daily when my mind feels weak in the early mornings. Thank you so much for the encouragement and wisdom!!

Love listening to this podcast when I’m on the go or when I’m doing mundane chores. This podcast really uplifts my day and brings me back to Biblical truths and my true identity in Christ. Even though I’m not single this podcast has been wonderful to listen to and gain wisdom since most of these topics can be applicable to people in all stages. I love that Christi and her guests use Bible verses in the correct context, give wisdom on how to counsel others in these certain situations, and draw their conclusions back to the Bible. So thankful for the work that is put into this. Thank you!

Love love love this podcast! Christi does such a great job asking questions many Christian single women may be afraid to ask themselves or others. She has wisely chosen godly women to help answer hard questions and points you back to truths found in God’s word. I have recommended this podcast to many women and it has truly blessed and encouraged many hearts.

This podcast has been such an encouragement to me as a 25 year old single gal. I’ve loved being able to glean wisdom from these women who are so wise! I think my favorite episode so far has been the one about God’s sovereignty. It’s always an encouragement and reminder that there is nothing we can do to thwart or even rush God’s plan and His timing. Where he has us right now is His “plan A” for our lives and I’ve been reminded of that over and over again through keeping up with this podcast. I’m thankful for the many women you’ve featured on here, but Christi, you are also so wise and I’ve learned so much from you!! Thank you for starting this podcast that I’ve been able to share with girls that I mentor and friends that have also had seasons of struggling with singleness. This has been such an encouragement to them and to myself. Thank you for all you do and for allowing the Lord to use you in such a unique way in this season that has many trials and struggles.

Christi has such thoughtful and provoking questions! She’s an excellent interviewer. Also, the ladies she interviews are fantastic - challenging, but fun too!

I have to be truthful and say this podcast on answering tacky questions about being single was not what I had hoped. Sarcasm is not really an effective way to respond internally or externally to questions about our lives. I am not sure I heard a scripture reference the entire time I listened. It appeared to be a glorified gripe session. I would prefer to listen to women having an honest discussion, using the Word of God for the basis of answering the tough questions of singleness. Scripture “ideas/thoughts/concepts” were shared, not referenced. Yes, we need to have grace, answer in kindness, etc. please though if you want to really approach this issue use the Bible, thoroughly and with intent.

Thank you Christi, for spearheading a much needed niche outlet and for the contribution of her guests! May it live long.

This podcast has been an absolute gem of a find (thanks to the Just Thinking podcast!) I’m single, 30 and had been thinking through the same questions raised in this podcast and wanting to find some resources and like-minded people going through this same life stage—in a bittersweet way they dwindle in number as life goes on. Christi, I really thank you for putting together this podcast. I’m halfway through the currently available episodes and each one has provided such insight, comfort and inspiration. Truly, I love this podcast that encourages me to smile at the future and live my life to the glory of God who has blessed me beyond measure.

Christi does a wonderful job thoughtfully considering situations, decisions and questions that single Christian women often face. She draws on the godly women around her to help navigate these topics, and the conversations that she has shared on her podcast have been a blessing to me! I highly recommend that if you’re in this stage of life you give it a listen. And if you’re not... you likely have someone in your life who would be encouraged by it!
