Kit SargentBy Jove! I’ve found itI love this podcast. My jock-y nerd self is so excited that I get to nerd out about classical literature as well as go on epic adventures thru the stories. It only took me 3 months, but I am officially all caught up. And I can’t wait to hear what wacky adventures Kate, Adam, Aaron and Kimmy will be going on next. 15/10 recommend.

RooDoodle4Awesome 🤩🤩 Wow 🌟🌟I started from the beginning a couple of months ago and wanted to request Picture of Dorian Gray when I caught up, and by the time I did catch up it was in the cue! Didn’t even have to request it!! Love you guys so much. Katelyn, thank you for introducing me to so many awesome books. Adam, Aaron, Kimmie, thank you for the awesome characters. As a hopeful future English major and D&D fanatic, this was a great discovery!

rpgplayer123A ripping good yarnA brilliant concept for a role playing game executed as a fun, smart, and easily accessible podcast. Whatever your experience level with D&D or classic literature, the warmth of the storytelling and passion of the players will win you over. To “Master Teacher” Kate: you’ve done your alma mater proud! So glad that I saw this featured in the Scene. How about working lucky number 13 into a subplot somewhere?

h.jpgListen to this Podcast- STAT!!!The humor, story writing, characters, themes, etc of this podcast are simultaneously to die and to live for! I love listening to this, everyone is funny, but there are serious points too that are handled excellently. This DM is super skilled and creative, and will make you want to read these classic tales. I highly recommend and cannot praise this story enough. Penny is my favorite character btw, sorry berdy and awen, you are great too though.

flaming murder cupcakeIf you want mine shattering awesomeness, check this podcast outI found this amazing podcast things to my incredible husband. I was intrigued from the moment I heard the trailer, but even that doesn’t do this amazing show justice. The characters are unique, endearing, funny, and the right amount of weird. The chemistry between players and master teacher is amazing, and I am excited when a new episode comes out. I’ve binged this podcast over the course of one week in order to catch up. Whether you like books, DMD, or both, there’s some thing in here for you. Additional I have a call to action for anyone who can draw. I have looked everywhere and there is no fan art. Can someone in the OMOMAM fam change this?

Mejay90Lend your pointy Ears!I love this podcast, it’s a wonderful marriage of classic literature and DND. The journeys our heroes take through these classic stories intrigues me as someone who hasn’t played DND before—quite friendly to the unfamiliar. Such good chemistry with characters and DM.

Chris LamkeWorth trying if you like D&DI'm still on the first series but Iike this so far. It's clear the performers are enjoying themselves and the DM is well prepared. This is also suitable for beginners - everything is explained.

Lethal079My favorite podcastBeing an English major and a lover of Frankenstein, I had to give this podcast a try. I fell in love!! So in love that I got caught up in less than a week (to be fair, I am on vacation), but this podcast has consumed most of my vacation! To start, the creativity of the Master DM in weaving the essence and themes of each book into the game is pure brilliance! The players are hysterical and also incredibly creative. They have made me laugh out loud multiple times! I will never look at teeth the same way again. Awen, you can totally have my teeth when I die! I love how the DM allows for and encourages creativity in every play. The Easter eggs to hint at books to come is a game for her listeners. The friendship of all four of the players is pure gold. I want to be your friends!! Thank you for doing this podcast. I know it is an insane amount of work! Please know that work is seen and appreciated!!

🙂devin🙃This is an amazing podcast!!!I love reading new books and this podcast mixes two things that I love. D&D and books. I have recommended this podcast to all of my friends. It would rock my world if you will read my review at halfway point in the podcast! Keep up the great content!!!

SashiraOMAMAM - thank you, Ma’am!Take great books, add D&D and what do you get? Something awesome, of course. Kate as Dungeon-Master-Teacher keeps the references coming for those in the know, and the action fast-paced and fun. The series does suffer occasionally from some immature humor - even Shakespeare didn’t get as lowbrow as toilet monsters - but I can put up with it to keep hearing the ongoing adventures of the gang.

CBHarles252Reasons to listen to this podcastJoin Pip and his three bumbling compatriots on an epic journey of D&D and literature. Through dungeons filled with both physical and thirst traps, our heroes overcome some... of the challenges presented by there amazing Master Teacher, Katelyn. Blending both an intriguing narrative and wacky improve, the OMAMAM group has created an unique and absolutely hilarious show that anyone will enjoy. So stop reading this and start listening.

Dj Evil DaveA Chocolate and Peanut Butter Blend of Two InterestsAs both an English Literature Major and a long time Dungeon Master, I admire the blend of these two, familiar worlds. Kate and her gang of players take on classic stories from a fantasy angle just on the side of the recognizable. Plenty of easter eggs award readers, including character names and actual lines from the novels. It’s funny, too. Stick around for the Book Reports as they, too, make for rewarding listening.

Lizzi821Best Hyperfixation EverI just breezed through all of the episodes (the most recent being the Macbeth book report) in a span of a week or two. I walked into DnD as much of a newb as Kimmie, and I'm not lying when I say that her inexperience with the game made me feel more comfortable while listening to the first episode. But then I got sucked in further, and the Master Teacher helped me understand the rules and a few of the nuances of the game. I learned about Wisdom and Initiative and what exactly a Nat 20 was. I was immersed in the story and even felt like Awen, Penny, and BERTRAM were my friends. I lost track of how many times I had to pause and burst out laughing, probably causing my husband to wonder what was going on. I love the different inside jokes they created (like jalapeno poppers and “She’s only 19!”). Everything about this show is top-notch, and I wish I could give more stars for the rating. Thank you, guys, for the amazing adventures you guys are creating. 💛 (By the way, can one of your future stories be Jekyll and Hyde?)

HeadslicerBest real play D&D podcast ever. This is, without a doubt, the best real play D&D I've had the pleasure of listening to. The storytelling from the DM and the characters is wonderful. The nods to and dialogue taken from classic literature make me feel like I'm in on an inside joke regularly. I do hope this group continues to play and record for our benefit. Of the classic literature I have read or listened to (through libravox.org) the stories of Jules Verne were my favorite. I think most of them would lend themselves well to this format. Keep up the good work and thank you all!

DrimmeyI just started listening 3 days ago…I have flown through 30 episodes with no desire to slow down. This amazing trip through giants in classic literature is great for both the experienced TTRPG fan or fans of great stories with no RPG experience. The Master Teacher does an amazing job setting the stage for growth in each of the members of the party while leaving you on the edge of your seat wondering which one of them will roll the next critical failure and blow everything up. This is the best podcast I’ve listened to in a long time, and I’m in for the long haul!

Tara112358Very bingeworthyThis is such a unique and interesting podcast, combining a love of classic literature with D&D play dynamics. I'm constantly impressed by the storytelling, plotting, and characters. I was close to tears at the end of the Frankenstein and Monte Cristo arcs, as they made me feel something for the villains. Incredible podcast filled with wonderful banter, excellent production value, and seriously fun and moving adventures.

fourceofjulyOne the Best, Unique, D&D Podcasts Out ThereOkay. So many things to write here. First and foremost, Katelyn—the “master teacher”—fantastically weaves together legendary literature with D&D elements to welcome the listener into a literary dimension of wonder and dice rolls. Secondly, the arcs are savory and short, which is a great change from other linger src D&D podcasts. Third, the ensemble of player characters are interesting and their growing dynamic together is endearing. Last but certainly not least, the book report episodes—capping the end of each arc—are excellent and illuminating. They bring you into the context behind the literature and engage listeners meaningfully. This podcast is worth your time!

Carwheel88Funny, Engaging, and Informative!Ok, I'm officially hooked! I look forward to long drives when I'll have hours of uninterrupted time to listen to OMAMAM. All of the characters are so engaging in their own unique ways, and Kate as the dungeon master weave such an immersive storyline with beautiful quotes from the actual source books. I've laughed, I've cried, I've learned so much about books I thought I already knew! Highly recommend for any lover of literature, gaming, or chuckles.

fisherman090Really Captivating PodcastI would definitely recommend this podcast! In OMAMAM the players feel like they are inviting you into their personal game of D&D. The storyline is really extensive but they manage to bring it all together in such an organized way. In a time when we’re all apart this podcast makes us feel together. Amazing job and keep up the great work!
