Maria Fitz 1008Muscle series: 10/10I have learned so much about how to have better posture & properly train from the muscle series! One of the biggest takeaways was the focus on eccentric (or downward) movement- taking your time through each rep to make sure you’re not using momentum instead of muscle. Thank you both for taking the time to go over each muscle group so in depth.

I started listening to this podcast and taking a note of what my main takeaway was. Then using it to reflect on what I can do better in my day to day life. It’s really helped me be a more mindful, reflective, and overall happy person. It can’t be easy to share life experiences like this and give advice, so I really appreciate it. This podcast can help anyone no matter where you are in your fitness and mental improvement journey!

They explain in a way that makes these topics very understandable. I also love how they give context for both competitors and lifestyle clients. As someone who loves to learn about bodybuilding & “fitness” but is not a competitor, i think it’s very important to differentiate the two and be able to speak about both! Can’t wait to keep listening!

Alivia RobertsI love Physique Development!!!I have been a physique development client (new bikini competitor) for ~ 9 months now (coached by Alex Bush). Physique Development is literally the BEST. I have never felt so cared for by not only a coach but the whole PD team/ company. There are so many individuals that work behind the scenes to make this company shine the way it does. Since day 1 of starting my journey, I have been blown away by how organized, educational, and thorough everything is. A coach can tell you what to do until they’re blue in the face but the Physique Development coaches aim to EDUCATE you on what to do, why you should do it, and HOW you can do it.
