LL1375So informative and relatable!I heard Tina being interviewed on another podcast, and immediately followed her show and began listening and binging episodes right away. I’ve learned so many actionable tips and this is so relevant and relatable.
-
Phat_rhondaGreat listenLove these short clips. Makes my workouts go by quickly. I add notes to my notepad as I go so I can look up all the information I’m listening to. Just started listening this week but I’ve already caught up on a bunch of episodes. Loved the minerals episode

ldkd)mcTina is awesome!I am a long time follower! I used to read your blog daily and over the summer I came across your podcasts and started listening and now I can’t wait for new episodes to be released! I love how down the earth you are and your topics all speak to me. I love when you share your meal prep and meal ideas - I appreciate you!

Paula's PalLove the podcast!Love the podcast! The guests always offer interesting discussions of important topics in health and fitness. As a long time follower of the blog, I also love the solo episodes and recapping on life updates. Would love to see more throw backs to the blog days during your solo episodes, like “high low high”.
-
Jess_C_RDStraightforward, relatable contentTina does a great job of blending personal and professional experience to provide actionable tips. Love her down-to-earth nature and straightforward advice. Highly recommend!
-
Kerin KLots of great information!I’ve been struggling with weight gain after turning 40, and I feel like I’m going crazy because I feel like I’m doing “ all the right things”. After listening to the episode on Perimenopause, I feel like I’m not alone and not going crazy! Some very helpful info and tips!
-
Dr Beth TerranovaAwesome host!Tina gives great advice and insight for nutrition. Appreciate her invite to be a guest!
-
bostoncc206Not an expertDoes she have any actual credentials to be giving advice on these things? I am guessing not since it was not mentioned during the episode.
-
Adrienne BarrettAudio quality is pretty badDecent info, and I do appreciate Tina sharing her perspective and health journey, but the audio quality makes this a no for me! In the 2 parasite episodes, there is a constant banging going on while it sounds like she is recording this in a big echoey room. Maybe try a microphone in a quiet room when recording??
-
spencefabGreat information for ulcerative colitis hormones health detoxGreat info on a lot of health, positive mindset

aestutzTina is realI’ve never “met” a more honest and relatable person. Whether your story is only partially overlapping with hers or fully, like mine seems to be, we can all relate to being done with the diet mentality. Her insight is on point and her strategies are applicable. Thank you for the service you provide your listeners and readers!
-
KrisjossGreat!Great info from a down to earth person who experienced all of the issues she speaks about!
-
AlliO1234Great infoTina has great info on nutrition and staying active in a healthy way. I love that she uses her personal experience to help others.

norriskvtAvid CNC Follower for 10+ years!I’ve been an avid follower of CNC since 2009. It was like a flashback listening to her first full episode of how she has evolved and changed with social media, the rise of influencers, and the health industry. Tina is just a real down to earth person who I just absolutely enjoy to read and listen to. I love how she continuously is challenging herself and learning new things to pass on to her readers. This podcast lets me continue to follow her in audible form!

Tillie D.PointlessMany of the episodes are just extracted from Instagram stories. What is the point? She says things like, “look at this...” so, in addition to being lazy, it doesn’t even make sense as a podcast. The other episodes are just her talking about herself and offer no new information to the reader. Beware: Whatever she is preaching today, she will abandon in 6 months for the next hot thing. Do I still get entered in the raffle for a 1 star review?

NPed25Excited for this podcast!I found Carrots N Cake when I was searching for someone to talk about the struggles with UC combined with living a healthy lifestyle (nutrition/macros and exercise)! Tina combined it all. Now I can soak in the information while on the move - on walks, runs, errands.

-
jules11320AwfulJust what the world needs, a podcast about coughing up phlegm. Just like her blog this is just a self proclaimed health expert with no actual credentials talking about her favorite subject - herself
-
NikkiName11Some "podcast"Besides the possible legal implications, never mind the ethics, of asking for reviews and social media shares to be entered to win one of three up to $100 gift cards, five of the first ten of these podcasts released are extracted audio from instagram posts. So, no new content for 50% of the released "podcasts". She is also not a registered dietician or has any proper certifications so talking about it because she has "experience" is a whole lot different that being legitimately certified from a governing body. Buyer beware, I guess.
