Dr. Eva W knocked it out of the park! Her perspective was so refreshing. I felt so seen and heard by the messages she shared about women being mistreated and the need for peace. 10/10! Hoping conversations like these happen more and more often.

I have been listening to your podcast for several years and have really enjoyed it. I especially loved the episode from Alma 13-16 with special guest Eva Witesman. She presented the material in a way that just made sense and touched my spirit. I think she needs to come speak more often!

I love listening to Follow Him weekly, as I study the CFM manual and read the scriptures. So inspirational and insightful! John and Hank do a fantastic job of hosting and each guest is phenomenal. Thank you!!

An excellent companion to the Come Follow Me weekly reading. Lots of amazing, inspiring, and touching insights that add synergy to the base information. A variety of guests with a wide spectrum of ideas to present. I do dock a one star however because (other than Hank going to Snow Canyon and not Dixie) sometimes guests can really go off into the weeds on a topic and eat up massive amounts of time on just a few verses. There’s a lot of areas I often have questions about that never are even broached because the guest will drone on and on over one single topic. Next, there are a lot of feminist academics that are invited on who unabashedly espouse their progressive ideology and tie it into Book of Mormon teachings. Thats all fine and good if you guys want to do that, but then you need to accept that some women aren’t the only members of the LDS Church who feel powerless and marginalized. There are also racial and LGBTQIA+ church members who have the same feelings of fear, frustration, doubt, despair, anger, and confusion as your feminist guests you give a platform to. In fairness they should be allowed on as well to give their interpretations, opinions, and to tell their stories of overcoming adversity in the same fashion. If you do it for one group you should do it for all. Seriously great stuff guys and appreciate deeply what you do for us. Keep up the great work!

It's is amazing how each and every week, my knowledge AND faith in Jesus Christ are fed and strengthened by listening to Follow Him. I love learning the scholarly side of the scriptures---the Hebrew, Greek and Egyptian words and their meanings, the literary devices of ancient texts, the political and geographical background. This evidence bolsters my faith. The testimonies and experiences shared help me to see the Lord's hand in my own life. I believe it would be impossible to listen every single week and 1)stay away from the scriptures---it really draws you to them and 2)not be changed. The Spirit continually testifies of the truth taught. Thank you to John, Hank, the Sorensen family and all the guests! Y'all are a blessing.

Every week I learn so much as I go through Come Follow Me using this podcast. The speakers that Hank Smith and John Bytheway bring are so educated and constantly help me find a new perspective on scriptures I’ve read my whole life. Without fail, if I’m ever in a spiritual rut, this podcast has brought the spirit and had something I needed to hear. It’s answered questions and brought new milestones about in my life. I’m beyond grateful for the work they do each week to bring this about. It’s truly changed my life.

There are so many great Come Follow Me and scripture study podcast available but this is my favorite!! It is manageable in length, insightful and the guests are always so knowledgeable and interesting! I have never, in the 2+ years of listening to this podcast, failed to come away edified, uplifted and enlightened. Thank you!

This podcast is part of my weekly study, it hugely enhances my lesson preparation for Sunday School, but most importantly, each week my testimony feels brighter and invigorated after listening to what these folks have to say. I feel more ready and more able and more willing to be a better disciple of Jesus Christ. I recommend the podcast whenever I have the chance. As a bonus, I met John and Hank at BYU Women’s Conference and they were as delightful in person as they sound on their episodes. Thank you for this amazing resource. It is a treasure.

We have a few traditions with our kids and their children. My husband sings a special birthday song to whomever is celebrating a birthday. When our grandchildren FaceTime from out of state we give them a tour of certain things in our home they want to see and the park across from our home. So sweet.
