Sugar is a big problem for many people and I’m one of them. Listening to Netta’s podcast is a good habit to adopt. Each time I listen, I get a bit more inspiration (and most importantly good information) that helps me cut back and hopefully one day, give up sugar. Thanks Netta.

    Always spot on!
I’ve been listening to Netta for a while now and I love that there is something in every episode where she seems to be talking directly to me. Every episode I find some pearl of wisdom or validation that I need to hear. My journey to give up sugar is slow and I’m so thankful to be able to pop on Netta’s voice whenever I need to be encouraged to carry on.

    Good vibes
Hello Neta, I’m enjoying your sugar free podcasts, the information you share and your variety of guests. I’m not sure exactly I came upon your podcast this morning but as I have been doing IF for the past four months, I have been regularly searching similar topics. Right before I found your podcast, I started listening to a podcast that was something like IF for Foodies. It sounded interesting but they were focused on binging on commercial sweets as treats in their window. Besides the fact that I have been wheat free for 17 years I am realizing that sugar is as well not serving me so I got out of there quick. And the very next thing I find is your podcast with your very delightful voice and disposition sharing information that actually helps me on my health journey. I look forward to hearing and learning more from you. - Deb

    Great podcast!
After listening to the podcast Big Sugar! last week, i was absolutely disgusted. I found your podcast by accident and after just 3 episodes, I am positive that I can quit sugar. You and your guests are so inspiring. I have shared my thoughts with 3 family members and 2 of them are quitting with me. I am thankful I stumbled upon this podcast and looking forward to a healthier future. I would love to hear your thoughts on the stevia leaf. I have been putting it in my tea twice a day as an alternative to sugar.

Way too much unrelated talking in the beginning
Good podcast but the intros are so long I’m tired of the podcast before it even starts getting to the Point.

    Amazing podcast
I really enjoy learning the pearls from this important podcast. Sugar really has no health benefits and it’s important to highlight the detrimental effects it has on our health including sugar dysregulation, limiting learning and affecting our mood and emotions, sleep and even our gut microbiome. We need to take back our own control. I really hope people can listen and apply bite sized parts to their lives.

    I’M WINNING❤️
I titled this review winning because that is how I feel about my sugar free journey! I’ve been listening to Life After Sugar since the summer of 2022 and I’ve been inspired by all of the stories. I’ve been trying to slowly stop eating sugar since about October of 2022. In fact, I did not eat 1 piece of candy on Halloween 2022 for the first time ever! I knew then that I was gaining control of my sugar addiction. Currently, I have not had any sugar (including fruit for now) for 6 weeks and I’m no longer having any cravings🙌🏽🙏🏽 Thank you for this platform!❤️ You are changing lives. Tracey M

    Enjoy the discussion.
I like that Netta lets her guest talk doesn’t make the discussion about herself only. I can relate to new peoples experience. Thanks.

Not ready to give up sugar yet!
HOWEVER, Life after Sugar has helped me cut back on sugar and be more mindful of what I eat. I feel that it has helped lower my Lipid profile in over 2 years. I can relate to Netta’s guest speakers. I really enjoy her podcasts and feel that I will eventually give up sugar in my daily life. Netta is such a good coach!

Helps keep me connected to my “why”
I gave up sugar and flour more than two years ago, and listening to Netta’s podcast (and a few others that cover this topic) has helped me to stay centered on and committed to my health, happiness, and well-being. Living a life without sugar requires a real paradigm shift, and I could not have maintained my lifestyle change without knowing there were others on the same path. Netta’s cheerful outlook and earnest desire to help and support her community is heartwarming and inspiring - I’m grateful for her perspective and the things I learn about and am reminded of here.

    thanx Tracy and Netta
THANKYOU SO MUCH TRACY FOR SHARING. FANTASTIC. Small critique at the end of this lengthy posting. I am so connected to our after sugar club. I am experiencing a real transformation. The fog has lifted from my brain. After 4 days no sugar, I am FEELING much more inner connected to myself. Abstinence 100% for now. I am a toddler and taking baby steps. What a history i have to share as well. I have been thinking about using Tik Tok and use this platform for a daily posting as well as you tube. I can see a goal / desire to reach out to others. Im interested more in getting the message out there to others who are seeking answers to questions that have plagued us all our lives. This podcast hits a couple of key points from Tracy sharing. I have been in a quandry to either have full abstinence or learn to be fully aware and present during the ingestion of concentrated sweets. I have a much better understanding of how i may make choices later in the future. For now, I would like to see total abstinemce for 1 year. I finally truly feel like the shackles have been lifted. Whole foods have been making my body feel wonderful. i have a lot of work to do. Tracy and Netta. I LOVE ALL OF THE "DIVA AND QUEEN" dialogue. I get it !!! Please try and include the "Princes and Kings" as well. I enjoy to listen to women converse. I was a registered nurse for 30 years. I have been in womens groups for many years. Don't forget there is a HUGE market to reign in on the male side. I got a strong suspicion you two are really on to something big. Obesity is a crisis around the world. I know from having a head full of knowledge of body and soul but often falling out of touch with me and my relationship to processed and high concentrated sweets. Thanks for reading my review. Im in all the way !!!💪🏽🤓

    What a find.
I’m so grateful I heard Netta on the Intermittent Fasting Stories podcast. I’ve been listening to Life After Sugar podcasts nearly every day and I’ve learned so much from her and her guests. The most important thing I’ve learned is that my addiction wasn’t my fault. Sugar found me as a child and it got its talons in. I wasn’t weak or bad for being unable to free myself. When I heard Gin Stephens interviewing Netta, her words just made so much sense and pushed me to realize I too could part company with all sugars and flours , and I did, in the middle of the day, on a Wednesday ! It was the final piece of the puzzle. It’s been three months and 10lbs gone without hunger. Five birthdays, Halloween, Thanksgiving and an international trip, and I haven’t wanted or missed sugar or flour. I know I’m free now. Listening to Netta’s guests makes me feel I’m part of a very large team all realizing we can stop using sugar and flour, change our lives, and be free. I am very emotional about this - it’s a huge thing in my life I’ve struggled with for 40 years. Netta is so kind and I feel like she’s someone I would love to be friends with. I can’t tell you how much I appreciate what you’re doing to help people. I feel like telling everyone !

    Great podcast
I very much enjoy Netta’s podcast. Her programming is very thoughtful and she comes across as a sincere and genuine person who cares about her listeners. I like the fact that she identified and solved her own sugar problem. That gives her credibility and empathy. I have spread the word about her in a number of places, because I honestly believe she could change people’s lives.

Netta is a hidden gem in the health industry
Netta is unlike any other health coach I’ve come across. Her approach in genuinely based in your personal journey and needs, not a one size fits all. She looks at all the angles and doesn’t demonize anything that is different from what worked for her. She is so encouraging without using shame or guilt to motivate and has a great knack for explaining her thoughts. Her podcast has helped me a lot to eat healthy form the the perspective of “I eat better to feel better,” rather than thinking and feeling like I am depriving myself or restricting food.

    Love the Interview with Donna
The interview with Donna Schwenk about fermented foods was so great. While I am already familiar with Donna’s story, it was so interesting to hear Netta and Donna compare notes and experiences. Loved it!

Helped me cut out white sugar
Netta is fantastic and her messages and interviews are spot on. They helped me cut out white sugar from my life and switch to honey and maple sugar every now and then. I was craving sugar like never before after the birth of my son last year and it was affecting my sleep (so precious with a baby!). I knew I needed to cut down my sugar intake, and Netta made that possible. So inspiring. Thank you!

This podcast inspired me to quit sugar
I had been toying with the idea of quitting sugar for a long time but I didn’t do it until I started listening to this podcast. I like hearing the interviews with people that have all sorts of different experiences quitting sugar. It was easier than I thought to quit sugar and my life has improved tremendously as a result. Thank you, Netta!

Your podcast has helped me tremendously to get off of sugar. I love hearing the stories about people’s journey to a no sugar lifestyle. I especially enjoyed Keith McDonald’s talk. Wow! So inspiring! Your voice is so calming and I love the balance you create between allowing your guests to speak and tell their story, but also asking the right questions. Thank you so much Netta for providing this podcast.

    The light turned on!
I stumbled across Netta’s podcast through a social network I am in fot my intermittent fasting lifestyle. I started listening and am really impressed by Netta’s exuberance and her thoughtful interviews. She’s had a guest on that mentioned something about being able to trace your sugar addiction to your childhood by examining your first memories—whoa! My first memories are all about sweets, especially chocolate. And as I look back over my 61 years I can see how that addiction grew and manifested itself in my life I’m on my way to fully embracing a no sugar lifestyle. Ta

    So glad I found her!
I am so glad I found Netta! I am the beginning of what I think will be a very long, hard journey of revamping my brain and my body.
