I'm Aisha Zaza and my purpose is to help others build better habits towards living their best and healthiest life. For the first 30 episodes of this podcast, you will be challenged to walk or run one mile a day while listening to the corresponding daily episode where we will discuss how mindset shifts can transform all aspects of life from health, fitness, relationships, business and well being. Why one mile? Because it's as simple to do as it is to not do, and therein lies the difference. We will dismantle the idea that to achieve goals you must take quantum leaps towards them and instead take small, consistent actions over time. I believe wholeheartedly that everything you need to reach the happiness and success you desire is already within you and through our time together you will be empowered to know this truth, too. It's time to take action towards your goals because if not now, when? Someday is not a day of the week and you were made for greatness. It will be a marathon, not a sprint - and together we will take it one step, one mile, one day at a time. Welcome to The Mindset Mile. You ready?

    A friend introduced me to this podcast after sustaining a traumatic brain injury in a car accident. I was in rehab learning to talk, use a fork & spoon & walk for 5 weeks following. Finding the podcast was awesome because it helped me strengthen my mind but also get back on my feet and have tangible goals (walking a mile a day) to work towards. I’m now training for my first marathon! The Mindset Mile big fan🧠❤️

    I got into this show when it first came out my mom was the one who sent it to me and told me to listen to it. I had just recently started running for fun and I found myself really relating to the podcast. I’m a college student and I always listen to mindset mile the morning before career days, interviews, and presentations because it puts me in a great mindset. It also keeps me company on my longer runs!

    Very happy I found this podcast. After a couple years of being in a slump and just really not feeling good about myself, I started seeking out apps and uplifting podcasts to improve my mental and physical health. This is one that helped in both areas. I love that the episodes are brief and to the point. They’re short but very informative and motivating. I listen while on a walk/run/hike (which I’ve recently gotten back into after a few years), in my car, or while housecleaning. I started saving certain quotes and tips from the episodes in my notes app to re-read and have as reminders. Thank you Aisha🙏🏼💜

    I was looking for an inspirational app to motivate me with my workouts. It needed to be quick. I get bored after 10 or 15 moniutes with long speech podcasters that seem to just want to fill their show. This is not like that at all. Good information, straight to the point and motivating. Asha has helped be a better self in about 8-10 minutes a day. I listen many of her podcasts multiple times. It is worthy of replays, I had a come to Jesus moment listening one day and have now listened to every one.

    I met Aisha in Tahoe and I knew her journey would extend beyond that time in space. She is truly a gem of a human and the people she surrounds her self with is a reflection of the same. I can’t tell you all how much her mere presence has inspired me to grow as a human and challenge my growth. I am thankful to have met her and her podcast is a small glimpse of the astounding light she shares with the world. I was a professional snowboarder when I met her and now work in medicine. It was a very difficult change and adjustment for me, but her POD cast has helped me understand that my struggles with change are normal, necessary, and can be challenging yet exciting.     I just recently joined a weight loss program, and have incorporated walking as part of my daily routine. I lost my mom the last day of February, and it has rocked my entire world. I searched for podcasts that would help my mental state and help me become healthier and stumbled upon this one. And it is my FAVORITE. I listen every morning. Your insight and encouragement is just what I needed. I hope you keep them coming because you are such a wealth of knowledge.     I was a runner before I got pregnant with my second child recently. Fatigue & morning sickness have made exercise really difficult for me so far but I’ve finally started feeling good enough to go on walks every morning. Listening to the Mindset Mile on my walks has helped lift my spirits and attitude 100%. I absolutely love this podcast and it’s exactly what I needed to start feeling good again!
