    Somewhat interesting but consistently presented so condescendingly and talking about people with different views as if they are idiots. I also paid for leptin reset and had no results, so be wary of her promises as well. Also presented like everyone else is so stupid!

    I've been looking for more guidance on healing chronic issues and stumbled across the work of Dr. Jack Kruse. Amazing info, but he is fairly medically technical. I have found podcasts like these are more useful and in language for everyday people to understand. Great work! I am learning amazing things about improving my health from every podcast here!

    Excellent podcast. I download every episode. Sarah is very real and many women can identify with leptin and high cortisol issues. We’re all guilty of doing too much. Sarah tries to help us figure out the issues and she has inexpensive suggestions for improving our health.

    This podcast is tedious in so many ways. 1st of all, the production quality is very bad...the voice of the host and the voice of the guest are usually not matched in sound level or clarity. 2nd of all, there are a lot of commercials front loaded. 3rd of all, Sarah presents topics as if she's the 1st to discover them...an Instagram following does not automatically qualify anyone to present as a health 'expert' - about diet, fertility or light, etc...many of us have been following the research on these topics for decades.

    I have listened to quite a few podcasts in the nutrition and carnivore spaces, and Sarah’s is my favorite! Loaded with great information because she asks great questions of some of the most interesting and knowledgeable guests. I find myself having so many “me too!” listening to her description of her own health journey as well as her health philosophies. This podcast makes me look forward to my morning commute! Thank you Sarah for being such an incredible voice in the health and wellness space!

    I love listening to Sarah’s podcast because she doesn't try to fit a mold. The guests on her show come from all different backgrounds and are there to present information, not push a certain diet. The focus is on expanding knowledge so that people can help themselves and find what works best for them and their body. I’ve learned so much from listening to her podcast and have been able to implement some small changes that have had big impacts on my life. My sleep and digestion are better than ever!     I learn a lot from listening to Sarah and her interesting guests. This is not your average carnivore channel. I appreciate that she is willing to touch on subjects that may make her less popular. She is also never afraid to admit something she tried was wrong for her or didn’t work or worked and then stopped working! It’s so helpful to know we are not the only one struggling to feel better, repair or be on top of our lives. Thank you Sarah! You’re very real.

    I appreciate listening to Sarah and all her guests. She really works hard at brining guests on the challenge the general Westernized way of looking at diet and nutrition and how it affects our bodies and mind. And she is not stuck with one specific, dogmatic way of thinking. She is willing to listen to others to hear what they have to say even though it may not be something for her lifestyle but it could help somebody else. For me personally, I have followed many suggestions, especially “test, don’t guess” and learning more about my body and what works and doesn’t work. Thank you Sarah for continue to put out great information and helping you listeners to find their path to health.

    Sarah’s courageous presentations from her journey to unravel and discover her own healthiest possible life are both compelling and rewarding. She speaks lucidly and generously offers the benefits of her experience from these forays. Sarah is honest and apparently fearless. Many times she has reported some issue that hasn’t worked for her, and I find myself in that same space. It heartens me that I’m not alone. Lastly, Sarah thumbs her nose at Dogma, and intentionally—or maybe even unintentionally, shows us how n=1 is contextually important, and the bottom line.

    Easily one of two favorite podcasts!!
    I’m on a journey of healing and which has led me through various nutritional modalities including vegan, raw vegan & 80/10/10. Once I escaped that cult like attitude towards health I found the ketogenic diet then carnivore. After having binged everything over the last two years I realized every modality has their dogmatic ’followers’ and I just needed to steer clear. Finding Carnivore Yogi has been such a breath of fresh air. She is constantly pushing the boundaries irrespective of blowback or other peoples opinions all in an effort to find mental and physical equilibrium. I love that she’s constantly experimenting and questioning, and if something doesn’t work she moves on to something else and that’s OK. In the handful of podcasts produced so far I’ve already learned so much more than I have in all of the other naval gazing podcasts. So thank you Sarah thank you for all you do, your lack of dogmatism and for stepping into the murky waters and holding our hand along the way 💕
