I look forward to this Friday podcast as it’s a great little boost going into the weekend when you have those Saturday night dates on the calendar. As a guy, I find a lot of practical or useful information. The more we work on ourselves, the better we communicate and interact with each other, and every day life.

Every time I listen to the Love Fix podcast it always seems to coincide with what is going on in my life and it is so helpful!! Sherry and Carla are such a great duo!

I discovered this podcast fairly recently and find that the conversations Sherry and Carla have between themselves and with guests are empowering for myself as a female listener. I also enjoy their banter, and find them pretty funny at times.

I enjoyed your show but don’t agree with waiting until a person gets to know you before disclosing your STI status. That type of thing should be given up front so a person isn’t put at unnecessary risk. Or wasting their time.

Lots of different subjects to chose from. Just the right length as well

Rated as Clean - but expect F bombs every 60 seconds.

My friend sent me this podcast because she knows what I have been going through and wow it’s amazing to hear women talk about codependency and ways society has put these lens for us to fit into as women. I’m already on my third podcast and I’m excited to keep learning more from them!

I am a 62-year-old codependent. I’ve read everything about codependency and narcissistis. This program is so chalkful of amazing information and it’s presented in a clear and coherent and doable way. Hooray for finally finding a podcast that truly knows their stuff.

Your episode on "Is it love or trauma bonding" was so enlightening. I have never heard trauma bonding explained in this way. It made so much sense as I look back at my past relationships and see why and how I was attracting my partners. I shared this episode with several of my friends who have also experienced trauma boding with narcissists. You are helping so many of us empaths to put words to what we know in our hearts, but couldn't seem to explain to ourselves, our partners, or our friends. Thank you for sharing your knowledge with the world through your podcast. It is much needed!!

Way way way tooooooo many commercials. Every 3 min of the podcast was a sales commercial. So distracting. Just when you are getting into the great message ANOTHER opportnity to sell and advertise. NOT how they don't get it. I wanted to stay but could not support a podcast that only cares about their bottom line. Bummer.

It’s hard to listen to a podcast that’s being constantly interrupted with advertisements. It’s much easier if they are stacked together so the train of thought isn’t interrupted. The content is good, people being interviewed are interesting. I’d give it 4 stars if it weren’t for the annoyingly frequent, “hey, it’s me breaking in to promote myself again” clips.

Your podcasts are very Informative and add the humor and chemistry with both of you, make them great!! Keep up the great work!! You are making a difference for many people!!

This podcast is SO helpful and relatable! As a young woman navigating relationships and self love, I really appreciate Carla’s authenticity. After listening I feel like I can do anything. When you’re breaking free from an abusive relationship it’s so easy to feel lost and let fear take over your life.
