    Life Giving
I have no idea where to start. I stumbled across his website while desperately searching for resources for our newly ventured dog boarding facility. That search led me to this podcast, which has honestly been life giving to our facility. We have learned so much from Fern. He pours his heart and soul into this podcast and he cares deeply about what he puts out for his clients. We have pivoted and pivoted again, so many times over. His advice comes from a place of love and experience. If you are brand new to the dog industry or are a seasoned veteran, we can all learn a great deal from Fern. He offers so much advice and wisdom, and he offers it to us all for free! I’m also a member of the inner circle, which I heard about from this podcast, and I highly recommend you do the same! Enjoy!

Best podcast for dog boarding and daycare, business owners ever!
I have been a small dog boarding business owner for 10 years now. I recently discovered Overdog and wish I had this as a tool as a new business owner. With that being said, I have not only learned a ton from Fern, but felt supported in a lot of the choices I have made along the way. I have also referred my employees to several of the podcasts. Thank you, Fern!

    Love, love, love
I just recently started working at a dog boarding facility as the new manager. I come from a food and beverage management background and wanted to move on to something I always wanted to do. With that being said, I’m a newbie and didn’t know where to start. On a whim I looked for dog boarding podcasts and found this one. I am hugely addicted! One, Fern has a great voice for radio and is really easy to listen to. Two, I can’t get enough of these. Three, these have been super helpful. I commute over an hour to work and am quickly running out of episodes to listen to on my drive. 5 out of 5! Keep ‘em coming!
