Daily Orthodox Study Bible Reading

'All Scripture is God-breathed' (2 Timothy 3:16). Join us as we read the Bible chapter by chapter. The daily Scripture portion is read from the NKJV as used in The Orthodox Study Bible. We recommend all our podcast listeners to obtain their own copy of the printed or digital Orthodox Study Bible with it’s many rich theological articles and footnotes which guide and enrich the reader in every book of the Bible (Genuine version only, published by Thomas Nelson Publishing). Visit us too at DAILY CATECHISM OF THE ORTHODOX CHURCH, THE MINISTRY OF THE WORD and DAILY CATECHISM OF THE ORTHODOX CHURCH.

    Absolutely Lovely Podcast
One of the most simplest podcast dedicated to orthodox Christianity. One of the best.

Warning changes!- not true orthodox bible
Just a heads up this isn’t the real thing. Almost sounds right until you get further along. There are changes from the actual scriptures. If you’re wanting to listen to full reading, find something from Ancient Faith Radio or similar.

    Deep Dive into History....
I’ve read some of this “Orthodox Survival Course” in PDF format (145 pages total). From the Fr. Seraphim Rose books Nihilism, to Orthodoxy and the Religion of the Future, to this survival course (it really should be published as a book), these form a historical-spiritual trifecta of Orthodox understanding of where we have been in the West... and where America and the West are heading. If the times today seem confusing, Fr. Seraphim Rose saw it coming 50 years ago, and what’s more, was able to make sense of it. Though he’s been reposing in the Lord since 1982, he might be the most needed writer for the 2020s.
