Hannah FridleyIncredibly helpfulThese are more helpful than my therapy sessions. I have been struggling with panic attacks for over 2 years now. Thank you so incredibly much for this amazing resource. It’s refreshing to know that I am not alone, and that my symptoms are “normal”. Thank you thank you thank you! Sending you so much love and light!
-
Daniela1013Very InformativeI was informed about this podcast by my sister, who’s a functional hormones coach. This podcast has validated all of my feelings around panic and anxiety that I’ve been dealing with most of my life. Due to childhood trauma, I’ve been managing anxiety/panic attacks and phobias. What Shannon has said about acceptance and looking at the relationship with anxiety so you can trust in yourself makes total sense. It’s our stories that keep us on the loop. I’m grateful for people like her who are helping those dealing with anxiety. Thank you!

Efan12345The best podcast! This is hands down the best anxiety recovery podcast out there! Shannon is kind, compassionate, funny, and smart! She interviews awesome guests, shares uplifting recovery stories, and always keeps it real. I am so grateful for Shannon and this podcast in my personal recovery journey. Everyone should listen!

Jonesas11Great Host and Very InformationalThis podcast is pretty awesome. In my opinion, I believe that a lot of podcasts will include all the unnecessary parts of the guest(s) lives and completely overshadow the whole reason for having them on as a guest. But this host asks questions that extracts solid information from her guest and gives the audience some solid actionable steps and / or insight and it is a breath of fresh air! Thank you so much! Rock on!
-
LucyOLuluSo helpful ❤️Thank you for putting your content out for those of us who suffer from anxiety. You are very relatable and have a gift in communicating. Thank you!

Workingk9So thankful!!I wish I’d found this podcast years ago— but so thankful I found it now. I’ve been suffering from trauma, anxiety, emetophobia and agoraphobia for decades and I am READY TO HEAL! I’m on the waitlist for the next 10 week class in September!! I just wish it was sooner!

HannahOppLife changing!Could not recommend more- wish there were a million stars to give on this review. I discovered Shannon while scrolling through Instagram reels and decided to join her Panic to Peace program for agoraphobia. I then discovered her podcast. I listened to so many episodes that made me feel like I was not alone in this struggle and someone finally understood. She showed that this is something you can overcome and life a normal healthy life again. Months after the panic to peace program, I can finally say that I have gone from being housebound to recovered and haven’t had a panic attack in almost a year. Shannon is so insightful, knowledgeable, understanding, and an amazing human. So incredibly thankful for her and her work! Definitely give the podcast a listen, and I highly recommend the Panic to Peace program.

School isnt coolThis podcast saved my life.Shannon is the reason I have found hope in my experience with panic disorder. Her presence is so incredibly kind and peaceful. She has truly saved my life to say the least. I’m so thankful our world is blessed with people like Shannon who want to bring hope and direction into the lives of those who are suffering. From one healing sufferer to the next, keep pushing through it gets better.
-
Hsparks186Amazing!!I absolutely adore Shannon! I have learned so much from her and have gained so much motivation and determination to overcome anxiety just from listening to her podcast! 100% recommend!
-
BNL03Shannon is awesome!!!A Healthy Push is the first podcast I came upon when learning how to navigate my anxiety and agoraphobia. It has been a tremendous help and encouragement. I also listen to a couple of other podcasts of those who are like minded to Shannon. However, she will always be the one who got my journey to wellness started. I am grateful for her work and the compassion and honesty she pours into it.

ernie30000The best panic attack help I’ve foundI’ve met with Shannon for a few sessions after listening to her podcasts. No one gets it like she does and all her podcasts leave me feeling hopeful . Anticipatory anxiety is one of my worst struggles and I really appreciated her episode regarding this. I would love to see even more on anticipatory anxiety in future ! I’ve been in therapy for years and only recently have I felt like I had a better grasp on my panic thanks to Shannon’s. Her podcasts still give so many tools and ideas that actually help vs just being super vague like other coaches . So many coaches are out there to get your hopes up but wait to give solid advice until you pay to join a program. You can tell Shannon is truly out there to help others and isn’t trying to market solely to make money. I can say the podcasts and Instagram has been monumental to me and now I use the podcast as a way to check in with my progress and continue to challenge myself. I did pay for a few sessions to get started but I’ve been able to use so many free tools Shannon provides and I’m forever thankful ! -erin s

Lace.eThank you Shannon!!This podcast and Shannon’s incredible insight and knowledge about how to truly recover from an anxiety disorder has changed my life. She shares the most helpful tips in a compassionate, yet straightforward way. She brings to light the fact that we are all completely capable of healing, freedom, and peace. Everything she shares is incredibly helpful and because she has gone through it herself, her words hold that much more weight. She has given me hope when I had none, and I’ve already seen a positive shift in my personal journey with panic disorder since listening to her. I’m forever grateful. Thank you Shannon!
-
JNM1126Amazing podcastShannon is so caring and you can tell she genuinely wants to help. From sharing personal stories to tips and tricks of conquering anxiety/panic, she is awesome. Thanks so much Shannon, your latest episode about the three common anxiety symptoms provided me a ton of comfort and strength. 😊
-

Freebird1478A healthy shift from long time suffererShannon showed up in my Instagram recently out of the blue and I take it as a divine intervention 🫶🏻. I bought her workshop on driving anxiety and I’m slowly listening to all her podcasts. I’ve suffered from agoraphobia for 29 years if you can believe it. I say I am highly functioning but I’ve needed help for awhile now but couldn’t quite find what I was looking for, until Shannon. From one sufferer to another she just has an inside language that hits different and has shifted my mind already. Thank you Shannon and I’ll be reaching out soon!
-
MeditatingMom2Great podcastSo relatable and helpful!!
-
SBee92Amazing Podcast!I believe I came across this podcast when I was searching for hope. I am grateful I came across this podcast. I started listening to Shannon's podcast last December 2023 and forever I am grateful and always look forwards towards new episodes. It's made me realize that we have the power to fix ourselves. Yeah, it might take us abit longer and learning to let go of that fear of symptoms. BUT Shannon explains everything so thoroughly. I've learned so much from listening to her podcast and continue to learn as I'm healing. Thank you Shannon🤍
-
taylorguaccLove this podcast!I have been following Shannon since last September. I took her Panic to Peace course and I regularly listen to her podcast. I especially listen to episode 40 when I am feeling stuck. Thank you Shannon for your real and raw content and being so vulnerable with us! :)

Beccbecc13A Healthy Push is what I’ve always neededWow.. I don’t even know where to start with Shannon and how wonderful and life saving (literally) her podcast is. I felt that destiny placed this podcast when it knew I needed it. I was at a place of “enough is enough” and I searched for a panic attack help podcast and Shannon’s caught my eye. She gave me such a different perspective to anxiety and panic that no other therapist has been able to do. I’ve gone through countless therapists, self help books, and even Google to try and find something that can HELP me instead of make it worse. Enter Shannon and I have felt more alive, and more peaceful in just a couple of weeks. I will be taking her Panic to Peace course and her master class because I’m ready to just say goodbye to the unhealthy response to anxiety and panic. Shannon, you have saved my life in more ways than I can express. I was in such a dark spot mentally when I found you and your knowledgeable and wisdom have helped me to be able to go outside and go shopping alone feeling more peace. Thank you thank you for being such a breath of fresh air.

forkeepsbagsSo Helpful!Full of so much helpful, relatable information! So grateful I came across this podcast!

Alina JMBest Podcast I have ever listened toShannon, I’m new to your podcast but have listened to somewhere around 15-20 of your episodes over the last couple weeks and after each episode I feel more hopeful and capable than before. I struggle immensely with emetophobia and have for over 20 years. My phobia has made my world so small and has stopped me from living. I want to be a better mom, wife, friend, and a better me. I’ve always wanted that but now I am more motivated than ever because I want to take back control of my life and finally LIVE. I plan to take your course as soon as it opens back up but in the meantime THANK YOU for your support and wisdom. It’s been more helpful to me thus far than anything I’ve ever tried. And, because of your podcast, I went ahead and told my husband to book us a flight for a vacation- something I’ve been avoiding for 7 years. God bless you Shannon. I can’t wait to work with you more closely!
-

TiffanyLMastroI’m not the only oneFor the longest time I thought I was the only person that suffered from anxiety about doing everyday things like waiting in line or going to the store. Through Shannon’s podcast I found out that I was not alone in this! That notion, that I’m not the only one, has been such a comfort and has helped me stop feeling weird and in my head about day to day activities.
-

Julie22paGratefulFound Shannon on Tiktok and immediately searched out her podcast. Wow. It is so relatable! I’ve listened to about 4 so far and every one is so insightful and helpful. It really gives me hope in my own journey. I’d also like to add that I typically don’t listen to many podcasts cuz I guess I’m just more of a visual person, but this one is definitely worth it, if you are struggling too. 💙
-

I’m so encouraged already and would highly recommend giving them a listen!

-
MomuvboyzHonest & helpfulI have had panic disorder for several years. And if you’ve ever suffered with this, you’ve tried it ALL. I stumbled upon her IG reels and learned of this podcast. I appreciate that she is a recovered person rather than a mental health professional - totally made her more relatable and credible. It’s not always what I want to hear, but it’s WORKING! It’s hard and challenging but I can do hard things even when uncomfortable. Thanks Shannon!
-
