I just found this podcast, It is superb. Unlike anything else I have come across. The topics are so nuanced and full of carefully considered thought, and raise such great questions for us to ask ourselves and discuss with each other. Understated and humorous presentation style, no histrionics, and a sense of honesty, openness and sincere welcome that I have not experienced anywhere else. So wonderful!

I have been an avid watcher of Daniel‘s videos on Adorama for a while. I really click with his personality, demeanor, and style, which definitely carries over into the podcast. As with his videos, it’s as much (or more) about the why than the how. Most of the ideas and concepts discussed on the podcast relate to any type of creative endeavor, not just photography. So whether you’re a photographer, musician, content creator, or anything in between I would definitely recommend giving this a listen! Thanks Dan!

Love this podcast. Not your normal Photography podcast, this one gets you to think deeper about the core of what photographers do, which is create. It is truly fantastic.

I have learned so much from Dan from when he was doing a Facebook and You Tube live streams about how to take photos. Now Dan is going into why we take photos and when to, or not to take them. Daniel shares his thoughts and wisdom, along with the stories that created them. A refreshing calm voice in a world of influencers yelling for attention.

This podcast does a great job of giving real-world examples from those in the field moments we as photographers all have experienced.

In a world full of anyone getting on any platform to just say things..somehow Daniel Norton finds a way to cut through all the static to not only lend genuine insights amassed over decades as a working creative in one of the most competitive industries out there but also has a natural ability to weave communities. This podcast is the start of a creative community based on the ideals, that no matter what discipline or medium you’re connected to, can serve as not only a foundation but an ethos to keep building as you grow. In a world where we lose sight so often it’s these insights that allow us to maintain vision.
