She meets you where you are at and shows you where to go from there. I have listened to several episodes multiple times when things arenāt going my way and she really helps me take a deep breath and figure out what I need to do. liacuppycakeTo the pointMy favorite thing about this podcast is she gets straight to the point. Thereās no dragging on for 20 minutes about stuff that has nothing to do with the episode but Liz does a great job by sticking to the episode and not getting off track. Also I like that she usually doesnāt have guests I like getting to hear one person talk instead of 2 or 3 people talking over eachother So if your looking for short bits of inspiration and health tips follow this podcast!!!
