    I love Lizā€™s podcast. Ive tried following several fitness coaches and Liz is hands down the most relatable. She meets you where you are at and shows you where to go from there. I have listened to several episodes multiple times when things arenā€™t going my way and she really helps me take a deep breath and figure out what I need to do.     My favorite thing about this podcast is she gets straight to the point. Thereā€™s no dragging on for 20 minutes about stuff that has nothing to do with the episode but Liz does a great job by sticking to the episode and not getting off track. Also I like that she usually doesnā€™t have guests I like getting to hear one person talk instead of 2 or 3 people talking over eachother So if your looking for short bits of inspiration and health tips follow this podcast!!!
