Your journey to health begins here.
After struggling for years with GI issues and, consequently, other health concerns and getting nowhere with different GI doctors, I stumbled upon this podcast, which has changed my life. My body was under extreme stress from an extremely limited diet for years and severe bloating and constipation. However, I can finally say that my quality of life is improving because most of my issues have been resolved by listening to and applying the information in this podcast. Thank you, Dr. Finley, for changing lives and GUTS!

    Life Changing Podcast!
If you have any sort of digestive issues, you NEED to listen to this podcast. I want Dr. Finley as a friend in real life! This podcast opened my eyes to what I ACTUALLY need to focus on to try to heal my SIBO and constipation. Between this podcast and her book, I have implemented mediation and breathing exercises into my daily life. This podcast made me realize it’s about the mind body connection and the constant stress we are under everyday.

    Authentic & Helpful!
I absolutely love this podcast! I highly value everything Dr. Heather has to say and think this podcast is a great addition to the world of gut health. Not only is her level of knowledge very evident, but her authenticity also shines through. I’ve seen so so many doctors, dietitians, and care providers over the years and none have been as relatable as Dr. Heather. She gives me hope for healing and provides sustainable practices I can fit into my everyday life to see a healthy change in my gut. No crash diets, no strict eliminations or restrictions, no overwhelming exercises, just simple and small feasible additions to help me “love your gut” throughout recovery and beyond! Dr. Heather is a refreshing voice in the world of gut health and one I am very excited to hear more often moving forward as new content is released :)
